Horrible!!!!Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!! I purchased a bedroom set a few months ago. When it was delivered it had numerous scratches and the dressers were off track. They first told me it would be a while to replace after waiting over 3 months to get the set. After going back and forth a few times with them I agreed to keep it as long as they compensated me financially on the purchase. At that point I had thrown out my previous set and needed somewhere to sleep. Strike #1. Went back and purchased a washer. Everything was perfect and I had my father to pick up the washer. Decided to give Badcock one more try because the customer service inside the store is awesome (Anthony). What a HUGE mistake. Purchased a leather recliner living room set. When they delivered it as they took it out the box it had a rip in the back. I explained to them I did NOT want that sofa. They offered me $60 (what a huge slap in the face when I was paying thousands of dollars for it). I told them absolutely not. They then told me they would replace it on the following Tuesday and I could keep it until then. I was still unhappy and asked for compensation for my inconvenience. They again offered $60 credit. Ok cool. Tuesday came and they had the NERVE to send someone to repair the sofa not replace it. I told them I didnt purchase a repaired sofa I purchased a new one and thats what I want..... Then they told the tech guy it was the arm rest when clearly it was a rip in the back. So as of today I still dont have my furniture, I have to wait for them to resend someone (I took a day off of work to wait for them since they can only give you a time frame) and I cant seem to get anyone on the line at customer service.... Then they want a payment.......... ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will pay when I get my furniture or they can come pick it up.........

This is my third time purchasing with Badcock. I love to redecorate every few years and I just keep coming back. They are always updating their styles and pricing is very good. Service and delivery have always been on point. Love this store!

So, I just purchased a beautiful bedroom set from Anthony (Tony) at Badcock & more in Delray beach Florida. What a great experience I had! He was able to Get me exactly what I wanted, and I was able to get it the next Day!Anthony was very relaxed, professional and he did not push the sale on me at all, this made me feel very comfortable with my choice. I would recommend him and his great team to anyone.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection to choose from and plenty of stock. We purchased a sofa and it will be delivered in 2 days.

I love the Badcock South Florida showroom in Delray Beach on Federal Highway. Their staff is always courteous and ready to help you in every way possible. I’ve purchased through their payment plan multiple times and have always been satisfied. Recently I had damage to one of the drawers in my bedroom set due to moving. I contacted them and they were able to get me a replacement drawer at a fair price. Steve and Roy helped me out with all my needs. They are great to work with. I wish I still lived in that area so I could shop in that location again.

We bought a leather recycling chair for my husband’s birthday. The first one that was delivered had a slight damage and they replaced it with a new one after a few days. The delivery guys Kevin and Chuck were very pleasant and courteous.Thank you for the excellent service!

I always get great service from the staff there. Even when I have to send items out for repair. So yes I would recommend this location to my family and friends.

Wonderful prices for nice furniture, great delivery guys too. I shopped other big name furniture stores and the prices were more reasonable here. We are very happy with the service. No sales people crowded us and no one tried to be pushy or pressure us. It was a great atmosphere where staff gives you space to think and explore. The other big name places suffocate you, but not here at this store.I really recommend this store, we are very Happy! We bought a recliner and sofa recliner, not electric.Great experience and best prices.BTW, even their coffee tables are hundreds less in price!

WOW what experience. from my salesperson Steve helping me find the perfect sleeper sofa to the two young men that came to deliver it everything was wonderful and perfect what I buy more furniture I will definitely be going to this Babcock.

They dont have as big a show room as other furniture chains, but they have still a great selection of excellent things for a comparably good price. We were looking for sofa programs and TV stands, and we also checked with e.g. City and Ashley, but the combination of quality, features and price at Badcock made us buy there. My only little grief (but that seems to be the case now with practically all furniture stores) - it would be nice, if they would take old furniture with them, when they deliver the new. But sadly, they dont.

I love this place! There prices are reasonable and they worked with me a few years ago when nobody else would. I was able to improve my credit. I bought a new set from them this year Im very happy with. Just make your payments or call them because they will pull up like Kodak at your door and ask for it.

Not a single emplyee spoke to me or my husband in the 30 minutes we were in store.

Got most of my home furniture from here, I recommend Steve as a sales person, humble with a great attitude. Delivery was prompt and they accommodate to any errors in a timely fashion. Lots to choose from

The delivery men were very pleasant.cleaned up after the work.the only thing is I was sold a mattress cover and was told I would have to put it on myself. I cant lm 75 year old and live alone .I love the new bed.

We bought a recliner couch in November, just recently the springs started to pop and warp on one side. I called the store which put us in touch with a 3rd party furniture company to see if they could fix. The were not able too, so Badcock issued us a credit for a new sofa. The process was so easy and drama free and the store was terrific. New couch has already been delivered and couldnt be happier. Thank you guys for making this an easy solution, alot of furniture stores could learn alot from you all.

Absolutely the WORST furniture ever.... and the worst customer service. Every piece of furniture I own from Badcock is garbage. The leather on my couch has ripped in 10 different places, the gloss on my marble kitchen table has peeled off, and the drawers in my dresser have been broken since the day my furniture was delivered a year ago, and I cant seem to get anyone to come out and replace them. The prices maybe lower than other furniture stores but it definitely reflects in the quality.

Badcock home furniture customers service at the warehouse in pompano Beach Florida are the worse people I ever spoke to, they rude and nasty. This is going to be my last time ordering furniture from them, I have been a customer to them over 10 year, one of the ladies I was talking to told me they dont go by customer time, if one home between 1 to 5 I will have to pay another delivery fee to redelivery this is crazy coming from badcock home furniture. Five star to city furniture.

It’s been at less 6 months I had a problem with one of the items they keep giving me different numbers to call with no results what’s so ever and still call everyday asking me to make a payment but never show interest in fixing it.i don’t care to make the payment I’ve been with Babcock for at less 5 years and that’s how it gets bad I always make sure to get insurance on everything I get to make sure if something goes wrong I am really disappointed now I have to look for a place to get a t.v and refrigerator all because their was no care given by customer service .

Badcock Home Furniture began in 1904 when Henry Stanhope Badcock, an immigrant from England, started his first store in Mulberry Florida.In 1920, Wogan, Henry’s son, bought the Mulberry store from his father. Business grew and prospered until 1928 with the land boom/bust. It became very difficult to sell the merchandise Wogan had on hand. It was during this time that he developed the concept of the Dealer operation. He initially put merchandise on consignment in various stores throughout central Florida and agreed to share the proceeds if and when the merchandise was sold. He began selling merchandise through route salesmen who used small trucks to travel designated routes and sell to customers on credit, collecting on installments.

I love Badcock except for over zealous sales people who dont let you look and shop in peace.

If I could give zero stars and leave a review I would. Do not go to the store unless you appreciate horrible customer service including being ignored, and if youre dumb enough to actually order something, hopefully it wont be put together in your driveway in the rain. Their corporate office is just as bad. Getting a refund from this company is almost impossible. Keep that in mind when shopping there.

It is the worst company to invest your money! You think you make an investment and end up with a complete loss. Articles of very poor quality and apart from paying an insurance that is useless. They are looking for a thousand and one excuse not to cover you even cleaning. My worst experience was with them. I do not recommend it at all.
