Had no problem finding what we needed.

Went to purchase an item that they had at least 20 pull tickets still on the hook for, just to get told at the checkout that they didnt have that item. Maybe employees could have utilized their time and made sure things behind the checkout counter matched what was in the aisles for customers to pull to bring up front instead of standing around and laughing (at the time I was inside). You can have fun and still get the job done. This isnt the first time this store has not had an item they had plenty of tickets for. Ill spend my $500+ at another store. However, the cashier was friendly and apologetic.

Always get great service & deals

Used the order online and pick up in store and the order was pulled quickly. The process of picking up my order was very easy and painless. We chose to go in and wore our masks. The cashier was wearing a mask and gloves and made sure we got what we needed shortly after showing her the order confirmation. Was pleasantly surprised at the selection of items which were available in store that we had a hard time finding at another craft store.

I love everything in it

The lady helping me was a mean and very rude person. She was around 70 yrs old and had the poorest people skills ever. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I will never shop there again and highly recommend shopping somewhere else. I went across the street to Hobby Lobby and was greeted with a smile and helped out with my project. That mean old lady needs to be fired and acted like a complete psycho!

They have electricity scooter to get around also if I cant find it they will direct to the location

Way too expensive even with the 50 60 70% off, most the stuff is way overpriced. Nice merchandise just too expensive.

The man Cashier didnt offer to help me get a coupon online he wanted me in out out asap

This sale is my favorite and the associates are amazing. I make blankets for Project Linus and sales like this allow me to buy more.

Joann Fabrics is one of my favorite places to shop! Not only do they have a wide selection of fabric, but they also carry many beautiful seasonal decorating items, candies, yarn, thread, zippers, buttons, and a large section of crafts. In addition to the great selection, they also have ongoing sales, and if you have patience to wait for an item to get marked down, theres a good chance youll get an amazing deal on it! The staff are also friendly and helpful, showing you where to find things, and endeavoring to answer questions you may have on your project.The four stars is because the pattern books they carry have lots of pictures of indecently dressed people, but other than that, I would give JoAnn Fabrics a 5-star review. This facility is also clean and well organized.

I love all of the craft, fabric and home decor options at this location! I personally prefer it to the new rival box store across the street.

Several people working on the floor..no one really wanting to leave their area to help me. I ask where a few things were..they said..oh over there..some place..😳...

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, willing to help out even new to the craft customers. They have a vast selection of various craft items. So much great stuff that its hard to choose. Decent prices and wide variety of fabrics and variety of different types of craft needs.

Its a clean well-stocked facility workerare willing to answer your questions and help you find something or give you an estimate time of when they should get something in at they do not have.

Enjoyed shopping here. Need to make aisles a bit wider for the electric wheelchair to get through but otherwise staff very friendly and helpful.

Great experience! The only thing I have problems with is the width of the the aisle to get around because I use the electric cart.

Today will be my last day entering any Jo-Ann Fabric store. Do not issue a 60% IN STORE ONLY coupon and have items on sale in the store and regular price online. Im tired of going to the store to find EVERYTHING on sale, so I researched online for something I needed and found a beautiful lantern that was NOT on sale online. When I checked out and went to use the coupon, the cashier told me it was 40% off. This just shows that you purposely create sales to screw over your customers. Great business youre running. 😒👎

Ordered fabric that was supposed to be paid for . Never was ordered and never received confirmation only told it would take 1-2 weeks then2- 3 then 3- 4. Now we were told it was never paid for and never ordered it was canceled 3.8 weeks ago. Way to treat the girl scouts and your would be returning customers. But looks like we will take our business elsewhere not one of the 6 people I talked to had a clue or could tell me that the transaction never went through. Now I have 4 young scouts without a project to do. This makes me mad but truly sad they wont even honor their mistake because I took the order paper to the counter. My only mistake was not making sure the cashier rang up the said ordered material.

Lots of fun items. I went in to buy one item and came out with a bag full of craft items. The cashier was very friendly and told me about their app that has coupons.

I could care less about fabric but I went there with my girlfriend. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was way too close to the toilet. They had a very large stall but decided to put the dispenser right next to the toilet. This caused lack of room for legs and was rather uncomfortable. Very upsetting and lost points in my book.

I spend way too much money at Joann Fabric and Crafts! My sewing closet looks like a store itself. I love their money-saving coupons and always use them. I downloaded their app and save lots of money that way, too!

They have an odd policy about fabric that is determined by the provider. They will be not allow you to purchase certain fabrics after they have expired. Not their fault though.

Good prices when you use coupons. They need more staff during busy holiday times though.

I enjoy shopping at this JOANN fabric store as the staff members are always so very helpful very knowledgeable about the different craft products they sell as most are all crafters themselves!! The store is usually very tidy clean & well organized.

I usually have a fantastic experience there but this time the staff that checked me out was very rude and rushed me. Im buying about 100$ worth of items and if I want to look at something neat in the checkout line why would you be rude?

Very good selection. Its crazy there on the last day use of a killer coupon. There is usually a wait at the fabric table.

Very polite and made sure I had all my cut fabric. Fabric cutter qouted price of fabric before cutting and offered smaller yardage left for discount.

I dont spend much time inside this store but my wife loves it. She always finds great deals and great ideas for new projects
