Melissa is a nice person. And while her staff are trained, they do recommend things against best practice as far as babywearing. They believe they are better than those who are trained in other ways that dont involve a certificate. The only difference is each way is a different way of training.Ableism and privilege is strong within this store as well. For that reason, I cannot recommend to anybody be it friends, family or those within my group.

This place carries awesome products and the owner is so helpful. She helped me to find the baby carrier that was most appropriate for my body. She allowed me to try them on, showed me how to adjust them, and allowed me to walk around to see how comfortable they are long term. They offer monthly activities, exclusive events, and a friendly atmosphere. There was even a play space for my son to hang out in while I shopped, and a comfy chair where I could nurse my 3 month old twins.

The owner teaches unsafe wearing. She focuses on selling products more than finding a carrier that is safe for each baby and caregiver. I understand being a store owner, you need to sell products but showing people how to improperly wear a baby is not the way. Not only is it wrong it can cause injury to the baby anx caregiver. She thinks her certification is more superior than Babywearing International. I will never support a business that puts money before safety.

Excellent place to find some of those hard to find baby items.

The site and store manager home said they are open on Saturdays the store door says it too. Unfortunately It was closed when the hours of operation said it was opened.

This shop has a lot of great apparel, toys, and supplies for children. They carry many things that arent available anywhere else locally.
