I had these guys do some work for me on an Outdoor Kitchen job a while back. Quite frankly I had been struggling on my own running my organization, it was new to me and I was a bit out of my league. I do that, I take challenges that are beyond me and typically succeed. I had done so to this date, but realized upon watching them work I was heading down the wrong path. These guys came in to do the appliance install and blew me away with their professionalism and right then and there I had a change of heart. Sometimes we must humble ourselves in life, and these guys literally saved my behind on this job. Today, I do other work for this organization, and let my ODKPB company become another extension of their enterprise. We are quite the happy family as all worked out so well in the end.

I purchased the Napoleon Prestige 500 grill 2 months ago. I am happy to say that the delivery and set up was quick and exacting. Grilling has never been so easy and quick, especially the side seared for steaks and chops. I added the skewer options onto my rotisserie for kabobs and it is awesome .I’ve always had a Weber and decided to upgrade to the Napoleon and I know I made the right choice. Would not hesitate to purchase this grill from the Company .

The PB Grill Center is easy to work with in obtaining a grill, as well as my regular service. They supply the tanks to me on an as needed basis, but also offer monthly service. They are always helpful, professional, and responsive. I would highly recommend them to those looking to get a new grill, accessories, and service for their outdoor grill. BTW: We use our grill four times per week, and they have done a spectacular job of doing deep cleanings, as well.

When I started doing my research for a new grill the one that impressed me most was the Napoleon Rogue with a side searing station. Nobody had them in stock and they were on back order everywhere even online. That is when I found Palm Beach Grill/Grill Tanks Plus. I went into the store, they were very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain to me about all of the different models. I would have been an easy up-sale but they suggested I purchase the one that they felt was right for me. I had my grill assembled and picked up within a couple of days.They called me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I didn’t have and issues.Very knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would highly recommend!

Great place. Friendly service. I knew what grill I wanted, walked in and bought it. It was delivered quickly, set up and tested to make sure it was all working. Setup was great, done by knowledgeable people. They even offer a maintenance plan that includes delivering propane tank refills.

Variety and quality is great but service at the West Delray is bad. Plus charge a 70.00 administrative fee on top of paying for a 1200.00 grill. Thats if you pay with debit or credit card. If you pay with check the fee is removed. But you can pay with e-check. But then you get treated like a thief bc they want to know where is the grill going to be at and your ID, and make you wait while they search address where grill will be if address is real or fake.

Mr Mike is a very experienced and friendly person, his service and suggestions has extremely helpful for product selection. This place is extremely clean and I will recommend anyone for similar needs. I’m very happy with Napoleon prestige grill for my Family

Great company!!! Excellent selection of products & salesman fully knowledgeable as to features of them all. Delivery/setup was done day after my purchase. Item did need a slight adjustment after the fact. Service person was out in less than 48 hours.

After doing basic research at Home Depot and Lowes, I came upon the Palm Beach Grill Center in Del Ray, FL. Although a bit more expensive than the big boxes, the level of service I received when I walked into their showroom made me forget about the big guys. I purchased a Weber grill, with searing station and all the trimmings.They delivered it, set it up when promised and were willing to stay and walk me through the operating procedures until I felt confident.It was a pleasure doing business with them and I highly recommend them as the place to go when looking for a great grill along with exceptional service. Ive always envied Paul, the owner and fonder of it all, to be quite honest. The man relentlessly has worked over the last decade to build his empire and it was all done with 1 guiding principle; service! The clients are to always be the #1 concern. Well, I have had much time seeing him and his administration do their thing and indeed their actions match that #1 guiding principle.
