First time to use curb pick up. Received text that two of my items were ready for pickup at 6:14 pm. Third item unavailable. Called number posted for pick up. No answer. Mailbox full. Called second time and associate said items would be out shortly. After 45 minutes associate delivering to car next to us. He said it would be another hour. We canceled and left. Associate not at all helpful and appeared to care less that we may wait for 2 hours in parking lot for 2 items with a toddler in a car seat. I had no idea curb pick up was like this. And this is after my text said ready for pick up!! It’s much easier and faster to order and use delivery option.

Went in to purchase a cell phone case. Crazy staff! Seems to have very knowledge of the phones. Said they were not allowed to touch our phone! Couldnt transfer my contacts, numbers and pictures to the phone I just brought. Id have to had them downloaded somewhere else. Other staff told me if I changed my service from Total Wireless to another server (cant remember) then he could transfer stuff then . Trust me I wont buy another phone from. They dont have very many anyways.

Went to this Walmart to buy some stuff. The staff were very welcoming and nice. I bought some food from the deli and the lady there was understanding and happy to help me out. The store was well-maintained as well. Would definitely recommend coming here for any needs.

Went to get AMMO & a hunting license.... NO AMMO & Manager was rude 🙄

As much as part of me hates giant Walmart super stores undercutting small businesses in the area, I have to admit that they keep that place in great condition. Only complaint was that there was no one in the clothing area for several minutes so we had to wait and flag someone down that was not even in that section.

Like most Walmart stores, this one is no different.Cheap products, mostly products from overseas.Service nearly non-existent.Virtually one lane checkout.I do NOT work for Walmart and as such will not use the overabundance of self-checkout.Their corporate policies are a perfect reflection of Anti-American globalist values.If I have a choice, I never patronize this store or chain.Voice your opinion with your wallet and save yourself a bad shopping experience by shopping elsewhere.

I had a most pleasant experience at defiance Walmart today. I picked up my order and they were extremely nice. Excellent service 👍

The absolute most incompetent wal-mart Ive ever dealt with.Personally spoke with an automotive associate Saturday afternoon that told me to come in 7am Sunday morning to get tires installed.I arrived and no one to be found..I verify online and yep states automotive opens at 7am...I talk to store manager and she very rudely says oh they dont open till 9 on SundaysI tell her the associate told me to be here at 7..and the information on their web site states that automotive opens at 7am..Her only reply was too bad, its 9am.Very poor way to do business.

If you need to buy something, youll probably find it here, but dont go in with high expectations.Its a typical Walmart, maybe a little less quality as some others, but really I cant expect much of a Walmart anymore. Same layout as every other one Ive been to, maybe a little larger, but it is definitely less well maintained.

Can never find what you want.. used ladies restroom had hand towels spread threw out the restroom. Had hand soap running down the mirror. I went straight to the service desk ask the only lady at the desk to get someone to clean up the restroom. She stated yeah sure and l could tell just the way she replied to me that she was gonna do nothing. But l always have hope! So l went and shopped for like 30 minutes or so came back to see it anything was done to the bathroom. Sure enough nothing. Shelvings are a mess you have to sort to find what you need. It has been very crazy. Hope it changes soon!

A seamless experience in the auto are center. All personnel were courteous and friendly.

Walked by 4 workers having a conversation in the back but not 1 register open. Even asked the lady at the service desk if any cashiers were there and she had nothing to say. Didnt even offer top help. Defiance Walmart sucks

Out of all the Walmarts in the area its probably got to be the one of the best ones.

Its always a nightmare going into Defiance Walmart. The staff they have often seem annoyed when asked for help(or to open a case in Electronics even though theyre an Electronics Associate and had the key on their belt loop). In Electronics youll wait for an hour without someone asking if you need assistance, so to save time you have to go find them, hoping they arent on break and actually have the key. Often there are stock carts(or even pallets) on the floor blocking many aisles/items. It is just an all around horrible experience and the staff only make it more miserable as almost all appear to be miserable working there

Went for help with my phone they said they could not help me because they were not touch my phone not happy about that.

Bathroom in the front was a little neglected, tissue all over and around the trash. Mostly stocked, seen a few empty shelves. Passing through.

I really appreciate the guy who assisted me with my TV pickup today. He went above and beyond.

As usual the tire and lube department had only 1 car in for an oil change and they tell you it will be an hour and a half before they can even do another oil change. Walmart should either get out of the oil change and tire business or hire people that actually have half a clue.

We were looking for annuals. Looked at Meijer first but WalMart had nicer plants at a better price. It was the same last year.

For the most part this store has a great atmosphere. Employees in my experience are friendly and do there best to help you. Specifically the deli employs are a joy to talk to however there are never enough employees back there. All in all great store great prices great town.

The shelves were well stocked, unlike Bryan.

I would give them a 5 star but lately they havent had the canned cat food that I usually get for my cat. Its been really bare in the cat supply asle. Everything else is usually great.

They need more signs coming from the ceiling stating whats in each section. Like tools, window treatments and the such. Maybe a higher selection of items to choose from, they have the low end down, maybe more of the high end

Inconvenience coupled with poor customer service. The self checkout used to be convenient for a couple of items. Now we are mostly forced to use a larger self checkout for a cart load of things. And the inexperienced/underpaid teenager isnt going to be able to answer my question about the air conditioner serial number the kiosk wants me to enter on the screen. Walmart Corporation is completely confused about customer satisfaction & customer dissatisfaction. I am in my 34th year of Quality Assurance. I have worked for a few different companies and 100s of suppliers. Walmart is just horrible at this portion of their business. They are pennywise and pound foolish.

This is for Walmart defiance as I go in to find a cake for my grandsons kindergarten graduation I was looking for something special and Mrs.Etoy. showed me her idea for making a cake for the little ones The Kindergartners who are graduating I was so elated she Put one together while I was waiting it was a cupcake pencil cakeshowed me her idea the one she wanted to display I was so happy I asked if I could take a picture with her standing by it and I posted it on Facebook I also called the Walmart and asked to speak to a manager and told him how wonderful it was to get such great customer service and very happy with this cake shes going to be very busy when this gets out on how talented she is thank you again miss e t o y happy customer Tina Laurell

Last time I was there it was a mess, carts everywhere, only 3 lanes open and one of the back bathroom stalls was out of order again. However the employees were very nice.

Not very crowded, got my fishing license within minutes. Found everything else needed and had a fast checkout.

Not the best Walmart I have been too. They arent very organized in my opinion!

Used to enjoy going to this store however they have far too many people that follow the shoppers and they dont care to be stealthy about it neither, in my opinion the employees are rude and need to learn people skills especially in that line of work

Where are all the employees??16 people in line at the self service check out because only 1 person working that area and 1/3 of them are broke, 1/3 are turned off, 1/3 are usable.And what the heck is going on here....you mean I HAVE to ring my stuff up and bag it too....umm, isnt there supposed to be a bag boy for this!?Anyways...if you want to help run the mom and pop shops out of your area, like rude and disrespectful staff, and long lines and manual labor...well, then this is the store for you!

It was unsanitary in the food department. Water jugs squished, pizza boxes were open and frozen ravioli had holes in the bags. I told a worker and they didnt seem to care. Very unsanitary.

Very clean store, compared to stores in Lucas County. Didnt really see too many workers or interact with them, but seemed like a very laid back atmosphere of shoppers.

Cant stock nothing. People are rude. And pushy needs more cleanliness have to dig around top and bottom shelf to find items. This place needs a lot of work usually go to bigger City to get what I need

My card wouldnt work at self checkout ( cause thats all they really have there) the cashier lady came over. First we had to call for assistance after she looked at us several times. She was very rude and not helpful at all. Then she just walked away. Mind you this is after we saw her shoo told him to move,not in a nice way.

Prices are okay. Hate how the cash registers are being replaced with self checkout. I do like the selection of goods. I do also wish they treated their workers better. Overall its okay. Id reccomend it for mostly convenience.

Store was clean, many shelves empty where supplies didnt come. They kept running out and was told backorder. I kept trying to get 44# indoor / outdoor cat food. My cat food was sold out again

I am very shocked today because Walmart worker telling to leave or they call the police, because truck damage the pavement,i was there for quick grocery shopping. all fake truckers sportive post everywhere but on ground its not .

Its good to have the convince but they dont have any concerns for the customer products after they do the shopping!!! Didnt get the large 56fl oz of dawn dish soap to have the bottle laid on it side and other items stacked on top of it that I purchased loaded in the my vehicle. Upon my arrival at home everything unloaded and taken inside to find 1/8 of my dish soap has been dumped in the bag n floor of my vehicle, now have a mess to clean up!!

I like the produce in walt Mart. It moves fast, so rarely things are old and yucky. Fruits always fresh, and organic produce reasonable price.

Theyve improved checking out of the store faster. Now if you have groceries you can now check your groceries out yourself without waiting more then a min or two. Its great.

Well, its walmart. Take the good with the bad. Pharmacy is pretty quick, good selection of groceries. Not a good selection of clothes though.

Theyve been remolding so its been tough to find things inside. Theyve been doing a great job handling the pandemic keeping customers and employees safe. I very much appreciate the curbside grocery pickup. Theyre always ready when they say they will be and always prompt. Any substitutions theyve made the new items they picked made sense. Overall I love defiance Walmart

The grocery pick up is supposed to make life easier. Especially during a pandemic. I have three small children that I try to avoid taking to the store. But when you have THREE employees ignore you for over a half hour because you werent checked in. I tried checking in, i tried calling 3 times, and nothing. My husband who wasnt even there finally managed to get through to the store and had someone bring my stuff out. Out of the 4 employees I seen only ONE was kind, apologetic, and helped me. The employees should be ashamed of themselves. I used to work at Walmart and youre supposed to great EVERY customer especially when you see a customer sitting for over a HALF AN HOUR. Dont you think someone should say Ive noticed you here for a while, is there anything I can do for you?. They STARED AT ME and did NOTHING. Disappointed and disgusted. I could have taken all my kids into the store, picked out my groceries and checked out faster than that.

It’s a magical place and now you can use your magic mirror you carry in your pocket to order grocery’s and somehow through magic I assume they shop for you and you go pick it up.Anyway, I hear Disney land isn’t near as great as Wally World.

Never enough registers open. Always 4 or more customers in line. With over flowing buggies. Not blaming the cashiers as they are doing the best they can. With covid19. Self checkouts are a cesspool as no one can keep up with cleaning them and frankly being forced to wear a mask and still expected to touch surfaces hundreds of people touch a single day is barbaric. It isnt specifically this location. But all locations... corporate needs to stop lining their pockets and do what is best for their customers.

Its not the fault of the employees themselves, they are always busting their tails and working hard. Poor management and lack of any organization is maddening. Would like to acknowledge Brittany that was working the self checkout today! There was a hole in my bag so the spaghetti sauce dropped to the floor and made a very big mess. She came over and helped clean it up and helped me move registers. She was very kind about the situation.
