Filippo was the photographer for our engagement shoot and wedding, and for each he was absolutely amazing. We loved our engagement and wedding photos. He took such wonderful photos that beautifully captured us and the scenery (including the sunset). He was also such a nice and genuine person to work with who went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the pictures. His recommendations for poses and sunlit angles were Superb! Fil did an amazing job photographing our wedding. The photos turned out even more beautiful than I expected. I met with several photographers for my wedding (I am not the easiest person to please) and he was the only photographer that I met with who really cared about what me and my wife wanted. She automatically fell in LOVE with his style of photography with me it took a little more time but I came around when I saw that he truly cared for us. He went above and beyond. He was so easy to work with and flexible which is huge when you are running around trying to get ready for the big day. On our day, I hardly noticed that he was there however he was able to get all of the shots that that my wife and I wanted. The party was for a 1st birthday for my daughter. In Korean tradition, the first birthday party is often one of the most important events in their lives. In olden times, infant mortality was so high, that Koreans count their first birthday as their actual birth age. So, living until your first birthday became quite a celebration. The colors, the balloons, and the other decorations reflected the same type of tradition. In addition, my wife is Latina. The room also had to reflect a regular party atmosphere with a dance floor and music.The melding of my daughters cultures was so succinctly captured by Fil and the crew from Origin Photos.The importance of this event, the emotion and the cultural nuances were encapsulated to perfection. He brings a positive energy to the day and that makes a real difference in how we appear in the final image. He is confident and provides helpful suggestions for posing. His clear goal as he is working is to capture the romantic connection between two people. He works tirelessly and always aims to please. He has a great sense for composition and frames his photos with an artists eye.If there is any downside to hiring Origin Photos its that they are very busy and may take a couple days to respond to emails or phone calls. If youre negotiating a package or scheduling a shoot be very clear in what you want and make sure you receive a clear response so there is no miscommunication.Our favorite photos from the day were the beautiful formal group shots with family (make sure you give any photographer a list well beforehand) and the candids captured out on the dance floor during the reception. These are memories we will cherish forever.

Fil is the BEST photographer EVER!!! When we were looking for photographers (and we met with many), Fils passion and wonderful spirit and personality truly sealed the deal. Hes always available and responsive to answer any and all questions. He has many wedding photo packages to meet most budgets. On our wedding day, Fil kept our large bridal party laughing and excited to take photos. We also received our wedding photos back in exactly one week and they were just perfect. Im one to read reviews when Im thinking about paying for a service- especially when the service costs money and is dealing with an important event in my and my families lifes.-- Im must also say, Im frugal. And it often is a bad thing, I am a firm DIY individual and feel I can recreate anything. I have officially been proven wrong.Origin photos is not something you can recreate because they capture moments that happen once in a lifetime. They capture the emotion in real time, something so true can not be recreated.I have orgin photos books for our wedding, and so far I am beyond impressed with everything they have to offer- their form of communication is so open- being a mother of two toddlers I dont always have time to get on the phone, send an email, but a simple text is always possible- and that is just what I did. It was so convient!Once a meeting was established - which I might add was hard to find the right time (but they were SO accomating) we both knew that we wanted to use their service- their pictures are amazing, and their personalities are perfect. Willing to take control of hectic moments but gentle enough not to be overboard.They offer packages which was great, however they were quite what we wanted and thats okay too.. Because they will work with you to do what you ask in your price range- so dont ever feel shy about expressing your needs- they are vey understanding.Our package we created together included an engagement shoot- which is why I am so willing to leave this review while my children run around me in circles right now. Typically Im hard to please. I feel I pay for a service I want it to be perfect. Im never happy with how I look in pictures and although all the services I have used in the past have been nice or accommodating -- I was never truly satisfied with the product- not in this case. Its so important to have a good rapport with your photographer. I felt an instant connection with Fil the minute I met him. He made us feel comfortable and therefore, elicited genuine and raw emotions from my fiancé and I during our engagement shoot. My fiancé met him for only a few moments and he immediately relaxed and was himself during the shoot, as seen in all of our photos. Fil came up with creative and brilliant ideas on the spot. We were looking for someone who knows the venue and the room so they already know the staff, what shots work and do not work based on the time of day. It was a reasonable offer which satisfied what we were looking for. Realizing the time of year, Fil took the time to squeeze us into his schedule that very weekend so we can take our engagement photos before the autumn foliage was gone. I have a television background and my fiancee did some modeling in her younger years, so we have an idea on what characteristics we were looking for in our photographer. We found our engagement photo session experience with Fil was great. He knew the perfect location to take us and it had a wide array of marvelous scenery. He had ideas right off the bat and he used our suggestions as well. He had told us in his office that he likes to use as much natural light as possible. His work really showed. He delivered the digital photos to us very quickly and we were extremely satisfied with the results. We look forward to working with Fil again and we are very confident and thrilled to have him capture our very special day in 2016.

Fil is absolutely amazing! We booked him for photo & video for a 2-day wedding event and everything came out absolutely beautiful. Fil is very friendly, cooperative & easy to work with.
