This Company I chose to do business with them because they are close to me and we as a community try to do business within out community, but has the laziest crew I ever seen, they come to the job site and ask for additional charges for moving small items like office chairs and papers on the office table, I tried to communicate with them but they barley speak any English and I dont speak Spanish also the schedule with this business is horrible.

Read the comments before you make a decision. Do not recommend at all. Not professional, don’t know what they’re doing. They’ll damage your house and don’t even care. They charge you for more carpet then what you need and they even take the remaining carpet you paid for. After you pay, no one knows you anymore. All fake promises.

Great service, really kind guys. They were very negotiable. Initially, I found a very small patch of carpet on a ledge in my closet that they did not replace. But i called them, they said theyd be out im 2 days. Monday came and they were very reaponsive still, but unable to make it out this day now. I was kind of nervous, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. Sure enough Tuesday they showed up (kept in communication before as well) and resolved the issue. I even recommended them to my mom. Trustworthy guys, and affordable service. They did a job for 700 that Thee Carpet Guys quoted me 1400-2000 for. Will for sure use again.

Just like the review before me - you get what you pay for! The installers had to come out twice to stretch it after we had it installed - guess what, 6 months later it came undone again! i tried calling them to have someone come out - they asked me text a picture, which I did, they then said theyd be out the following Monday - guess what NO SHOW! i called several time after that and received no response - How this place is in business is beyond me. Go anywhere else but here.ADDITIONAL NOTE: they say they cant find me in the database based on my original review - but they didnt even ask for my full name, address, or any other information they would have on file in order to look me up. Just proves what a scam this place is.

Such a great trusted company, went in not knowing what I wanted they showed me samples and even had one of there experts come over and help me pick a carpet they removed my old carpet and did a last minute job for me without charging extra. Extremely trustworthy had to leave to pick up my kid from school and came to the house finished and nothing Taken from the home. Had 1-800- Sam come do my old home professional work but money was stolen from a closet in my living room caught them on camera and filed a claim. Dearborn carpet is a family owned bussniess who I definently will recommend to anyone !

Called and received estimate came to install and said oh I didnt know this was a pharmacy. Comes back the next week and only sends 1 worker. Then sends 2 workers and they didnt have equipment. Rescheduled again and they never showed or called.
