I had water pouring out the relief pipe on the furnace. I turned off the furnace and called Fisher-Churchill. The answering service picked up right away and relayed my message to Cody. Cody came out within the hour and was the ultimate professional. He was knowledgeable and amiable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace on the spot. Really great customer service and fair pricing. We have been customers of theirs for 10 years or so. Our ancient heating system has had issues at some bad times and they have always reacted promptly, professionally, and I have never felt like I was overcharged. They spend the time to explain things and take pride in their work. They are our oil provider as well. We will be looking to move to Gas soon and will be hiring them to do the conversion as well. I strongly recommend Fisher-Churchill.

I have an older boiler a Series 66 Weil Mcclein that has been faithful for many years. With kid gloves i have been nursing it along for several years and with the help of Rich from your service team we have managed to get a few more years out of it. He carefully cleans and tunes it up every year and makes suggestions on its long term care and eventual replacement. I will probably replace it next summer but only if Rich helps with the work. Its hard to find someone you can trust. My last 2 service guys were a disasteri have always purchased the cheapest oil but have learnd that quality oil with quality service wins in the long runThanks again

We had a problem with our Central Air Conditioning blower and wiring and it took a few visits but eventually they got it corrected. Thanks to Rich for finishing the job. He was amazing.

Have been a long time member of Fisher- Churchill. Had an issue with the furnace. Service tech came out and replaced parts. Furnace worked for less that 1 day before failing again. Made after hours emergency call. Black smoke pouring out of the chimney, building up in the house. 4 hours later, still not even a call back. Still waiting. Glad to see Fisher Churchill has such a low regard for a longtime customers safety and well being. If no call back is received, The better business bureau will be our first call in the morning before calling a reputable oil company. Will never recommend this company and will tell family and friends about these terrible people.
