I liked the Pistachio Gelato and the seating area. Been waiting for this place to open, they have naturally flavored frozen yogurt. The offer a wide variety of flavored lattes and teas. Do you have indoor and outdoor seating as well!

We love Eleanor’s! Their coffee drinks, shakes and gelato are hands down the best. Obsessed with the caramel macchiato 😋 the staff is so friendly too. Can’t wait to come back!

Great coffee, delectable pastry and the most incredible part about this small cafe? The staff! I was so impressed with just how nice they are, every time Ive stopped in. West Dearborn is really stepping up its game. Some other coffee joints can be a bit pretentious but the staff and owner here really make customers feel welcome and help to answer any questions you might have about their products. I suggest stopping in as often as possible and supporting this small business!

Delicious treats and drinks. The service was amazing, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I took my wife here after our movie and we both loved it were definitely coming back and definitely found our new desert spot.

What a place to be with your friends or family. Perfect spot to go for a snack and a coffee. Come here every other day if not every day and there always the same fresh taste you get from either the coffee, the smoothie or even some of the cookies. Also a great spot for students who like to study at Cafes.

Great potential. The young man working is crabby and another time I came in the young lady made my Turkish coffee incorrectly, boiled it over and filled the empty space in my cup with hot water leaving me very displeased. But the owner reached out to me on Facebook and apologized. They do have other items that are delicious. I just wont be trying the Turkish coffee there again anytime soon and will keep making it at home

Their Turkish coffee is the best out there, hands down! (Even better then my mothers, shhh!) I always buy the bag every time I run out. Also you cannot go wrong with the specialty donuts, very good and fresh.

The best coffee place I’ve been to! I thought I would never switch to another coffee shop other then Starbucks, BUT I DID! This place is amazing! Nice, clean, friendly service, and the coffee is AMAZINGGGGG! I don’t see myself going anywhere else! A must try!

I stopped in here for a salted caramel gelato shake. Wow! Was so good. I wasn’t really expecting a trip to flavortown as a lot of gelato shakes don’t live up to the hype, but sheesh I took a swig and I’m still thinking about heading back for a treat during this hot summer daze. 5/5 on the salted caramel gelato shake 🤝

They converted a starbucks addict to an eleanors addict. Obsessed with their coffee, so fresh and great. My 6 year old asks to go there everyday for ice cream. Amazing!!!

At first glance, this coffee shop/cafe (if you want to call it that) is very clean and very cute. I was hoping it would be my new spot to meet friends during lunch for a crafted cup of coffee. I was hoping it would be similar to Canelle in downtown Detroit. To my dismay, it was similar to a 7Eleven where there are many packaged food and packaged drinks available, almost like a convenience store for the workers in the ford offices upstairs. It seemed confused as to what the focus of the shop is and its hard to tell whats store-bought and resold and whats freshly made. I noticed the brownies youll find at Sams club or Costco being resold in the glass case. I felt super scammed by that. The strawberry white chocolate cheesecake gelato tasted like there was strawberry syrup drizzled over vanilla gelato. It tasted extremely artificially flavored.The coffee I ordered was dispensed into a cup and I was told to put the creamer, sugar, and syrups myself. Again, gave me 7Eleven vibes. Coffee is not freshly made by the cup.I feel like this place is way too cute to be selling stuff like that. The potential it has because of its design and location is being crushed by the lack of quality in the food. West Dearborn deserves quality cafes and coffee shops, not someone buying stuff in bulk and reselling them and claiming its a coffee shop/cafe.Will not be returning.

A little cramped but good yogurt. Havent tried the gelato. Parking is a pain sometimes. And nobody knows how to exit and enter that lot. Pay parking otherwise. Its across the street around back.

Really sad that I just had this experience.My first time here was not like this at all. It was a SUPER hot day, and I had an awesome guy named brandon, everything was working. And he offered to put me on a rewards program, which I humbly accepted. 5/5. I had a delicious mango and pomegranate (not twist) with mango boba. I was in heaven already, but especially with some raspberries on my pomegranate I was more than good to go. Sounds delicious right?Now for my time I just experienced. I didnt even get the guys name because I was so flustered. He was in the back for about 5 minutes while I was there trying to get someones attention and to figure out why one of my two only desired flavors wasnt in reach/pulled back, I noticed on the tart, it had shown a blinking light indicating that the mix was low. Anyway, after I finally got his attention and he was done with the people behind (not infront of because he was in the back for so long) us. He told me that my desired flavor was out of order. I explained that I didnt want the flavor with the issues(the tart, as the machine exclaimed) but the one on the same machine. He explained that it was out of order. I know it shouldnt and it wouldnt have if it wasnt so hot, but this upset me to the point that I promptly paid for my wifes bowl and left. Upon walking out I realized; he didnt even ask me for my rewards that I had JUST signed up to with Brandon, YESTERDAY!Its 90 degrees. People dont want to deal with this. What the heck, Yogurtown?

Had a pleasant experience at Yogurtown Dearborn. Our server was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this store to others. It helped redeem the evening that was started at TGI Fridays in Fairlane Town center. TGI Fridays will not be revisited but you guys will definitely have repeat business from us.
