Its a small location, but what hot topic is really known for its size? Due to the area this location is in they do carry some different products from the other stores Ive been in. Its the closest to my house therefore my home store and they always have something interesting to pick up if Im going to make a trip to the mall. The staff here is literally always the most friendly people I meet in the entire mall or most places I shop for that matter.

Store has nice things, its just so small. Didnt feel comfortable with the amount of people in such a small space, but thats just how I feel.I would probably feel different if Covid wasnt still an issue.

I go there frequently, but they dont greet you anymore, and sometimes I dont feel welcomed. They dont even offer to help you anymore like they did in the past.

I love this store, they have an awesome collection of pop culture references and they always have some sale or promotion going on, it is nearly impossible to get in and leave empty handed, form keychains to vinyl figures to cool t-shirts and even plushies, if you love series, films, anime or art in general this is the place to be.

Employees were nice, store was clean! It is a little hard to navigate, but thats just Hot Topic for you!

Hot Topic, the expression of who one hides inside, yet wants to become. I went to Hot Topic with my teenage son. He buys everything out of Hot Topic. There was this gorgeous dress with pink skulls and a black background. I really wanted to buy it. So, I asked my son if the dress would look good on me. His reply was Mom, no!, You cant buy anything, out of here. You are too decent. My feelings got jumbled. It was heartfelt and shocking to know that, my son, thought I was decent. So instead of buying the dress I bought a pair of earrings that looked like nails, going through my ears. But I didnt let him know that.

Have the courtesy to edit your hours! Its not like everyone lives at the corner to know you changed your hours and some places have regular hours and some dont not cool to the customer ruined my daughters birthday shopping expedition.

Welcoming staff and plenty of shirts. Nicely ordered for window shopping. A LOT of novelty knick-knacks.

Staff did not know enough about the music or musicians they were selling.

Did not have what i was looking for but were very nice and polite. Love coming in only criticism i have is stop clustering around the online computer and be through out the store more and acknowledge us when we hit the door sooner.

Staff is always awesome here!! Never had a complaint about the store. Normally have some pretty spectacular deals on clothes, accessories, etc. My 2 daughters love coming in and looking through all the pins and jewelery. Store is easy to find and is always clean and tidy.

5 stars just because the employees acknowledge hot topics terrible quality control, very honest which is the best thing ever.

Excellent customer service. I also had the pleasure of a new employee helping my daughter & I while her manger oversaw and guided her. It was a pleasant experience, which was refreshing as shopping w/a preteen is often anything but pleasant, lol.

I love this store and Im 58! Im hardly in their target age range, but its still a cool store to me.

The lady that worked there was so kind and sweet, and I am so satisfied with my purchase and the customer service. Will definitely be back soon.

Dark and broody... anime heavy and I love it. This location however, dont get stocked with the most popular shirts and other items nearly enough for the business they get.

Best staff ever! Went above and beyond trying to help find the perfect dress, when they didnt have the right size, they called other stores to find it! Hands down best customer service ever received in retail!
