Great customer service! I needed dry ice for a school project, and they were able to help me on really short notice. I have never used dry ice before, and they were knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. Definitely a great company, I highly recommend them!P.s. my project came out great - the dry ice fog effect was definitely the perfect finishing touch! So glad they were able to help me so quickly!

Ice was ordered for my wedding this past Saturday, the 18th, on September 3rd. Went through the motions of ordering and the ice never showed up for my day. Completely disappointed with this company as every other review is a rave. I even called 3 weeks prior to the ordering date to make sure they delivered to my area. The woman I spoke and dealt with was very nice and even remembered the initial conversation when I was searching for a company to deliver to me. Unfortunately I will never recommend this company to anyone.

This is THE place to go for the best service, nicest people, and the cleanest, highest quality ice and ice products, I e. Dry ice. I was in a pinch with getting a freezer for my retail store and after a SINGLE phone call requesting a freezer for my retail bait and tackle store so I could offer pre packaged ice to my customers, the nicest driver showed up within two days delivering my freezer, setting it up, and filling it with ice so I could begin selling ice immediately! The driver even had signage which he helped me set up!!This is a fist class operation all the way and simply the best people who are adamant about giving the best product and customer service!! I highly recommend.

Literally just got off the phone with an employee named Denis. Super informative, explained how to handle dry ice and recommended when I should pick up( cause it melts very quickly). Very helpful and pleasant customer service. Will update when I pick up tomorrow about in person customer service.

Apple Ice recently was a life saver. My refrigerator went on the fritz and PC Richard claimed to have fixed it. Low and behold, they didnt and I woke up on the 4th to refrigerator that wasnt keeping cold. Since then I have obtained dry ice from Apple Ice twice and both times they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. One time I met a customer who has been buying from them for 5 years and he affirmed that they were the best around. Keep up the great work

Had a particularly good experience with Apple Ice. Needed ice for a party in midtown Manhattan. The person who answered the phone was super pleasant to deal with, she got me the paperwork I needed very quickly, and I was able to pre-pay with a credit-card. The delivery guy was very pleasant and professional. Very competitive pricing, too! I would definitely use them again.

I run a commercial fish packing dock, which uses ice by the tons. Apple ice has provide excellent service at a very competitive price. Do to the nature of the seafood industry sometimes I need to call Apple Ice at the last minute to up orders and they ALWAYS come through. If you have a business which requires or re-sells ice, Apple Ice is the way to go.

I just completed an Ironman triathlon and was having a party to celebrate. Apple ice made me the most amazing ice luge for the party. The Ironman logo. I can not believe how amazing it came out. Everyone loved it.

I have a unique need for dry ice -- Im one of the growing number of chemotherapy patients that needs a small amount of dry ice regularly to keep the cold caps I use, to minimize hair loss. When I was first finding out about suppliers in my area, nobody wanted to talk to me -- until I reached Apple. The office staff couldnt have been more helpful - and they explained that they do this for some other folks as well. My order is doubtless one of their tiniest and most high maintenance, but the folks there always treat me as if their business depends on my continued good will. The women who answer the phone are lovely, the drivers are helpful and I recommend them for any ice orders you may ever need. Love these guys. -- PS - this is being published under my sons name for some reason but Im Gregs mom!!! (Sorry kid. Stay off moms computer in the future!

I had a party on the 4th of july at my house, and wanted to do an extravagant ice sculpture i did a booze luge so it could be a huge WOW factor they had so many different options, and were very helpful . Needless to say it was they delivered they set it up, and the price was awesome. they also had ice so i didnt have to go out and get more. I got amazing customer service, and the driver was very pleasant. Would definately reccomend it to anyone thats having a party, or just simply needs ice.
