I actually love this place more than words! I literally get all of my dresses with these incredible ladies and couldn’t be happier! They have everything you need- prom, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, everything! They are the best in the business in Michigan!

My favorite shop in Dearborn. It’s all ladies only boutique. So as a mom I feel comfortable shopping here. Many varieties of long sleeve to accomadate my modest look. Also many sizes offered. The gowns are just beautiful! Thank you girls for helping me find what fit my body best and was modest enough for my look:)

Absolute terrible experience and terrible customer service. Reporting to every agency possible. Multiple family members have been hung up on. There is no stated return policy. The employee/manager of the establishment has been wildly rude and wouldn’t even have a conversation about even exchanging the item. My family members have had a terrible experience trying to navigate what should be a normal business interaction. My advice, based on this experience—stay away from this place even if you have found a dress that makes you happy. If anything was to go wrong, you’ll be left high and dry. Better to pay dry the extra dollar and deal with customer service professionals.

Got my dress from Doll Me Up and all I can say is WOW! Stunning. No…Gorgeous! The service is unbeatable and just overall they are amazing! I will be recommending everyone I know to buy from them and can’t wait to buy more dresses for all my events from Doll Me Up!

I wouldn’t attached myself or my brand with a store with a bad reputation! The store has cameras and very through non refund policy due to the high quality of designers in the store. So please disregard the individual Robbie and his sister miram poor review. Robbie I even spoke to your sister on the phone and was disrespectful and threatened to come punch me. I love this boutique! I’ve been going going here for everything! Bridesmaid dresses, dresses for weddings and also my prom dress ! The ladies that work there are so sweet and are always trying to find the best options that best fit you and your body and have so many beautiful dresses to choose from that are in style. I didnt have an appointment and i called because the gown i ordered from sterling heights boutique didnt come in time. 2 days before my wedding they fit me in. What a relief! You girls are angels for saving the day and squeezing me in. They have many options and of course i love glam. I got the most glamorous glitter gown there. This place is absolutely AMAZING from the selection of dresses to the customer service. Maha was very accommodating and very helpful in finding the perfect dress for my best friend’s wedding. This man Robbie and his comment never even shopped here. His family member Mariam took a gown from here and disputed it a month later….what a shame…actually you need to be reported to everyone out there for that! That’s basically stealing. You didn’t come back to 2 of your appointments. We have you recorded saying it’s raining and cancelled two appointments for the exchange….We did everything to solve your problem. I will upload all images of the store and you mariam was told all sales are final and mariam was well aware of that. When your sister from New York called we said we will do the exchange. Neither you mr. Robbie or anyone else was here. It was the mom and two sisters. We did our best to accomadate.

I’m summer, an employee that was present during the sale that Robbie Abdelhoq spoke about. This remark was found to be too disturbing to ignore, not because it encouraged hate, but because it neglected the truth. With all respect due, the shop policy was compromised in order to accommodate a customers request for an exchange. The dress had to be brought in right away in order to keep a realistic guarantee that the gown wouldnt be utilized for a future buyer.I had called, confirmed the appointment, and we had a lovely conversation resolving in an understanding and was grateful for the appreciation comments. The dress, however, was refused to be brought back again after missing both appointments, thus the topic was dropped. I understand how frustrating it is to lose out on a generous opportunity, but we are not accountable for tolerating the disrespectful demands; we are human too.I’m in shock that you would go as far as dispute a charge that is still in possession. To better educate you, you committed a chargeback fraud in order to get the gown for free. You can go to jail for fraudulent chargebacks! Merchants can take consumers to court over fraudulent chargebacks, and many jurisdictions will pursue criminal charges for chargeback-related fraud.

I just want to start off and say that the dresses at this shop is to die for. Absolutely gorgeous I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve been to multiple dress stores and one year I came across doll me up and feel in-love ever since. I’ve never went to another store after that. The owner is so thoughtful and considerate she try’s so hard to help everyone and make everyone happy. I can truly and confidently say coming here will make your event more special. The dresses are stunning and they have a wide range BUT I experienced the worst customer service. The main lady who I believe is the manager can be very cocky and not understanding. We were ready to pay for a dress which we loved for my aunts engagement but she completely disregarded us while we were next to her so we had no option but to walk out on a dress we loved. On the other hand the young lady who works with her, Summer, is an absolute sweet heart, she helped very much and was very understanding to asking us if we wanted to try on a dress before we very much wanted to buy it but the main lady didn’t let us .

Very unprofessional and rude. Walked in to our 4:30 appointment was was rushed out by the lady stating that she needs us to hurry up for her 5:15 appointment... and this was ten minutes after we came in ON TIME for our appointment. We felt very out of place and unwanted. The lady started unzipping my sister while she was still showing us the dress she was interested in without her consent. While changing she kept barging inside the dressing room asking if everything is ok. When asked if they had dresses in similar princess style dresses i was rudely told “no this is one of a kind” when I clearly seen more princess style dresses hung around the very cluttered display room. You just lost yourself 4 customers that were actually looking to give you service. I’d rather spend my hard earned money shopping elsewhere.

This shop has so much variety . Always a wonderful experience. I love the fact that its by appointments. I get the whole shop to myself. The girls helped me find the perfect gown within my budget. Will be back again!!! My gown was a showstopper. Got so many compliments.
