Nice store with friendly and helpful employees. Everything is well organised and easy to find. No gripes about the inside at all but the location can be a little bit funky to find and get into. Would return here in the future if needed.

Eddie the store manager was super rude when I came in to return parts that I specifically ordered due to the website telling me how fast they could deliver them.The parts showed up two days late and because of that I had already went else where and purchased the parts.That was my only free time I had to work on my truck and I was upset because reaching out to customer service wasn’t helpful either.The store is still good and I typically prefer brick and mortar stores vs online

Had the exact battery I needed, unlike everywhere else I went.

Realized the sams club didnt tighten my lugs back at home. Got to WV from NC when my wife noticed one of the locking lugs missing. Popped into the store and walked around like a mook until a friendly employee whose name I wished Id gotten came up to help. I spouted off the lug size and he walked right to the end cap. Five minutes later I was in Ohio with a much less worried wife. Bravo.

The location in Delaware, Ohio is easy to access, and staff is always friendly. AutoZone has a great app to assist in researching the parts you need, but help from their staff is always a simple phone call, and they are always absolutely friendly and professional.

Very poor customer service. I was going to purchase a cleaning product that was advertised as 2/$9. Product rang in as $5.xx and I mentioned the sale as advertised. The gentleman that was supposed to be taking care of me proceeded to tell me that if I wasnt buying two the sale didnt apply and I informed him there was only one bottle in stock and he proceeded to let me know that he couldnt make a second one appear yes, sir I do know this and assumed you could still issue the sale price and then he still proceeded to charge me and then had to refund me since he didnt fix the issue. All the while acting childish and huffing and puffing about having to return the product. Rude rude. Such childish behavior over someone asking for an as advertised pricing which most stores give to you regardless of number available in store.

Very friendly, very helpful. Went in at 7:45am on a Saturday and everyone was ready to help. They were respectful and all in all a good experience

I love this store, I have been coming here ever since I moved to town in 2000. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they treat you like family and arent afraid to help anyone out in a tough situation. I cant recommend AutoZone enough!!!

Horrible service. Manager on duty Chad was a foul mouthed jerk, that spent more time outside smoking cigarettes in front of the store than helping customers, I felt bad for the young man that was helping us that apologized for the managers bad attitude and foul mouth...I know the store has some great employees that have been in the business for years, but one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch....Just a straight up BAD experience!

The guys there are very knowledgeable and friendly! Part ordering is very easy! Same day parts if you order them early enough in the day if parts are not already on hand. Use your Autozone rewards card to get discounts once you rack up visits.

My sons Jeep started repeatedly locking and unlocking the front diff, illuminating and large selection of idiot lights on the instrument panel on a Sunday evening on our return trip to Michigan from South Carolina. We didnt have a code reader and being in unfamiliar territory, we pulled into Walmart. Their auto shop had just closed, but a helpful employee told us AutoZone is the only place worth trying at this time​. He was right!We went to AutoZone, stepped inside and told our story. The manager brought out a code reader, pulled out the codes, confirmed our suspicions, and got a new wheel speed sensor out of stock for us. Then the REALLY good service began. He got his own hydraulic jack and tools out of the trunk of his car and set us up to replace the part. He offered advice and most of all, moral support, as the sky darkened and two cloud bursts passed through. By the time we were done, we were old friends! Thanks very much.

Great place to get anything you need for a car

An associate Mathew helped us out Alot try to fix my junk brake system. He even had his dad bring some tools who let us barrow them evening we were to get my truck fixed which sadly we didnt. We finally got the master cylinder to work and flow through the abs unit only to find out I blew a wheel cylinder in the rear. Probably due to the organic junk shoes from OReilly Auto Parts that just smelt like burned clutch so there honestly probably is no shoes left so those will have to be replaced. So my poor truck was left in their lot over night and we will go back later today to fix it

I bought a power steering pump 6 months ago and it has gone bad. They wont exchange the pump and let me pay the difference for one with the reservoir on it. So, warranty is no good. will do business with advance auto from now on.
