Typical Walmart. Checkout slow due to few cashiers. Parking lot is difficult to maneuver.

As far as what one can expect from Walmart, this is actually a good store. Not too crowded, and I had an employee go out of his way to help me the other day which has never happened at a Walmart before. The garden center is pretty lacking though which brings it down a star.

Great large super market. They have the largest selection of foods and packaged products. They also have some beauty section, clothing, toys, eye center, coin exchange, pharmacy and almost any essential item you need to survive. The prices are good. The self checkout lanes have made checkout incredibly fast. However, customer service lines are extremely long and very slow.

All kinds of home products but the place is a mess. Try to get something for my baby. It was impossible.

No associate is willing to help you when you ask. Theyre too busy texting on their cells or talking with their friends.

The employees here are friendly and helpful. The store looks great, one of the cleanest Wal-Marts Ive ever been in and the shelves were nice and organized. Quick in and out, check out was fast with either self check outs or regular registers available to choose from. Pharmacy was also very friendly and helpful! Thanks! 👍

I use the store a lot because of the water that I drink and it comes in 32 and the price of it and at other stores you want to get 24 for the same price it is 4:32 at Walmart the prices at Walmart is so much more convenient and so more much more better because some of the stores are extremely high

There are always empty shelves. It seems they have such a variety of items but they always are out of what I am looking for. No paint or stain except spray paint. Always out of the Great Value brands but have the name brand products. There is always a line for the check out. I think they need more employees for stocking and cashiers. I dont like the organization of the store. They have chicken in at least 3 different locations. If you want a certain kind you have to walk around to find it. You would think such a huge store would have everything. Not if they dont keep stocking the shelves!

Shelves always half empty. Deli department carries far less than before Covid. Long lines at registers and they closed one while I was waiting. 2 workers sitting in front of self checkout in case someone needs help which is good but one of them could be checking people out. I dont want to go to this store again.

We had a beautiful morning . Then we spent about 40 minutes riding our bicycles the half mile to Walmart to pick up the few things we needed. Greeted friendly neighbors and took another 40 minutes to get home. Good day for viewing birds.

I went to this Walmart to purchase a vacuum food sealer. I did not find one on the shelf. I found one on the very top shelf. Put it in my cart. Saw an employee walking by with a hand scanner. Asked her for the price. She stated that she would have to go on the app on her phone to get me a price? Two cell phones and a scanner and it took 10 minutes to get the price! I then asked her if she knew where the replacement bags were. She answered I have no idea I know nothing about it! What a terrible answer from an employee. That purchase helps pay her salary. I put the item back. She had a very nasty attitude towards customers! The badge said team lead! Imagine going into a store and you have to download an app on your phone to find the pricing of items. So I have to do their job! Bought $130 worth of goods. Noticed on the receipt many items Miss marked. I was charging additional $8. Thats almost a gallon of gas! LOL

Walmart’s electronic department doesn’t have employees that have any expertise on the products they sell. Best to do your own research before coming here, or go to Best Buy. I watched an employee tell a senior citizen to go to the dealership for a battery for her remote. I googled it and showed her the battery she needed. Took me about 35 seconds.

I go here for the entertainment. I pick up lunch nearby at Sonic or Culvers. Then i park in the lot and watch the people while I eat. Its great entertainment

You may if youre lucky to find one employee thats willing to help you find what youre there to purchase.Its usually an older person because the younger ones are lazy.

Only one register open in a Monday night - a day before school starts. As I’m waiting in line, I noticed 3 associates standing around in the ladies department laughing and talking . It would be nice for someone to open a register to assist the One cashier who is working … this is not ok. Where is management ?

I can not believe that they dont have fans, that the self check out has a item limits and that an associate can not answer a simple location of an item question. Very bad experience

Nearly every cart they have is beat to hell and doesnt track straight. After seeing how theyre abused when bringing them back in from the parking lot in a long line its no wonder the carts front wheels get all bent out of alignment. Shopping at Wal Mart is never a pleasant experience.

Some of the staff don’t speak English and whenever you attempt to ask for help they either look away or just point to a random isle. I asked where the cereal was and they directed me to the candy isle like come on Walmart. Also don’t go at night since there are a lot of sketchy people that stare you down but thankfully there are like 4 cop cars watching to keep us safe.

The aisles are decreasing in width every year. Theyre trying to cram everything they have into the store. The workers look overworks and having to wear mask all day, while we dont have to wear masks and its just not fair. Something needs to be done about this. Any Walmart Supercenter is going to have its on regular Super Store and its own cute Supermarket built into one facility. Well the prices at Walmart are much less compared to its rival Target, I would rather shop at Target to be honest with you. I once read a research study that indicated that the number one reason people are loyal to a leading Big Brand store, is not there a variety or the quality of the products or their friendliness, its the shopping carts! This is absolutely true. And if you compare Walmarts antique an aging Fleet of shopping carts, where the wheels wiggle and they are just plain disgusting, compared to the lightweight Target shopping carts, that roll without a hitch, thats enough for me to pay an extra few bucks at Target compared to Walmart. Just my two cents. Actually, that was a leading major pole, so its not just me, its thousands of others. Try just the two stores out yourself, and let you yourself be the judge. By the way, Jesus Christ is coming. Make terms with him out of court. In court will be way too late. Love the Lord your God with everything you have, and love your neighbor as yourself.

Had an absolutely horrible experience. I bought something that did not work from this store. I had to lyft up there and lyft back. I got home and the item that I bought there what is no good. I called and spoke to one lady Doris who was lovely, although she couldnt help me in any other way she did actually listen to my story and then she kept the phone and did not put me on hold so she did not lose me so she could get a manager to the phone what was which was lovely. the man who answered the phone his name is Mina. Mina could not make any kind of managerial decisions that would be anything that would help the customer. I cannot wait for the stores rebuttal on this one because there is none. Once I tell the whole story people are going to be upset with mr. Mina. Actually, no, Im not going to wait to say itand just wait for Mina to put his foot in his mouth. Im going to say it. I had to take a lift up there today because my tire is flat on my car. Im disabled and I work full time. I deliver pizza. Last week I had a really big screw in my tire. I went to this Walmart and I purchased a kit and I actually pulled out the thing and then put the kid in and drove home. Unfortunately the tire went flat overnight. I could not work for the rest of the week at my job driving that pays the rest of my bills that my disability pay doesnt pay for. Ive had 14 spinal cord surgeries. I didnt ask for anything major or out of line. I asked at the manager maybe give me a coupon for 15 or $20 whatever the total was were for the two lifts drives that I had to take in addition to the ones that I paid for it to buy the item that didnt work but I have to bring back now. He said he couldnt help me. He was nice enough to tell me, and Im laughing to myself here,, he was nice enough to tell me that he could refund me the money when I showed him the receipt! I started laughing as like okay I got where were going here you cant make any kind of managerial decisions. We then hung the phone both of us, at the same time and again Im chuckling here. What a horrible company that wouldnt help out somebody whos disabled and still works delivering pizza using her car for a living to help me out. I wasnt asking for anything more I could have showed him where the deduction got taken from the Lyft drive today to show that I didnt want anything more than what I had spent. Shame on you mister Mina and shame on you Walmart 😔😢😪😞😕

My experience there was very nice found everything I was looking for at a reasonable price the staff was nice.

Great prices. Technology is getting really good, but my guess most shoppers don’t realize all the automation their app actually provides improving and making the shopping experience much more convenient overall. I’m sure most will think I’m crazy, but Walmart has one of the best apps with cutting edge tech than most any other large retailer.

Very poor customer service, worst in delray beach, no help for self checkout and whoever does try to help you, their attitudes are disgusting and very rude, I had to leave my groceries already bagged up and go walking through the store to find a manager one cashier didnt know how much change to give me, seriously its your one job and they still dont know how to do it, I know of 2 employee thats using someone elses ss# to work here, its poor leadership on walmart smh

Delray Walmart used to be my favorite one but it has really gone downhill. The lines are insane now and its basically all self check out. The shelves are never fully stocked anymore and it seems like they start stocking during the busiest hours. If you go here make sure to do so first thing in the AM to beat the crowds, but expect not get everything on your list!

Staff doesnt say anything to the people that are not wearing their masks. I saw tons of people with masks completely off their face. Its the workers that should be making sure everyone is wearing their masks properly. No one is doing anything about it and its HORRIBLE! Management should be having all staff to make sure that ALL shoppers are wearing ther masks properly and if not they need to leave the store.

The employees I could find were helpful, but they seem a bit understaffed atm. Location was clean and shelves neat as well.

I am sorry but why is this location still open and/or has not been renovated. I just moved here and I have never seen any Walmart in this state of array with or without COVID!!!!! There is nothing on the shelves, lack of customer service, returns closes before 8pm, pallets of merchandise blocking aisles during busy times. Just start over with this location or shut it down.

Surprisingly good grocery and pharmacy sections in this Walmart. Some of the pharmacy staff, especially Jennifer show kindness and compassion. The lines at the registers are almost always 20 miles long though and they don’t seem to be enforcing mask wearing enough for me to feel fully secure while shopping. At least there’s loads of parking available

Went in for an online pick up, be advised that the pick up area is at the back of the store. Do not make the same mistake I made waiting in the at the front where they take return purchases haha.Well the gentleman was very polite. I dont recall his name but he wore glasses, had a low hair cut and waves in his hair...whoever you are, THANK YOU FOR BEING SO PLEASANT AND PATIENT WITH ME!I didnt have to wait long, the credit machine as a touch screen button that alerts employees in the back that customers are waiting. He looked up my name, checked my idea and swiftly brought out my items. He even strategically placed them in my cart so that the employee at the front door could see that they were paid for online. I had no ideas whatsoever.Would definitely pick up from this location again. The hours are 8a-8pI believe I went in about 7:30p was at my car around 7:45p.

Walmart does the old bait and switch. Advertised items at one price on their app but when you get to the store, theyre either out of stock or the price is almost twice as much. I could not get a rain check either.

Needed printer ink cartridges for my HP printer and got them for less than $18 each. Saving time and money like always. Way to go Walmart.

Well never understand the reason for 30 registers and only using 15 during a busy time.. Love the convenience of getting everything you need under one roof.
