Highly Recommend. We contacted Coastal Screen and Rail in the spring of this year as well as two other firm to build and install a screened patio enclosure on our home. From the outset, we were impressed with the professionalism of Coastal and our salesperson JD . Also they were competitive in price with others we selected. So we decided to move forward with Coastal. Since we are snowbirds, and due to scheduling, our patio was scheduled to begin in the summer while we were away. JD said he would keep us apprised of start dates and send pictures as the work progressed, and he did. Also our house sitter and neighbor were also sending pictures. From the pictures, we could tell that everything was proceeding as planned. But the big reveal for us was of course when we returned after the summer. It turned out to be everything we expected and hoped for, The big picture window screen looking out to the green space is great. The overall work and clean up looks great. Our overall experience with Coastal was simply outstanding! We had decided to replace our existing, very aged pool screen enclosure and set about getting estimates from about 5 different companies. From the beginning we were most impressed with Coastal. John Simmons, who first came out to measure and review the scope of the job was on time, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained the entire process. Most importantly, John who was essentially the sale rep also served as our Project Manager. He became our single point of contact throughout the entire project which is much better than a sales person who makes promises and then turns you over to others and you never see him again. This is a great operational model that is used by Coastal.The price for the project was extremely competitive and based on the company’s history and reputation, we were confident that we would have a great quality product. Probably most important was that after we agreed and signed with Coastal, there was no pressure to start the project. We had agreed to pricing and terms in August 2020, but with the active hurricane season we were hesitant to begin. Then came the holidays. Throughout, John always said that we could decide when we wanted to start he project, with no pressure and no threats of price increases. When we did start, in early 2021, everything went extremely smooth. From the tear down of the old screen to the final detailed measurement and engineering approvals and eventually the installation it was a good experience. The installation team was simply outstanding! I was so impressed with the skill level and detailed installation techniques as they took the fabricated major assemblies and pieced them together over our pool. Also, they were all friendly, hard working guys who took great pride in their work and were happy to answer all of my questions as they went along. The install was completed in one and half days and the result was/is an absolutely beautiful, solid, new pool enclosure. We are thrilled with the result! Again, John Simmons did a great job as the PM. He should be commended. The product that the company designs and fabricates is top shelf and the final result is something that we are extremely proud of and happy with. We used Coastal Screens to do our pool enclosure because they were an established company with a good reputation. Their price was also reasonable. At first, we encountered some difficulty from the zoning authority and had to slightly revise our design. Ken - our project manager - visited several times and assisted us in finding a solution that worked for us. They used the large supergutter and all stainless steel screws. When it was ready, the crew put it up in a day. Followup with the company was also good.

We just finished enclosing our entire backyard with Coastal. James Camacho, our project manager was a true pleasure to work with from start to finish. Prompt, honest and full of great ideas. The backyard looks great and we constantly receive compliments from everyone that sees it. No more mosquitoes, no more golf balls and no more dirt in the pool or on the patio. Worth every penny. We wish we did it sooner.

We were thrilled to have our cage rebuild done post-Irma during the first week in January. The work that was done looks masterful, they did everything they said they would do. The new structure looks worlds stronger than the old one. We couldnt be happier with the quality and the timing of the work done. The firm hired to remove the old screen, ACE screen repair and more, llc (Jeremy)and crew was also professional and did an amazing job.The install crew was great, polite, professional and cleaned up through ally. About a year and a half ago my wife and I had Coastal Screen and Rail install a screen enclosure at our new home. The quality of the products and craftsmanship is of the highest caliber. I recently called them as I wanted to extend my downspouts away from the home. I wanted the same bronze colored aluminum downspouts so it would look attractive. Not only did Coastal Screen and Rail have the downspout and elbows for me, but they gave them to me at no charge!! On top of GREAT quality, their customer service is unmatched! Thank you!

Our screened enclosure is absolutely fabulous. Built solid. I suspect my house will blow away before anything bothers this structure. Not only is it sturdy, it is a work of art. I am very pleased with the completed screen enclosure. The project manager James Camacho completed the job in the three month time frame promised when I signed the contract. One must be patient but the result is worth the wait and I doubt any other company can deliver faster. Delays are caused by the permitting process with Palm Beach CountY, weather and one subcontractor that slows the process. Mr Camacho was always pleasant and professional and ALWAWS answered or returned my calls promptly. He also put up with a lot of good natured harassment. If I ever had to go through this again with another home I would not hesitate to hire Costal Screen and Rail.

Coastal did an outstanding job of removing pavers, installing concrete footings and installing a beautiful lanai. I would recommend using them.

Coastal Screen at first was meeting the expectation with sticking to the time frame and getting things installed. I asked for a doggy door to be installed and I was told by the Sales person Jordan Walling that we can install it after the inspection. I agreed to it and advised them that I have a big dog and need one for a Rotty, he said, no problem. After the screen was installed, I had to keep calling them to install the door which took weeks from when the inspection was completed. I had a final payment that had to be made after the inspection and doggy door was completed. I hesitated to give them the final payment because I didnt trust that they would install the correct doggy door but I was promised by Jordan Walling that it would be done. I should have held on to my final payment until the door was installed correctly. oh, did I mention that the doggy door was installed incorrectly the first time which Jordan knew about and stated he would take care of it; that was in February and its now April. I called and spoke to the owner of Coastal Screen myself and told him I just want the correct doggy door installed and to give me a time frame of when that will be done. He promised that he would get back to me the next day. The call was made to him in March and were about go to May and still no call from Coastal Screen. I called two weeks ago and spoke to a young lady at the office who assured me that he would call me. I have yet to get a respectable call from Coastal Screen. In the middle of all this time, I have called Jordan Walling at least 5 times and texted him to no avail. If I had known all they want is your money and not deliver what they promised, I would have gone with someone else. Im going to write a letter to the Better Business Bureau about them. If anyone is reading this, I caution you about Coastal Screen because they dont keep their promise. I currently have an issue with my actual screen door but why call them to fix it when the service is that bad.Let me repeat; I am very happy with the screened in patio they built; but if theyre not qualified or have the proper credentials to build doggy doors they shouldnt advertise they do, and make promises they cant keep.
