This location was very clean and new looking. We were helped and served very quickly however the employee behind the counter was not very friendly at all. They offer mobile order ahead, drive thru and even delivery. All the employees were wearing masks and there were hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the inside of the building.

This Krispy Kreme seems to have it together. Fast service with a smile. Donuts always fresh. They do cook and glaze there original glazed donuts. So if you want warm Donuts, order original glazed ones. I do recommend this Krispy Kreme to my friends. I will return again. Ps and the cotton candy Donuts are soooo good!

Joined the Krispy Kreme Club sometime ago and never regretted it. They have the freshest doughnuts ever.

Nothing beats a Krispy Kreme original glazed. Bought 3 dozen to take back to Minnesota. Only 2 dozen made it home, which was used for Krispy Kreme bread pudding. Delish!

Frozen Mocha Latte is the best I have found. Very creamy and delicious. And of course the hot sign is always a good thing to see when you want those melt in your mouth original glazed.

Drive through was the slowest of any location I have ever been in my life. Finally made it to the window only to be receive a completely different drink than I ordered and had to wait a few minutes more for them to make the correct one.

My family and I really enjoyed our time here, the doughnuts were fantastic!

I love that they give you a dozen of original glazed for your birthday.

Decatur store is constantly out of stuff..went in there today out of alot of flavors but have a case slam full of different strawberry I ask if they could make more of the others they tell me no then I see them start the glazing machine up and guess what.. MORE STRAWBERRY thats not selling and none of what they are out of.. No common sense.. MAKE WHAT IS SELLING AND YOUR OUT OF NOT WHAT YOU HAVE A CASE FULL OF!!!

My favorite place. Wish they would offer chocolate glazed more than once a month. Wasnt impressed with the strawberry glaze not enough strawberry flavor.

I went when the “hot now” sign was on and my donuts were cold. other than that, the staff was nice.

It was 9 pm and the parking area and ALL outside lights were off. Could not see the order sign at the drive through. Wife was upset because you had Key Lime filled doughnuts. It was mentioned to the associate and no offer made to swap out 2 before handing the box out. Also mentioned we could not see the order board because lights were off...response: laughing

Slow wait due to understaffing. (7 workers at 9:10ish p.m., 2 doing drive thru and the rest doing the other miscellaneous tasks) Doughnuts tasted very much so like the oil they were fried in rather than sweet treats. The best experience was the original recipe frozen coffee(which we had to get as a second choice because the hot latte machine was broken). Would go back again for the coffee, but maybe not the doughnuts or wait times.

Doughnuts were small, like they werent allowed to rise all tbe way. They werent fresh either and i was there right after lunch

I went in on a Sunday afternoon and they did not have a good selection at all. They had some original glazed, pumpkin spice and iced donuts with sprinkles. No specialty donuts at all.....very disappointed!

The hot donut sign was on we went to the drive-through And even asked the lady if they were still hot and she said yes so we paid for our dozen hot donuts and they were stone cold!!I am very upset and will not be going here again

Fast service and yummy doughnuts. I got a dozen around 2pm and they were so fresh. This was the best lemon creme donut I have had.

Ive been here several times. I always get what I order. The only times that I havent gone here is because the drive thru was down for several months a long time ago. I am not understanding the complaints of the people on here that say they do no have specialty doughnuts, as I have repeatedly gotten them. No issue. I have been please with my service at this location.

The service is declining. Some would say this is happening nationwide but in Decatur it was like this pre-pandemic. Now its just getting worse.

Do they ever actually have anything other than their plain glazed? I have gone to this location and walked away with nothing at least twice as often as I buy anything. They have a coupon for Fall, but do they have any of the doughnuts on the coupon? No. Do they have any cake doughnuts? No? Filled Reese or Oreo? Nope out of that too. Sheesh. Better luck at Dunkin!

Why I give this is cause I have been there for the past few days and the manager in the morning time there is so mean to her employee and talk down to them and make them feel like they are nothing I have seen only one employee there I think she new not seen here there before she was the only one working and was doing a very good job and the manager down talked her i was like really you got all the other ones staying around not doing nothing but your going to down grade the new worker that is doing more some manager you are you need more people like the new girl then the others one there

I ordered through the app and realized my apartment number was not showing up on the delivery so I called to try to let the store know. I called 4 times and let the phone ring for a very long time and no one ever answered. Currently waiting on my order. I doubt it’ll make it here as this is a large apartment complex. 🙄
