Very clean, convenient location, and also very busy! Biggby Coffees macarons are unbeatable (especially the prices)!!

Nice coffee center with friendly fast service. Quality of coffee was excellent and the barista was really good at both hot and cold coffee drinks we took. Frozen Butter bear was amazing and kept me going for the long drive into the night.

Excellent service. The baristas are fast, efficient and accurate. Ive never spent more than 5-6min in line even when theyre packed and have cars out to the street. Theyre always all smiles, happy to help, answer any questions, polite to my daughter and always thank us and wish us a good day

I got the hot mint chocolate. It was amazing! It could have been a little hotter but the taste was amazing. My wife got the black forest latte iced. It was good. Service was quick even though it was busy. I would recommend going here.

It’s not all bad for me and Biggby is the epitome of that. You will get a solid cup of coffee everyday from this establishment. They have long lines but that’s because this place is elite. Those long lines move quickly because these workers work effectively. 5 stars for a reason! Go Biggby ❤️

I take my 2 yr old daughter in to get Strawberry and Banana smoothie, and the employees are the most amazing people to her. Theyre patient as she orders and pays and always put a few extra sprinkles in her drink. Being that sweet to my child, you have a customer for life!

While the staff is always very nice and the coffee is great, the wait times at this location are always very long. Today waited a half hour in the drive thru for a smoothie and a coffee. The line was 10 plus cars long and cars were driving away because of the wait. They lost at least 5 customers that I saw. If they would add staff or machines to get faster service. If the time was shortened, I would rate a 5...

This place needs a @Starbucks for competition!I ordered a black coffee was told it was at the end of the counter, fill your own cup.Thats fine..but when I come back to the counter to say that the coffee is cold.I am told, and I quote.. choose a different flavor or use the microwave.Yes there actually was a microwave on the counter by the sugars.Really what the hell???Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Unless you want Hot coffee served cold!?#

My favorite coffee shop!!

When they make a coffee correctly, its wonderful. But coffee at Biggbys is never the same twice. I like my lattes to still taste like Im drinking coffee. But often times they are so sweet from all the syrup they put in that they are difficult to drink. So, I decided to start getting an extra shot each time, in hopes that it would level out that over-sweetness. Unfortunately, that only works about half the time. One time Ill get a coffee thats perfect, then the next time it is super sugary sweet again. So it drives me nuts. A latte should taste like flavored coffee--that is, coffee with a little sweet flavor added. But too often its more like sweet flavor with a little coffee added.

Defiance Biggby isnt the most reasonably-priced coffee shop in town (its comparable to Starbucks), but they have a variety of great tasting drinks on the menu and the staff have always been friendly with a relatively short wait time. New or seasonal drink blends pop up on occasion to keep the menu fresh. Love their chai!

Amazing coffee and excllent positve energy. always feels like im at home and when entering and before getting to the order counter the ladies already know what im getting ... fast. im in and out wait time is only 5 mins.

This was the first Biggby Ive been to. Its a newer billing with an adjacent cold Stone creamery. I ordered the mint mocha. The people seemed very nice and it was clean and welcoming. The prices seemed a bit high but the sizes were more than usual too, so I think overall you get more for your money. The quality of the coffee was decent. It was a bit too sweetened for me but i did order a flavored mocha after all, so qi shouldnt have been surprised.

Defiance location is one of my favorite places. Its a nice place to meet for meetings. Plus they know how to make my Cafe ole! ☺️

The staff is awesome and really friendly, but as far as coffee shops go, this store has more of a fast food vibe rather than a real coffee shop experience. The coffee itself is mediocre and lacks flavor, but if youre looking for a sugary pick-me-up, this is the place.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The Chai Latte is my all time favorite. The Defiance location is so much nicer and more comfortable than the one in Wauseon. I would give them about two stars. Their staff is rude and knows nothing about the products. I will only go to the Defiance location with its friendly staff.

Typical Biggby Coffee. Staff was very apologetic for not being able to provide hot beverages. Was able to get cold drinks which was opposite of what we desired.

Best Baristas, they are helpful and friendly Coffee is great and also many varieties to choose from. Drinks can be made Hot, Over ice or frozen! Many drinks offered if not a coffee or espresso drinker.

Yummeeeee but long wait

This is my favorite coffee shop. Im practically on a first name basis with every employee there. They work diligently to get drinks out, even during a rush, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I could seriously eat a bragel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the week.

We live in New Zealand, where espresso coffee is the norm, not brewed or filtered. We were pleased to find that Biggby Coffee does espresso but it was not that well promoted in the shop. Coffee was ok, have had worse in NZ.

I get the same drink regardless of what Biggby I go to but it never tastes right when I go here. Im not sure why that is but its the only one I dont really like to get my drink from. On the plus side the baristas are nice when Ive been here.

1st time I have ever been in here. It is mostly coffees but they do have a few bagel sandwiches. They were delicious. I still need to try their coffee.

Typical, comfortable coffeehouse. Was a bit pricey for hot chocolate, but suitable to meet someone for conversation. Very busy at morning rush, but slowed significantly after 9 AM.
