Delray Awning is a family business that has been an asset to the local community for over 60 years! An amazing company that does quality work that they stand behind. I have used them several times over the years as well as many friends and family because they are simply the best! The staff and installers are amazing at what they do and very patient. They take their time to be sure that every customer is happy and will do whatever they can to achieve that. As a small family owned and operated business it is definitely worth any wait for service or installation. You may not notice how much of their quality work is all over Palm Beach County, specifically in downtown Delray and surrounding areas, at places you may frequently dine at, beach clubs, country clubs Etc. It seems we had one unhappy customer after the Hurricane Matthew threat Oct. 2016. After the influx of service work generated from the impending threat that the Hurricane may hit us, our company had over 400 awnings taken down in preparation, and precaution, of the very large storm. Thank goodness the storm wobbled off of its predicted course, but after the threat had passed, we still had the 400+ awnings to reinstall. We had to prioritize the reinstallations of all these awnings due to circumstances as to their use (business, etc). After 3 months of very hard work from our small crew, we have almost all awnings back up, and have received quite a few thank you notes from some of our amazing customers who were understanding and patient in such a hectic time. Jay and his staff are recommended. The initial install was done efficiently and well. We noticed something was loose (we could see a screw) and someone came out to fix it within 36 hours. In rainy South Florida weather! Color me very impressed by this company who immediately responds with kind customer service AND effective solutions.

My experience was one of the best since living here for 40 years. Original install was over 15 years old, second one was installed with original measurements. Needed a minor repair, it was taken care of promptly. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Delray Awning.

Everything from the office to the installers was very professional. Had to have my awing customized to fit some brackets I for got to tell them about.They took awing back and fixed for me and Installed the next day. Stay local its worth it.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They have the absolute worst customer service of any company we have ever dealt with!!! They are very friendly and timely when you want to buy something new but if you want service after you paid them for the awning they are horrible. They are so busy they couldnt care less. The owner is rude and treats his current customers like he is doing you a favor. When we asked his company not to reinstall a VERY dirty awning after waiting months for the install he told us to find someone else, dropping off the awning filthy and without a way to put it back. I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT USE THEM.
