We werent sure if we needed to either replace X and Y axis ballscrews and bearings or a rebuild of the existing ballscrews. We went with a rebuild and was able to get back up faster.
Great experience, friendly, knowledgeable and great customer service
Quick turnaround. Emily was great, 11/10 would recommend.
Very responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated how hands on the entire team was. Simply a great company to work with and enjoyed the experience. Will not hesitate to use them again.
Called these guys afterhours and they were able to help me get our Mori Seiki back up within 2 days, it wouldve taken me longer to ship it to the manufacturer!
Motor city and staff not only did a great job building my spindle but kept me updated. Absolutely recommendRon TMaintenance SupervisorSteel Industry
Some of the most experienced technicians in the industry. This is a great place to send in your broken units to.
I sent 2 eurospindles to Motor City for repair. After multiple calls and 2 months later I was repeatedly told they’re not finished with the repair because “we want to make sure they’re right”. Motor City’s website says 2 weeks maximum time for repairs. I finally received my spindles after 3 months. I installed the first on my CNC machine and it wasn’t even repaired. I had to ship it back to Michigan again (from SW Florida) to be repaired... since it wasn’t even touched by a technician. Finally, after another month, I received my spindle. Total $13,000+. After 3 months of use the spindle failed. I now send all my spindles to “All About Spindles”. I will NEVER use this ripoff company again. Avoid them at all cost.
I would give it a half a star if I could, I sent out five spindles to get done that took over a 6months to get back to me!!what a joke when I received them they still had issues, and I had to send them out to someone professional waste of $30,000 go elsewhere poor worksmanship. Poor communication poor poor poor
Amazing .. repairs the manufactures others are afraid to touch !
