We came here in search of something new to eat on our lunch break and long behold we found this spot! The food is great, came out super fast. The customer service was awesome. Rosa helped me find the place over the phone, she’s super helpful and sweet! The place was a little hard to find because it’s inside an office building but there’s a beautiful patio you can sit at while watching the waterfall. I cannot wait to come back here. It’s so peaceful and nice and a great place to relax and enjoy your lunch!

The women at Lemon Cafe, which I believe is the owner is very rude. From ordering over the phone to in person. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. Today will be my last time ordering from this cafe. My co-worker who is allergic to cheese order a breakfast plate by CARD and stated he wanted no cheese in the eggs. Not only do they take forever ( 45+ mins. ) to bring your food they had the order incorrect. Upon arrival my co-worker checked the food & notice cheese and told the delivery lady he doesnt want cheese and she didnt want to take the food back she stated he would have to take it up there his self. When he took it up there the owner REFUSE to remake the eggs without cheese or give him his money back. He had to leave without any egg. I dont want to make this a race thing because he is BLACK but is that really how you treat a customer? If I can give them a 0 star I definitely would.

Rosa & Blanca are the sweetest ladies on earth, and Im amazed that there appears to be others who have had such a drastically different experience than my own.. The food is great/prepared fast, and their service is wonderful; especially when you consider how busy they are day in & day out.

Once a fantastic restaurant to order from with fast delivery and fair prices. Unfortunately those days are over. An over priced menu and 45 minute wait on average for deliveries has sent our office on a mission to find another restaurant.No complaints on their food, I have to admit that its been consistent for the 3yrs that we have been ordering from them.Good luck Lemon Cafe but the 30+ people in our office building have placed this business on their blacklist!

Hope the owner reads this...1 Dozen eggs = $3.001 pack of cheese = $2.001 pack of bread = $2.00Thats $7.00 (not including tax), which yields me breakfast for a full week.Your omelettes are at $7.70. Two eggs (any style) are priced at $3.00... same price as a dozen quality eggs. If your aim is to get people to buy breakfast on the regular, you are asking customers to add another $30 - $40 on their weekly budget to afford it. At least if you would significantly increase your portions, it could be justified. I gave this two stars because at the very least, the food is delicious, I will give you that.My sincerest opinion here is that when I purchase your breakfast and look at the meager portions, i feel like a fool for doing it to myself. It has even made me seriously consider a fasting routine, or starting a lunch truck business just to take away your remaining customers.I read another review in here about you losing the business of +30 people in an office because of the same thing — inflated prices + meager portions. The employee who responded — Miguel — provided the usual I dont give a s*** response, which includes an artificial apology, with a side of how can we improve, even though the problem was clearly reiterated.Long story short, your prices made me lose my appetite, and compelled me to write this; so at least I can admit I wasted time and money my way.

Came here with my family and was pleased. The food came out relatively quick and the staff was friendly. My wife had the Caesar salad and I had the tilapia. Pretty good pricing for the portions.

I only come here because its convenient since i work in the same buildingbut if there was another place here im sure everyone will leave. Everyone I speak with agrees. The prices are way too high for food that is not prepared with care and patience nor that tasty. Every breakfast sandwich I order is almost empty cause they only put 1 slice and one small egg on a good sized bagel so each bite I only taste the bread. And its messy! the ham and cheese on their breakfast sandwiches and croissants are all folded up and i have to open the sandwich to lay it evenly every time and its not enough its almost empty i hate it! almost $4 for a croissant breakfast sandwich. all their food is so oily and they need to change their oil more often and thats coming from me and some of my co workers. they cook in old oil at least thats what it taste like. when their fries are actually good thats when we know they changed it and that barely happens. not to mention ALL OF THE WOMEN THERE have the NASTIEST attitude EVERY day its almost like you can feel their negative energy and how unhappy they are. When you call the professionalism is not there what so ever. They speak too fast to hear what they said and then put you on hold. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I told Rosa to please have the cook wear a hair net because several times me and my fiance had hair in our sandwich and she looked at me like i had 5 heads and just said ok . no sympathy and every day I see the cook in the kitchen she has no hair net. They dont care about who pays their bills and thats the customers. They seem to take every approach to them with a grain of salt. you should have more sympathy. if u have to charge so high for a crappy made plate then its because you must have to make ends meet with the little customers you have. I can seriously go on for days but i cant say anything nice about this place other than the convenience. Ive been wanting to write this for a while but Ive tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but no they just dont care. If you want better feedback and more customers change the prices or quality of what u offer and WAY better customer service.

I went to pick up my order and the lady at the front handed me somebody elses order that was sitting out for a long time (because apparently that person cancelled his or her order) I told her I didnt want it and I would like my food to made fresh. she then referred to me as the same person who ordered the food and told me not to ever order from them again. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM IT!!!! many times Ive had bad customer service over there. and today was my last time

Ordered take out and the order was ready when we got there. The food was good and quick process for pickup. It’s right next to where we live so we will be back!

Not good quality and they are very cheap. I wanted my toast without butter and they said that they would charge me for a new one.

This was and is my last time to order, only ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and coffee, it took them 20 min to make, and they left it on the counter and manager had to get for me

The food is very good, as well as decently priced. My favorite items are their tilapia salad, buffalo chicken wrap and their quesadillas. Their soups and baked goods are worth a try as well!

This place is ridiculous, it is so expensive. You have better luck going to Wendys or even Publix and ordering a whole sub with chips and it would still be cheaper then the BLT. Very Expensive.
