What a thankless job these gals & guys do day in & day out. Shout out for the great service I received from Werlor employees Kyle (driver) & Holly (dispatch). Thanks for going above & beyond in regards to customer service. Your quick response allowed our job site to continue on schedule. Also, a BIG thank you to the crew that shows up at my house every Monday morning rain, sleet, snow or shine - I am grateful for your hard work & dedication.

Office is friendly! Trash guys are usually great...a little irritated because we often have extra bags and every time I call in advance and pay extra for them to pick up the bags. This morning I forgot to call and pay for one extra bag, but I was outside and asked if they would take it and I would call right then and pay...the back guy said hold on and asked the driver..apparently the driver said no because the guy said something about next week and jumped in the truck and left. Really? Wow.

The guys that drive the trucks are awesome. Office leaves a lot to be desired. They didnt run for an entire week because of cold which I understand. I expected a credit for no pickup on my bill but that didnt happen. If I dont run my semi, I dont get paid thats the way it should be. That said if you have a dumpster that needs emptied before your two weeks is up they dont just charge a fee to empty it like most refuse places. You have to pay to rent the dumpster all over again. So if the money is in their favor they get it but when they owe us its a screw you.

Customer Service Reps are extremely rude. Not a way to run a local business and you shouldn’t hang up on customers.

Horrible customer service. Always giving their employees the benefit of the doubt. Never believing the customer. Bunch of liars who will say anything to make their employees look good and honest. Trash guys are the laziest theyve ever been. ZERO stars but I had to put one star just to get post through.

I just moved to this city about 4 months ago, and I can say I’ve never had to deal with so many problems when it comes to trash pickup. They refused to take my trash because, the lid wasn’t “completely” down. So now I have several bags just building up in my house, awaiting the next trash pickup.They informed me that they would do me a “one time” favor and pickup 4 extra bags on the next trash pickup, but only if my lid is down. Thanks for doing me that favor. Or rather “thanks for doing your job right this one time”. I now have 7 extra bags. Completely ridiculous.

So I have trash and recycling at my house for a set fee. I dont need the recycling but if I decide to give that up, I still pay the same fee. Smh trash.... literally.

My family and everyone I know has done business with Werlor for as long as I can remember. They have been in business since the 60s!! You dont stay in business that long with poor customer service. This is a great local family owned and operated company (being locally owned is nearly impossible these days). It is so awesome to be able to call them with any questions or concerns and have a actual person answer the phone. Ive personally rented my fair share of Werlor dumpsters over the years for my rental properties and I can tell you first hand, this is one of the most HONEST and RELIABLE companies Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. They pick up at my house, my businesses and I have never had any bad experiences with them at all!! The only bad reviews you will see on this company are from people that cant read paperwork or their trash service stops because they dont pay their bills.

Trash pick up is a joke. My big trash day was today I had a bag and a half in my trash can 2 bags outside of can and cardboard box. I was tagged on my 2 bags, and they were left. I called and they said its bulk day you need to purchase tags....give me a break my 2 bags werent bulky enough. But yet Ill put huge boxes out every week but thats ok to pick up. Whatever.

So tired of calling in because they forgot to pick up my trash. Have had a horrible time since they got the contract for Paulding. I am going to speak to the city. I am not the only one here whos fed up.. Rude, stupid excuses, BIG trash day. Always a hassle. No bagged trash only boxed.. SERIOUSLY..

Big trash/bulk pick upday use to be you set it out we take it didnt matter what it was! Now it no were not taking extra trash you have from holidays or whatever. Lady on phone rude. And the lil trash guy thinks he all billy badass. Werlor use to be great now there just trashy.

Good business- friendly service

My Werlor garbage man always go out of his way to help me! I had leg surgery done a few months ago, and when my driver saw me struggling to get my trash out, he came up to my garage and told me that he would get it for me. He helps me out every week! I cant say enough good words about the drivers and customer service at Werlor. A+ company!

I guess my trash can was “too close” to the mailbox for them to pickup my garbage. Horrible service from this company.

Reasonable price and would never have known they picked up my trash had the container not been empty. Its set back in the exact spot every time and there is nothing spilled.

Driver is only taking two of my trash bags a week because I put out a trash can he told me. He claims because you can not have a trash can and 2 additional bags which us what they are suppose to take. Called the office talked to an extremely rude lady who said for the last 3 weeks you have had addition bags. I told her obviously since your driver is only taking 2 bags a week they would add up do the math. She told me I was a lair. My neighbor was rite standing rite there when there drive told me he did only take 2 bags and if put out a trash can thats all he will take. The lady in the office should be fired she has no code of ethics and is not fit to help customers. I will be turning them into the BBB.

Complete cons. I had my dumpster for 5 years and they want me to pay an additional 400 dollars to end service. Very rude and impossible to deal with.

Force you to pay extra for bags outside of the trash can or if the lid is lifting up from abag in it, was a better company in the past but not to much anymore
