Today 7-29-21 Best services from very politeness young man between 4.30-5.00 PM was making lot of document copies for $ 2.00 thank you, I always pleases with this UPS store and glad they are here, Peoples need to stop post the complaints for a little things if they take their business somewhere else you might have to drive to Pasadena, Baytown, Clearlake, Gelena park, Channelview and Deer Park not gonna like it ether just take care your business and go home. 😅😄😃

These guys provide fast service to customers. I just had to go and return my Xfinity devices and it was an easy and smooth transaction. The agent at the counter was kind and well aware of what needed to be done to rices my return. When I need to send personal packages I will certainly go here for help.

The older man/woman (I couldn’t tell) customer service representative was so incredibly rude and frustrating. I felt so uncomfortable the short 5 minutes I was there.

In line at the UPS store and the lady with the short brown haircut is speaking very shortly and rude to a nice Chinese lady that is trying to ship a package. Not being very helpful. Luckily I dealt with a nicer person.

Unacceptable. I called ahead about getting my passport photo taken, only to show up and be told no one there knew how to do it. Also, I wanted to print from my Drive and was told I had to pay just to log in to get the file. The 3 staff members were rude and not at all helpful.

I have shipped packages with UPS for 12 years using the Deer Park location. Couldnt ask for better service or outcomes! Never had a problem. Plan to keep using them for another 12 years! Annie Penland

One of the most horrible UPS stores.I sent something for Saturday delivery and clearly explained to the girl that I needed Saturday delivery.She forgot to put Saturday delivery and my package will be delivered on Monday which is too late.Now I am in the store and We are sorry and we can not do anything about it is their only answer!!!!

This is a s**** place to send packages. I sent an iPhone 8 because I sold it thru an app and I received an email saying they didn’t receive it. I wonder what the employee that helped me package my item do with the iPhone. He also stated that he could not give me a receipt saying I shipped it because I was shipping thru usps. I come to find out they can give you a receipt. I never leave reviews on any of the business I frequent but this just about pissed me off. Can’t even trust the f***** Ups. 🤬

Get there 15 minutes before close had just gotten of work. I undertand They are trying to get home as well but all i was rrying to do is print a paper out and send it off. The computer i has To use to login in to my email had shut down because another customer had just used it and for security after someone uses it it restarts so for a long time i was Just waiting on their equipment and while still waiting i told The lady with short hair not the young girl she was super friendly and was working in the back most of the time but the short hair older chubby lady i told Her what i was Trying to do and she replied with slapping her hand on her face and telling me that she wanted to go home extremely rude threw me completly of guard cause before hand she seemed really nice. I was Lost for words felt bad and just left and it wasn’t even 7:00 yet. Ruined my night. Again i understnd People want to go home but this was an important paper with a due date i was Left out of options.

Fast and cheap service. What more can one need?

This store is an absolute ripoff. They charged me $40 dollars for 75 copies. There is absolutely no reason for this cost and I would not recommend any business to go their way.

My wife said she tried dropping off a USPS package yesterday, and the overweight girl with the short crew cut hair told her she couldnt. Ive dropped off usps packages here before and they give you a receipt with the tracking number on it, not sure why you hire these lazy people who go out of their way to not to work. I just called now and the girl confirmed you can drop off usps and they give it to the mail man when they stop by. My wife returns to the store on 2/27/18 6:45pm and the same girl now tells her if the package gets lost theyre not responsible for it, if it doesnt make it to the usps its not their responsibility. Trying to return a $1,000 phone to t mobile, so now she left the store a second time with the package. Avoiding this store, it sounds like they steal the packages.

UPS shows Saturday 4pm pick up for packages. I went to the store to drop off a UPS package and the store was locked. The door says they close at 2:30 pm and of course there are no drop boxes outside. Total waste of my time and my package wont go out until Monday evening. Inaccuracies should be corrected!

I got a package in the mail today that had my sisters Christmas gift in it. When I got it out of the mail box the package was already opened but luckily nothing was stolen out of it. My cousin also ordered something that came through UPS and it was stolen. The next day he saw the UPS driver that runs his route wearing the shoes he ordered.
