I was there Saturday and got a pair of shoes. The guy that helped me was super helpful and great. I hadnt bought a decent pair of shoes or even been to the mall in some years but him and the employees at that store were great and made my first experience since being on the street and in a really bad position a really great experience. People never know what the person youre dealing with have been through and I dont think people realize how much it means to someone when they get treated like a human or are just treated kind. So I just want to let the people at jimmy jazz know your kindness went so much further than you know 🙂

This place has the most horrible customer service, i have ever experienced. I was dismissed for simply asking a question. The one sales associate wouldn’t even answer me. It was an awful experience.

First time customer I got 3 pairs of Jordans great price on all my shoes. Got them all same day delivered to the house. Wait was very good got them sooner then expected. Great experience on line. Will be ordering again for sure.

These are the laziest workers ever. This is my 3rd time coming here from saline almost a hour away. Everytime i come here their closed Early at 4 or 2. When i used to come here the workers nevered helped me. And stood around talking on their phones. Im so sick of driving a hour away to be told were closed. Instead of standing there telling people your close you could have made good money. You choose to close because the workers are lazy and useless. I just took my 600 and spent it in another show store. Thid is why black people cant own anything or come up. They lazy dont want to make no more then bill money.

Worst shoe store I have ever been to. The employees are horrible, lazy and rude. I wrote a email to the company regarding poor service and got a call back from dm. All I got was Im sorry for your experience.(not good enough) this is not how you keep customers Jimmy jazz.

They always got what i want but they need to turn there Jordan shoes over and get some new stuff

Horrible customer service, they think theyre sent from heaven and Jimmy Jazz is all mighty.Sadly, many other stores with excellent service exist.

Horrible and I mean absolutely horrible customer service I was buying the new yeezys today and I asked them what sizes they had available and they asked what size I needed I told them 10 and they said they don’t have them so I went and asked them what sizes they do have and the workers response was (AY BRO CHECK THE BACK SO THIS GUY CAN STOP ASKING QUESTIONS)
