On vacation to play some golf and a couple of my clubs had broken during the travel. Googled a store and this one came up so I went in, Aaron T was at the repair area and let me know it is usually 48 hours for club fixing since it was 7:15 PM already. I explained to him my story and he got both clubs done for me before they closed. He was very nice and considerate. I read some negative reviews about this store and I am not sure why, everyone I spoke to was pretty nice and Aaron went above and beyond to help me enjoy my vacation. Used the clubs today and they were great.

Ray is absolutely amazing. She was so helpful, patient and wonderful. Anyone who comes here should ask for her to assist them for the best shopping experience.

PGA Tour Superstore will always hold a special place in my heart. I had no work experience and had no clue what I was doing. The general manager took me in and helped build me into a professional and hardworking employee. They are always productive and create a sort of family environment with dinners or partys every once and a while. We had nice cookouts and breakfast was made with all of us helping before our quarterly meetings. They helped me realize that the customer always needs the attention and to truly put them first.

I would 100% recommend this store to anyone interested in golf equipment and/or wanting to learn more on how to improve their golf game.The general manager David Whited was amazing to work with, especially during this uncertain time for arrival of golf equipment. He provided great communication and provided different options to ensure my complete satisfaction. Walked in ready to spend 5k on a new set. Was ignored by the first two associates and I saw and when I asked the 3rd about the new Titelist T200s not being on display he stated “Uhh…must be an issue with the manufacturer and would need be ordered” while simultaneously walking away from me. Not inquiring if I had actually you know, wanted to order them. Run, don’t walk away.

Update. Since working on my swing with Holly we have come a long way in a short time and i am excited and pleased to say that this past Monday i got the ok to purchase my new irons. I am a senior and i made the decision after hitting one to upgrade to the XXIO 11 irons with a reg graphite shaft. Well these irons are amazing and i am hitting the ball straighter and further. Hitting the ball like when i was a young guy. Cant thank Holly enough for correcting my swing problems and i look forward to working with her more. This is just the beginning of getting my game in shape. Of course the personable Buck helped me complete my purchase. Thank you PGA Superstore for a great experience and helping me enjoy golf again

Went in the other day with a broken club, some guy was telling me it couldnt get done for 48 hours but than Aaron T stepped forward and said it is a little slower since its summer time and he could get it done. He got it done in about 15-20 minutes and it looked great. Played with the club yesterday and I hit it better than before, probably coincidence but I appreciate his efforts.

Jordan was very knowledge and understanding. He explained to me in detail all the the types of tennis 🎾 racquets and their features and descriptions! I tried a few demos he advised and I finally got the one he recommended. If you need help in the tennis department, you definitely should ask for him!

(Tennis) Jordan is by far the best stringer I have encountered. This guy should be running his own tennis shop or managing the tennis department. Very knowledgable about any type of equipment questions. Very professional and also a high level player. Takes care of your equipment and gets your racquet back to you in a reasonable time. I have been to countless fitters, countless teachers, traveled to different states even for lessons. Aaron Taylor helped me out when I went in yesterday, at first he started grabbing things rather quickly and I was unimpressed. Little did I know he was grabbing the perfect equipment for what I wanted after hearing just 2 sentences from me. As I was hitting the clubs, he made one simple suggestion. That one suggestion had me hitting the ball better than anyone has ever gotten me hitting the ball in my life. Thank you so much!

My experience at the PGA superstore was excellent! I have only recently begun golfing since my retirement and was looking to purchase my first set of clubs, I had an idea of what I wanted but was still unsure of the best choice due to the sheer number of options. Luckily, the customer service here is phenomenal! A young man named Dan was very helpful in choosing the best set of clubs to suit my needs and was resolute that I be 100% satisfied with my purchase. Jordan does a great job stringing my rackets - I go in at least twice a month and he gets the tension correct and when I need to switch it up a bit, he knows the game and the equipment to help with new suggestions. I always appreciate his knowledge and help.

Wanted to get my #5 hybrid cut down to the same size of my putter. Just using it as a bump & run. Sammy Hammons noticed the shaft was loose on my putter & he repaired it. He also did a fantastic job of shortening my #5 hybrid. While he was working on my clubs, I was trying out new putters. Found a Cleveland I really liked. He gave me a head cover for it with no additional charge. Very customer friendly. My husband & I love this store.

Aaron T was great at the club repair shop. Someone had made a mistake with my club, so he fixed it and threw in the others I brought in for the inconvenience. He got the done rather quickly and I have played two round with the clubs and they are great. I will be back for all my repairs and will ask for Aaron!

I went to the PGA Superstore in Delray Beach, Florida on Sat 7/17/21 to have 5 grips replaced as well as to have a new shaft put on a SIM 1 driver head. I needed a lighter, slightly cut down shaft due to my limits in my swing.Bobby Vairo was more than helpful with doing the above plus he gave me some tips on my swing. Bobby also suggested that since I have two drivers why not try one at a 12 degree loft ( again due to my limited back swing).Bobby suggested I try both drivers out for two weeks and if I do not like the one at a 12 degree loft he will change it back to a 10.5 degree loft or if I do like the 12 degree loft he could change the other driver from a 10.5 degree one 12 degree.Bobby spent a lot of time with me and he was very helpful and friendly. His customer service skills and his overall golf knowledge was first class.

Earlier this week i went to the Pga helped on Linton Blvd i went there with the intent to buy new irons Buck who is in equipment repair and fitted new grips on my wedges helped me get the chance to hit the irons i was interested in In doing this we found a real problem with my swing to the point that they said NOT to buy new clubs i was then able to get a walk in Swing analysis with golf instructor Holly I was unable to launch the ball off the hitting pad Holly began to rework my swing it was so messed up it was impossible to determine what shaft i should be using and again NO to new clubs In this day and age what business suggests not to buy something Well i left there impressed and with a lesson package, notes, and a short video of my swing Have already practiced what i was shown and with good results Look forward to my first official lesson with Holly When the time is right there is no doubt i will purchase my new irons from Buck and the PGA SuperStore Cudos to PGA SS and Buck Holly and let me not Forget Mike for being honest and not trying to just sell me something for the sale

Employee’s get it at PGA superstore customer service is 110% in the Delray store always. Take Jordan and Shama for an example. I wanted a polo but it had a mark on the shoulder and it was the last shirt they had. Jordan was busy working on other things but took the time to talk with me and see what he could do. He walked me over to Shama as she was working in the Mens department. Jordan showed her the shirt and right away Shama ran to the back grab a towel and some shout. She got the mark out of the shirt right away. She didnt snub me off or act like it is what it is! she just took care of it. Amazing service. After I said thank you to Shama. I saw Jordan on the way out and he took the time to talk with me some more about other golf related items. He realized that I had questions he was unsure of. Once again he walked me over to another employee who help me. There are a-lot of ways to buy golf equipment and apparel but the experience is not the same as shopping at the PGA superstore no matter your skill set or who you are. PGA superstore and employees do an amazing job. The store is always clean and well stocked the other amazing thing is they always answer the phone and help the same. AAA rated!!!! Thank you!

After there was a mistake on a custom order from Vokey Wedgeworks on the shaft in wedges, I was told by Wedgeworks to take them to a local Titleist authorized retailer and they could handle. Well turns out that wasnt exactly right but after talking with Buck, he jumped on the phone with Titleist and got it worked out better and faster than I could have hoped for. Buck was awesome and greatly appreciate the help!

I have been in this store a few times but never had the experience that I had today. I dealt with a gentleman named Aaron Taylor. He was by far the best person I have ever dealt with in a store like this! He was kind, friendly, knowledgable, and most of all understanding. I am very picky with things and he worked with me for a while, I ended up buying my wife a set as well just because I enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend that if anyone goes into this store, ask for Aaron. He also did a great job at pausing with me and helping other people. I understand it was the weekend so he could not devote all of his time to me. I will definitely be speaking about him to my friends. Zach did an incredible job fitting me for my new irons. It turned out that the setup I initially chose was backordered for 5 months. He helped me find and test an almost identical setup with the same results that was in stock. William quickly adjusted the clubs to my specs based on my fitting promptly and was extremely courteous. I went in about a month and a half ago and dealt with Aaron T. We went through the fitting process and got into a bit of a back and forth as he was trying to assure me I was doing better with one club over the one I had made up my mind on when coming in. Reluctantly, I purchased HIS decision. I must say, I am very happy I did! I have played with the set a few times and although a little rocky at first I have now shot my best ever score with an 82!! I went into the store to get my racket restrung. Jordan in the Tennis Department was great. He asked questions about how I play and recommended a different racket and string combination. He called me back multiple times asking how I liked the feel. He wanted to tweak the combination, which we did and I love it. Went to the Del Ray store looking for golf clubs and ended up meeting Jordan who offered my wife and I a free pickle-ball lesson. He was great. In 10 seconds he fixed my grip and gave me the confidence to play in pick up games. He immediately identified what I have been doing wrong and corrected it. He also taught my wife the basics to get her started. I highly recommend not only the store but find Jordan and I guarantee he will improve your game!

Being new to the golf world I was looking for golf shoes and rather confused. Jordan came to my rescue. He went out of his way to ensure I got the right fit for me. I would not go in on a weekend as the wait is pretty long but Aaron T does a fantastic job. Today he was understaffed and was taking care of 3-5 people at once but I still felt like I was put through the proper fitting process. Recently had a fairway wood repaired at this location and the head fell back off during the first round I played with it, I took it back in and they fixed it no problem. Aaron T called me and apologized saying he would speak with the repairs team to make sure everyone is up to date on the process and that he personally was doing the repair and it would be ready within the hour. He was very professional, even gave me a small gift for the inconvenience. Have used the wood 3 times since and it has been perfect, if not better than the original. Earned a customer for life. Jordan really helped me out with finding the best racket that is suitable for my play style. Great atmosphere and overall awesome customer service.

A great amount of products. You also have the ability to try products on their simulated driving range. Its clean and organized and the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. The only negative is the price of previously used clubs. Even if the face of the club is less than desirable, the prices still remain high along with used clubs that appear almost perfect.

Exceptional level of service every time I visit. Mari recently help me with a difficult issue concerning a new set of Titleist wedges for my son before an important tournament. Her command of the store and personnel insures confidence in the purchasing process. My son plays at a high level and requires a level of expertise in club fitting and a craftsman who can set up his clubs to his specs. Seans level of knowledge and experience is unmatched. He has fitted my son several times and my son has commented on how effortless the process is with Sean. The Craftsman behind the desk who makes all the loft and lie adjustments whose names escape me works in concert with Sean to fine tune every aspect of his clubs. On a drive back from a tournament my son commented on piercing ball flight and distance control and confidence in his clubs. This I contribute to his hard work and the team at PGA Tour Superstore. I went to the PGA Superstore today and had nonpressur at all, the sales associate Kevin Axe was fantastic he made sure that the clubs that I was looking at was the proper fit for me and then he ordered them for me My only disappointment is is I wont have them until October 20th. I would highly recommend this store to anyone, told me that my driver was working great for me instead of trying to get me to buy a new one. Thank you for the outstanding service Kevin.

Went in this morning for an iron fitting. Dealt with Aaron T. He was great. Narrowed down 5 different irons to find the right one for me based off of spin, launch, etc. He even offered to reach out to a rep he knows to figure out wait times. However, as he was doing so some manager came up and spoke to him in a demeaning manor. I would be surprised if he sticks around.

Dealt with Aron Taylor and it was a great experience. Wish I didnt have to wait so long for the clubs, but that is not the stores fault! Will be back for all golf purchases!

I am in the market for new clubs. It has been quite some time since I purchased new clubs. Last time I did it was in Connecticut at a warehouse superstore. You go into the store they have demo clubs, you swing in the practice area and if you like you buy. Or you leave a deposit and go hit them on the range. So, I asked a person in the store where the demo clubs were. He said they dont have any, but you can swing the used clubs that are for sale, BUT you have to pay $9.99 to do that. WHAT?
