I headed into Saks because I had purchased a dress with my girlfriend there May 24th. This week while she was on vacation, all of her luggage (the dress included) was stolen. It was one of the only sundresses shes ever felt comfortable wearing, and it meant a lot because Id bought it for her.I informed one of the store associates- she quickly grabbed two others. I checked the whole store with one, and the others managed to find the dress down to the exact size using only the date (over a month prior), an approximate time, and the end total. They were then able to order said dress for me, to be shipped secretly to my girlfriends house. This was one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had, and I thank you.
