Only JCPENNEY in town but has a good selection.

Jcpenny wasnt as full as i thought i would be. i reccomend going there for clothes.

Great store! I do 95% of my clothes shopping here, especially when I need dress clothes (shirt and tie, slacks) stuff like that. They also have a pretty decent show selection. Staff is always kind and helpful. One of my favorite places to shop.

I used to be able to find something every time I went into Penneys but now I usually walk out empty handed. I am a 71 year old woman and there is only 1 brand for women my age and that brand costs more than I want to pay. But its a great store for young people.

This jc penny is well designed than ours from eagle pass. Its very nice n well maintained, they have everything well managed n they dont have as much problems with their image as they got everything on point. Bought a couple of things from here n they are very nice, they have had great service n they are very helpful when I need the help.

Went to find a pair of sliders for a friend. Couldnt find wahat i was looking for,Couldnt find a worker in the area. Nobody was at register it was closed. Next 2 closest registers closed as well. Had to go almost to the enterance at jewelry to get any help. Lady was nice & helpful

Clearance prices are great when you add in the coupons and ten dollars off your purchase. I got a lot of clothes for $60.

JCPenny is the place to go. I purchased good quality items at an affordable price. Parking was close to the enterance. I found exactly what I was looking for. In and out in less then half an hour. Definately returning.

Wanted a shirt didnt have my size so was told they could send for one. That it would take 1 week, been 2 weeks now & still nothing. Very unhappy . thinking of canceling my account. JCP bad business.

Big selection available in childrens clothing and discounts galore too. Store had plenty of staff available at checkout, so short wait to pay for your selections. Store was very tidy to boot.

Helpful employees, but some merchandise seems overpriced for what you get. That said, theres not a whole lot else in Del Rio, and I did find what I needed.

Its a bit pricey but they always have sales so thats a plus. Workers are very nice and its always clean.

I got 6 boys shirts and polos for less than 20 dlls!!! I have twin boys, so that can be expensive...but not when they have special...look for the pink sticker! Expect to be there more than an hour. Kids can play outside in the mall...😉
