I can’t believe what a great experience I had at a paint store! Emily was working by herself and even though she was super busy answering phones and helping other customers, she took the time to talk to me about my project and what I was trying to accomplish and helped me pick out the perfect materials. I will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely disgraceful. Most disrespectful and ill mannered individual. In all my life, I have not felt so rejected and unappreciated as a customer. Not only did he rudely repeat what do you want and I dont have time for you he also expressed it with hand gestures. If I can give this a 0 rating I would. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 0/10

Emily is awesome at helping you to pick out paint options - her suggestions are right on. She helped me select several paint samples but then took the time to pull 3 that she thought would be my best options. She was right!! I painted my kitchen last night and the color is perfect. And, as always, Sherwin Williams paint is the best out there. Easy to apply and easy clean up. I refuse to use any other brand.

Took 3 days to get one gallon of paint ordered online. I know why. When I picked it up there were 3 peopleworking. One sitting staring at his phone, one talking to a customer about fishing while not doing anything with an order and the third working. I was only waited on after the working guy finished the order task he was completing about 2 1/2 minutes later.

Helpful staff who sell a good product. A bit expensive compared to the big stores but you definitely get more accurate advice about your project and a better quality paint.

Great service

Horrible service, I provided the employee with samples of paint color needed for my kitchen cabinets. When my cabinet maker went in the next day he was told samples were lost. Per employee she was busy and misplaced them. Thank you for wasting my time and making everything more complicated than it already is.

Terrible. I showed up at 4:30 on Wednesday afternoon to buy three 5 gallon tubs of paint that I need for a job tomorrow and all the doors are locked (all the lights are on). I called and no one is answering the phone. If you’re going to close early put a sign on the door. You’ve lost a customer.
