I placed an order to be delivered for a 30th Anniversary surprise for my spouse. On delivery day, I called to see what time it would be delivered and the phone representative said nonchalantly, by close of business which is 9:00PM. (Its not like the shop was far away ... maybe 8-10 miles from my home!) I was appalled! I told him my spouse would have eaten dinner and be fast asleep by that time. He just repeated the policy ... no emotion. As the evening wore on, I repeatedly checked the doors to see if the arrangement had been dropped off without notification. Needless to say, it arrived just a few minutes before 9:00PM as I was cleaning the kitchen from a wonderful meal. The arrangement did not look fresh at all. The bag was sweaty on the inside. The driver was very professional and apologetic, but it cannot change the fact that my spouse missed out on what I thought would be a nice surprise. I dont think Ill be doing any further business with this company. I dont think I would have been upset if they told me I could come by and pick it up myself, but I guess they wanted to keep the delivery fee. At least it would have been fresh and my spouse could have enjoyed it. Its not like I ordered a tool kit or an umbrella from Amazon ... this was an edible arrangement and I really expected better than a 9PM delivery in a sweaty bag. Wow!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE!! I ordered something on a Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, it is now after 5pm on a Monday and still no delivery. I have spoken to 3 different people who have confirmed it will be delivered today but nothing. I even got a call saying it was delivered to the leasing office but nothing. At this point who even knows if it will be delivered, and I will be demanding a refund. Worst experience with Edible Arrangements.

This store is HORRIBLE!!!!! If you’re going to do edible arrangements do any store EXCEPT this one. The customer service is horrible. They do not deliver in a timely manner. All hospital and business orders are suppose to be delivered by 5, but that’s not the case for this store. There is never a manager available for customers. And there is no way for anyone to get in touch with the drivers once the store closes. Never use them!!!!!!

I can’t believe this is happening. I made an order for this location on October 6th so it can be delivered on the 7th and never received and update. I even called and they said they were waiting on the driver so they can deliver it and now it’s the 8th and it still not delivered. I’m putting in a claim and I want my money back. They need to close down this location asap

My besties got an arrangement for my birthday, and when it got here it looks and IS terrible. The guy who delivered it was in his regular car with the windows down in 97 degree weather, he was sweating, JUST LIKE my arrangement! Looks like my arrangement tumbled over and is melted! On top of that they made sure to deliver it LATE, so Im not even able to call customer service today. Im upset. $110, wasted 😐😒

I received an edible arrangement yesterday evening as a birthday gift. It was not fresh at all. The strawberries were leaking. The pineapples were brown and the grapes were soft. This arrangement had to be a least a few days. Money wasted. Sad.

I have used them before,this was the worst ever first they called me day of delivery after noon,to tell me it would not be delivered,next day text me any information about the order,I dont know what happened with this store but never will use them again,I was so hurt because because the order was for a doctor office to make their day for hard work.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I placed the order to be delivered by 12 noon... they called me at 2pm stating they are out of an item. The attempted to make the delivery at 4:30pm and of course the recipient was gone. I asked for a refund but they need a manager to do that- there would not be one available to speak with me.Day 2: it was suppose to be delivered by 11am- I called at 12:30 to get a status update and the girl got an attitude. I requested a refund again and no manager was available. The order was delivered at 4:30 pm, I sent the order back and disputed the charge.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. I ordered for mothers day (two orders) and found out when I came arrived to pick up the product that the order could not be filled. I have tried to complain to corporate and the owner. However, the manager keeps telling me that they cannot give any compensation for my inconvenience. I drove in to pick the order up and my time was not of any value to this corporation. I only ask for a $5.oo compensation, seems fair but not one has contact me to even made mindful of what happened.

Scheduled a pickup. My order was ready on time and brought out to the car within minutes of my arrival. Great service.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I placed an order well before my wife’s birthday to be delivered on her birthday. I decided to go to the location when they opened just to ensure that it would be ready today, and the door is locked when they have been open for thirty minutes. I had to get back to work so I rush home and had been calling them since 3 pm before they closed, and every single time the line was busy. I then ride to the location again and people are in the back still with the door locked without even coming to check on their customer.Never ordering from here again.

I placed an order and paid extra for delivery and request morning delivery. I called as soon as the stored opened and hours after to ensure my order would be delivered in time and they told me the order was in route. An hour and a half later my order still wasn’t delivered. I called the store and was told although the delivery location is 2 miles away they go to the furthest location first so she couldn’t tell me when my order would be delivered.

Ordered my wife a Mother’s Day bundle to be delivered on Mother’s Day . She’s pregnant and this was her first Mother’s Day . Y’all let me down by not delivering after I called and the lady said it was out for delivery at 2:30.Update: they refunded the delivery fees and card, and gave me some complimentary roses and more chocolate covered strawberries. The ladies working were very professional. Things happen .

HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!. I made an order on 4/20 to be delivered on 4/21. It was not a cheap order (168 dollars). Historically, I have ordered from Edible Arrangements, even the night before and received my NEXT DAY order. So I ordered from the store at 2101 North Decatur Road in Decatur, GA 30033. No updates on the website for tracking. I called the store around 330pm and spoke with a VERY RUDE girl that said we are preparing your order and when the delivery driver gets back it will be delivered. Now it almost 7pm, NO DELIVERY, and they have my money. What is worse is that I was unable to give the birthday gift to my friend. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!! I also want my money back. And yes, I have already sent an email to orderteam. I find this way of doing business disgusting. I better get my money back seeing as I did not receive the product I ordered when it was to be ordered. This store is sorry to say the very least and as a result, I will never order from Edible Arrangements again.***The only reason I selected 1 star was because I couldnt post this without selecting that; I wish they actually gave the option to give negative stars***Lets see if the manager or owner actually contacts me to apologize for me NOT receiving my order and to attempt to make this right. Delivery was fast and on time! Even with a few complications on my end, Chu was able to get my package to its destination. He went above and beyond to make it happen and that type of Customer Service is so important.

Order was rather sloppy and the lady who answered the phone on Friday morning cursed while on the phone with me at someone else. Plus my strawberries werent sweet without the chocolate. Bummer

Extremely unprofessional. I ordered Mother’s Day arrangements which were not delivered. After calling the store, was told that the driver attempted to deliver and called me, yet I had no missed call or voice mail or text. Was also told they attempted to call the next day, another lie given that I had no missed calls yet again. Talked to the manager who said she would call me back and till today have no heard anything from the store. I called the following day and was told she was on “vacation”. Unbelievable that a month later, there has been no attempt on their part to resolve the issue.

Was pretty disappointed in recent service with this Edible Arrangements. Had called to change my delivery date to 2 days earlier they said that was fine. They ended up not delivering my arrangement until 3 days later. They said she wasn’t home the first time but she never received a call. By that point the arrangement just wasn’t great anymore. Wouldn’t order from them again.

When I go into the Decatur store it is a warm welcome polite employees always clean the manager is always polite and nice the employees every last one of them are always polite and nice I cant say enough about the store my Arrangement was so beautiful I recommend your Decatur store to everyone if you want a good arrangement choose this store it is your best store to shop with the fruit is always fresh and beautiful my friends went on and on about my arrangement and wanted to choose this store for their arrangement to come out of instead of the one in their area thanks so much Edible Arrangements!!🤗😋🍓🍍🍏🍇

The delivery girl name was Laura and when I tell you she was wonderful.We have a dog name (Reality) and for some reason our dog thinks when company come over for a visit that everyone need to speak to him.Laura the driver for Edible Arrangement gave me my basket as if she was use to being around dogs.You know Laura, you really made my birthday special..How about when I contacted Edible to give a compliment on Laura: I met by phone a worker name, Linda. Absolutely terrible. We received a delivery from an unmasked driver who insisted on getting a signature from my wife who was holding a baby at the door. It didnt help that all the while, she was busy talking on her phone on speaker. THERES A PANDEMIC - HELLO!?!?!?

Ive ordered Edible Arrangements before in FL and loved them, but when I ordered from the Decatur store, could not believe the incompetence and the rudeness. Ordered something for my daughters first birthday way at college. She called to verify the address. She gave them the address and when they repeated it, it was wrong. When she gave them the correct address again, they said they got it. They didnt get it. They were at a different address 30 min away and didnt end up delivering it. When I called the next day to verify the address again, they still had it wrong. Gave the right address, again. Then I was told that I didnt need to yell. I was talking completely normally. Then she said that the delivery was cancelled the day before at 8AM. I said, how is that? You tried to deliver it to the wrong address at 5:50PM? The girl on the phone was the WORST customer service person Ive interfaced with in a while.

If I could give zero stars I would.I ordered from Edible Arrangements for my wifes Valentines Day surprise on February 11th and got the usual thanks for ordering! confirmation email. I began to call the store starting at 5 PM on V-day when nothing came and their phone immediate rolled over to a full voicemail box. I then called corporate who did absolutely nothing other than take a message.Two days later the store called and displayed absolutely no remorse. They offered to send some balloons with the arrangement to make up for it. Its now two days later arrangement still hasnt arrived.I finally received a call from the store more than a week later offering to make it right by giving me a refund. What???? How does that make it right? I asked to speak to the manager and was told that there was no one who could help.Do yourself a favor and dont buy from this store.

I’m at this location now and the friendliness is off the chart Tatyana is super nice and the manager was too the store clean. I will be back. Come to this location you will not be disappointed. Great customer service ladies. 🤗

I ordered at about 11a and received my order at almost 8pm.I assumed that if the location was closed at 3, then all operations for the business would be as well.Nonetheless, I wanted it from my awesome nurse at CHOA, but she was leaving by the time the person arrived.Maybe I didn’t read the small print, but I didn’t realize anybody delivered anything that late(that’s the only reason I gave 2) .I’m upset bc my nurse is off the next 3 days and I’m sure it’s not going to hold ...that’s dishearteningHad I read the reviews, I would’ve saved the extra 10 dollars o paid and just went into the location and sat it on her desk.Now I’m stuck trying to chase her down on fb to see if we can get her address to take it to her so my 50.00 doesn’t go to waste.Edible arrangements, people don’t really order fruit by the delivery bc they crave it. That means it’s prob for a surprise. You have got to do better and know when you have taken enough for the current day to sure the recipients get their stuff in a timely manner .

Shacora is the best for her customers service. I really like that she took time to help me and made sure that it got where it need to be on time. If I had more stars I would give her a 100.

My experience was terrible. Their fruit was not fresh and the driver Lied to me 3 different times. I had called the store to find out when this gift was supposed to be delivered, and after waiting many hours after it was supposed to be delivered in midtown Atlanta, the driver called me and said she was at the door of my building, I buzzed her in, 30 minutes later she still wasnt at my Condo units door, a 2 minute trip up the elevator. So then I called the store 6 times worrying that maybe she was somehow lost or injured inside my building, I was continually being put on hold and intentionally hung up on. Finally someone talked to me and called this driver and was told that she delivered it ( I said Im not sure where). 2 minutes later the driver called me and said She delivered it to the wrong door, turns out the wrong building too, however it gets better, she said she was doubling back and would deliver it again to me, ?? She called me a few minutes later saying I could meet her on the street below, I got down to street level and she then states Wait...I know this sounds weird but just give me an extra few minutes she stated...this will sound weird then ran into the other building down the street, coming out with this fruit arrangement that looked disheveled. She finally stated that she had hid the arrangement in a hiding spot in the hallway of the other building and was planning on calling me to tell me where it was hiding. (REALLY!) She clearly is one of the most distrusted drivers in Atlanta area and couldnt tell the truth if it was in front of her. I would never recommend this company because of the people they hire. They should be ashamed for the service they provided.

She processed my Edible Arrangement Birthday Reward in 5 minutes...(unfortunately, something the clerk at the Lithonia store was unable to process; and neither was the manager, Chad, after waiting for OVER a half hour on 6/28/19)! Still enjoying my Reward...a dozen chocolate covered strawberries...absolutely delicious!!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS STORE. Corporate should probably close it down. Had I read the reviews prior to placing my order I would not have used them. Staff are incompetent and lack customer service skills. After my item was failed to be delivered, I asked for my money back which they said they could not do but could issue me a credit that can be used at any edible arrangement store in the US. I then called another store to make sure the credit was in system ( because I did not trust that the lady I spoke to was competent) and to set up a different delivery. This is when I learn that I had been missed inform and that store credit can not be used at different stores ( which forces you to give business to the store that did not give you great service to begin with). Needless to say I was furious and asked the lovely young lady from the other store (Buford) the number to corporate. The Buford store clerk herself admitted to hearing similar stories from customers that were not happy with the service provided to them by the Decatur store. This story gets even better. After calling corporate and explaining the story to another lovely lady she called the store to find out what happen. The lady name Linda that works at the Decatur store flat out lied. First she tell the corporate customer service lady that she never told me that the credit can be used at any store and than she stated that they had attempted to make delivery at 8am but the business the arrangement was to be delivered to was closed. I told the customer service lady that this could not have been that case as I order the arrangement at 11am which she was able to confirm when she looked in the system. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPECIFIC STORE. I have use edible arrangements for years and have never had this bad of an experience. The only reason they got a star from me is because google review forces you to click on a least one start before you could post a review.

Ordered an arrangement for a friend a week in advance. Order did NOT ship and I could NOT reach the shop by phone (a mailbox would pickup saying voicemail box is full). Unacceptable! In addition to that, I received a discount code via text but when I tried to use it on the order it would not take (so they also false advertise). This may be a franchise, which would explain the horrible service, Edible Arrangements generally has good service/products. Stay clear of the establishment located on N. Decatur Rd.

Horrible. We are so angry. Will never use this location again. Asked for delivery Sunday. Was not delivered. Then they called my friends on Monday to let them know it was coming but it never did. Thanks for ruining the surprise. Then they LIED and said it was delivered at 130 when both I and the recipients asked them to come back after 630 PM. What a waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN!

My mom purchased white chocolate covered strawberries for me over Valentines Day wknd. However, in order to get the white chocolate, I had to pick up before Valentines Day or after Valentines Day as white chocolate is not an option during this holiday. So I scheduled to pick up on the Sunday before valentines. When I arrived, the strawberries were not white chocolate. Obviously, there was a miscommunication. They immediately offered to do a free delivery of the white chocolate strawberries on Wednesday, when they would have white chocolate again. The supervisor and all the staff were so pleasant and polite and willing to do anything to make the customer happy. I so appreciate great customer service and can overlook any miscommunication when handled so well! They even gave me a balloon when I left! Such a pleasant experience when it could have all gone so badly!

But I sucked it up today and said Ill give them a second chance. I must the manager Ms. Shacora went extremely above and beyond to get me an arrangement in a very timely matter. The customer service she showed me today to go out her way as a true manger(unlike the previous one) should made up for the last time where things was terribly horribly bad. Terrible. Ordered an edible arrangement online Sunday night. The delivery was not made until the following Saturday. The driver called the recipient at 10 p.m. asking if they could deliver at 10:30 p.m. Monday evening. When the recipient said that was too late, the driver told her the arrangement could not be delivered for two days and that the arrangement would no longer be be fresh when they finally delivered it. I had to call the store and corporate many times to get a fresh arrangement delivered. Took almost a full week of calls to get the product I had already paid for to be delivered. Not worth your time or money. Incredibly disappointed.

The driver said no one was home and didn’t deliver. My wife said she was home but that no one rang the door bell. When I called up to talk to them they said they would deliver the next day but would not give me a time. They said all they could say was “before 5:00”. Like I can post someone at the house all day just to receive their package. When I told the guy that was ridiculous he started getting one of those combative tones and saying “sir, that is just store policy”. I asked to cancel the order he said “ sir, we already tried to deliver you can’t cancel now”. I asked the speak with the manager and he wouldn’t let me. Seriously need some customer service training.

I ordered something to be delivered and paid for it. it was late. not only late but delivered the next day to a business thats open 24/7. there was no contact from the shift manager, store manager, nor even the main office (after i contacted the parent company). was just looking for someone to want their customer service improved. its a real shame they showed no care.

My husband order an edible arrangement to be delivered on 8/28/18, the store call me and ask was I still at work at 5:15pm, which I was and I told them I will stay around and wait. I wait till 6 pm and the delivery didnt happened so I called and told them to delivery it the next day. They said okay and it will be delivered first thing in the morning. Well its 8/29/18 at 1pm and I still havent received the delivery. Do you know how hard it is to get your husband to sent you something just because and it not a Holiday or anniversary. I had to think my husband for the jester, the service was horrible so he canceled the order. I am so disappoint that on a non-holiday edible arrangements cant get it together.

I placed an order for next day delivery a coworkers birthday. I knew that they had business delivery but I wanted to ensure the delivery was made before 4pm, so I called and spoke with Denisha ensured the delivery would be made prior to 4pm. Well, at 10am I found out my coworker was actually leaving at 12pm so I called the store and spoke with Denisha again and she said she was gonna see what she could do. While I am sitting on pins and needles hoping her delivery would come before she left my coworker found out her aunt was on life support and broke down crying. Now I was in complete dread. Well needless to say my coworkers arrangement came within 30 mins of me making the second call and not only was I extremely satisfied but my coworker was able to come from a place of extreme emotional low to an excited emotional high. Talk about pulling some type of magic trick, Denisha made it happen and her dedication to customer service made an impact that is completely indescribable!

Oh but when you place an order with Edible Fruit on North Decatur Road in Decatur, Ga you are dealing with a good antonym of good fruit each and every time. I recommend that if youre going to order an arrangement to do it from another location. I ordered an arrangement on 02162016 for our to be delivered on that day. Today, the order havent been delivered. I called and all I have gotten is a bunch of lies that it is out for delivery. I tried calling back and I get the voice mail stating that Im calling after hour. Its 5:30 in the evening and youre saying that is after hour. The customer service sucks. At this point, all I want is my money back. I will not be doing business with them any more.....

Terrible. Do not order from this location. I ordered an arrangement ($100+) on Friday before 11am, for delivery to my fathers 85th birthday party at 3:00 the next day. It arrived after 6pm, after the party had ended. I called their office to find that no message could be left and the outgoing message was from 6 months earlier, describing a store closure. When my complaint was addressed on Monday, they cited their policy that they are not responsible for delivery issues. Unacceptable!

Oh my gosh the worst place do not order from here Unless you want your money stolen. Because that is what they do. And be called by the manager Shanise. They dont deliver and just steal your money and will not even give you a refund!!

My coworkers ordered an arrangement from this location when my wife and I had our first child. The arrangement was shipped to my house, which is a new construction home and does not show up on GPS yet. Not surprisingly there was a shipping problem. When I called to see what the exact problem was and to offer additional information, I was told that I couldnt update the shipping info since I had not placed the order. The person I spoke with, I think her name was Tracy, was very rude and not helpful. Then she tried to verify the phone number on the order she gave me a hard time because I told her my phone number (which was on the order) but the order was in my wifes name. I am still waiting for the arrangement at the time of writing this review.

Husband ordered Valentines Day edible basket in advance and still did not receive my Valentines edible basket today for Valentines Day! Very disappointed.

I placed an order before 11am Friday and called to be sure the store knew that it needed to be delivered by 3:00 for my fathers birthday party on Saturday. It arrived after 6:00 as the party was ending. I tried to call but could not even leave a phone message, and the outgoing message was from March. When the store called me Monday, no refund was offered, citing fine print about delivery delays. Dissatisfied...

I placed a order a week in Advance and the Decatur location did not deliver on the day that I requested and paid for I didnt receive a call or anything until after I called the customer service team which was after 6pm let me remind everyone this gift was being sent to a business which is closed by 5pm or before highly disappointed in this Location I will not order from them again

I implore you to order from another location. Within the span of four hours, I was told (1) that my arrangement was on the way, (2) that my arrangement would arrive by 10PM (7 hours later), and finally (3) that no one knew who had my arrangement or where it was. To top it all off, this occurred on Valentines day no less. If youre looking to epically disappoint someone special, use them. Otherwise, steer far, far away from this den of ineptitude and abysmal customer service.

Loud music as soon as I walked in that was not jesus music, or kid friendly. Staff is there to do what they have to do, nothing more.
