Directed toward the service departmentIf I could rate no stars I would. Took over 3 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change. They don’t take appointments so unless you have time to spend half the day with them I recommend going else where. Again…3 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change. Watched the service men coming in and out of the office dancing to music, seen them walking around outside more than moving cars in and out. Terrible service, obviously need to lean their process. Won’t be back.

I went in to Bramlett to get my Yukon Denali XL serviced. I arrived at 8:00AM sharp. I was told that my service would take 1.5 - 2hrs. I waited 2hrs and 40 minutes and Im just now leaving. The lady at service desk was VERY RUDE to me when I asked how much longer it would take (I was polite when I asked)...her response was there were alot of people ahead of you and walked off to go check on it. Very rude demeanor...wont be back and wont buy anything from Bramlett

Found a car on their lot and was interested. Asked about best price and was told by management “we don’t talk best price until you test drive”. Really, what new gimmick is that?So, I asked and he said “because if you find a problem on test test drive then it would impact the price.” So in other words the car was not road tested by the staff before being put out on lot I assume. Good grief what a way to treat someone. So I drove back to Athens and bought a nice daily driver there without the hassle.
Reception and checkout is fast and friendly. Bramlett also gave me a free and clean ride back home in their transit vehicle.

Very impressed with this dealership and its management and sales staff. We told the salesman what we wanted before we got there and he had it pulled up and waiting on us. Test drove it immediately and decided to purchase. They gave us a fantastic deal on our new 2021 GMC Acadia and I couldnt be more pleased! Cody Salem is a fantastic salesman! Ask for him when you go and hell hook you up!

Arrived 1545 with a steer tire leaking air. Service was getting ready to close for the night, but they stayed and took care of the nail in my tire so I would not have to leave my car overnight and miss work on Friday.Awesome!
My experience with Bramlett GMC is always top notch but this particular day it wasn’t. I dropped my car off to have the oil changed and was told it could be up to two hours. I told them that was fine so I called a family member to pick me up. So I returned and was told that my car was next I said great. After waiting for another two hours my car was ready. The service department told me that a disgruntled customer was upset so my car was taken down to service this customer. I to work for the public I wish I was told sooner so that my bay wouldn’t have been wasted. Other than that the service has always been great and I will be back

I took my 2020 Terrain into service for a low tire pressure light. George was extremely friendly and kept me informed through the entire time I was there. They patched my tire and sent me on my way all while I was on my lunch break. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

I made an appointment with the service department a week in advance for a particular recall on my truck. When I arrived for my appointment, they informed me that they didnt have the parts, and didnt know when they were getting them in. No one called or emailed to let me know this beforehand.
Went in for oil change and a tire rotation. They had me out in less than an hour. It’s the only place I take my truck.

I had a bad experience if I could rate it with a 0 I would but I can’t, They have a terrible service department they don’t know how to treat customers. I waited a long time before they could help me, plus when you call their phone they never answer.
Your dealership was fine, but having to deal with Athens dealership because of location of the vehicle I was disappointed. I feel as tho the other dealership misled Bramlett on the original truck they were swapping. In the end tho the truck I wound up trading for Bramlett gave me a better deal. I will definitely be back.

They listen - I desired a salesperson who listened to me, what I was looking for, nonpressuring, knowledgeable, and professional. I was pleased to find that in Hardin. He made the entire experience quick ( which I wanted ) and easy. He wasn’t deceiving and was easy to work with.
I scheduled a servicing appointment on 9/18/20 for what I thought was 9AM on 9/21 and received a confirmation email. I called to confirm my appointment on 9/21 and was told it was actually for 9/28, which was fine, no big deal. I showed up on 9/28 at my scheduled time and was told they hadn’t taken appointments in 6 weeks and I would need to join their line. My problem is that I waited an extra week for my “appointment”, had an appointment scheduled with 2 confirmations and they have had my vehicle for 5 hours and haven’t even looked at it nor offered any explanation as to why I received appointment confirmations over the phone and via email when they “haven’t accepted appointments in 6 weeks.” Poor customer service.UPDATE: I was contacted by a gentleman in the servicing department who talked me through their process and changes they’ve made in the department. Communication upfront would have greatly improved this situation but I’m thankful for their timely resolution.

The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. She wouldnt even answer if they had a collision repair center. My call was just transferred to apparently a dead line, which would ring once, then a message that said keep holding. After 7 minutes I hung up and called Lynn Layton GM.I will be in the market for a new Buick soon, and just based on this, I will not be going here.
Took about 3 months for Anthony Light to get me what I wanted with the payment I could afford, he never gave p on me. Will tell friends and family when it is time for them to trade to go to Bramlett and ask for Anthony.

Not exactly what I was expecting from that place be aware they take the last car at 4:00 pm sharp so please keep that in mind something that you dont know until you get there.I had to learn that in a hard way another wordsgot there few minutes after and the receptionist told me that it was too late to do the oil change because they close at 4:30 no at 5:00 I didnt think that can take that long anyway is what it is ☹️🤔🙄😒.
Just purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra Z71 from Bramlett, this is the second purchase I have made in 3 yrs. Stopped by just to “LOOK” at the new Tailgate design of the new Sierras. Salesman came out and I stated I was just wanting to see one of the new tailgate designs, he asks if I was in the market for a truck and I said no, just a friend had told me about them and he was thinking about one and told me to check them out. I told the salesman that I wanted to see one in person. He then looked at me and said well I don’t get paid to show you one.Now, correct me if I’m wrong but what a Jerk! If I ever do get in “ the market” for a gmc i won’t be doing business with them. And I’ll tell everyone I know or see the same thing ! That’s NOT HOW TO MAKE CUSTOMERS!
