OfficeMax, you advertised pocket folders for one cent(one penny). The 1 cent was in BIG PRINT. I needed 20 red pocket folders.I asked if I had the 1 cent folders. They told me yes but I had to make a purchase of $5 in order to buy the folders for 1 cent and the limit was ten (10). They showed me that info in the circular. There I read, in little print :You must must make a $5 purchase and a limit of 10 folders to get them for 1 cent.Well Office Max...YOU GOT ME IN YOUR STORE WITH THE BIG PRINT and then you told me about the fine print.YOU TRICKED ME THE CONSUMER!I LEFT YOUR STORE AND WENT TO WALMART. MY EXPERIENCE. ..AWFULJANICE RICHARDSON

Twice I have experience poor service and the staff is not knowledgeable of what the equipment they have at there disposal and what it will and will not do. I get better service form the Lima, Ohio Office Max where I will go from now on.

Trying to fax and i realized its self service but the lady wasn’t wanting to help me at all. She did but wasn’t happy. I will never go back there. There was only 1 other person in the store. Terrible customer service!!! She had to keep telling me its self service and to read what to do. Guess she had more important things to do because she sure didn’t want to help me.

This place has helped me out a lot. Great employees, great manager. Great quality of work. The manager has a good heart and helped us with a benefit for my friend who had cancer also.

Every time they gave a deal, they run out of stock in hours. Then try to upsell, or wait until they can get more. Usually over a week. No thank

Very, very frustrating... Been in this store 3 days in a row to have copies made... At each visit I did finally get copies done but, either your copy machines were screwed up or jammed with paper, and workers standing around looking at you and then looking away offering NO help...What kind of place is this anyhow...Wont be long and you will be outta Defiance... Cant even rate this place with one star, but I have to or else it wont let me post! Sorry to say im no longer a customer of yours... Get some trained help!!! Or close the doors!!!

I was very disappointed with the lack of options. I went looking for a computer and all they had was HP and a couple Dells. I am not inclined to buy either brand and limited headset options..

They always have what Im looking for, from printers to paper and pencils to erasers, tags, message boards. They have it all at OfficeMax

Fax machine didnt work and I was overcharged last time. Person working there was rude to woman before me and I also. Acted like it was our fault. Will not go there again. Ever.
