I ordered a flower gift from this company for my fiance new year eve. But not delivered by the right time eventhought I paid for a priority delivery. Even thats okay they might be very busy. I ordered large sheep from bole Gifts, for Easter 2021! It was delivered to my parents in time but my parents were not happy about the size of the sheep, it was too small. I complained to Bole Gifts, and one day I got a call from the representative and they told me that they will send another Sheep or give me a refund. I chose the sheep! Don’t spend your MONEY and time with this company. You will get disappointed. It’s better to send the money directly to your family! The number they provided for customer care is fake or you need to wait 20 minutes till the so called guy is coming to the line & keep telling you lie why they didn’t deliver your order.

I saw an advertisement on youtube and I was very happy because my best friends birthday was coming up so I called the number and the person who answered the phone was very very nice, and patient with me. He stayed on the phone with me till I finish placing the order. He also suggested that I should add balloon which she absolutely loved (thank you so so much). After I completed placing the orders a confirmation email was sent to me.On the day of her birthday, she was able to receive her cake and balloon ON TIME with a very nice delivery man, even tho it was raining he was able to deliver 20 balloons 🎈and a very beautiful cake 🎂.Thank you so much 😊 I really don’t know how to say thank you. The worst service ever I ordered 2 sheep for the new year they said they delivered it before 2days of actual delivery called my family member told him they are coming and never showed up nor pick up their phone then after we gave up and they already bought another sheep they brought it and I paid for a large sheep but it was a very small sheep they delivered anyway very disappointed will never use them again and will not recommend!!! Mind u I paid extra for fast delivery as well!

I ordered a X-Large Sheep for Holiday, but it wasnt delivered. I tried to contact the employees in Ethiopia, they turned off their phones. I asked Bole Gifts for my refund; I didnt get my money back and I sent email and text to process my refund, but they are not willing to do that. Please dont order from Bole Gifts!!!!I am very disappointed about what they did to me.

Bad Customer service I order online they charge my account they never deliverand then they don t answer the phone ?

On March 7 I ordered a Birthday cake, Roses and a mobile card to be delivered to my daughter. It was her birthday. As they put it on their website I trusted them to deliver happiness to my daughter. Since it is a fasting season, before I ordered the cake I asked how to order a fasting cake and I was told to write in the comment section what I need. So I ordered Sheratons white forest cake and put fasting cake in the comment. I also asked if it can be delivered before lunch time so my daughter can have the cake when she celebrate her special day. What happened was very disappointing. I, my husband, my sister in law had to call them several times with no success. They didnt respond to our phone calls. At last my husband texted my kids birthday on their Ethiopias phone number we got from one of the customer. A guy called back and asked what the order was!? Anyways after so many disappointments the order got delivered to my daughter on March 07,2020 5PM(11oclock local time) after almost the day is gone. Not only that! They delivered Non fasting Chocolate cake! Unbelievable! They also didnt deliver the mobile card! I tried to reach out through Msgs, whats up.....no response!I witnessed very poor inefficient customer service.There is no happiness delivered rather disappointment!Look @ the picture... What I ordered Vs what I got!
