I love the look of these cabinets in my kitchen. The wood construction sold me on them and assembly couldnt have been easier.The entire sales staff was great to work with. After assembling some of the cabinets, I realized some of them were the incorrect size due to my failure to double check my initial measurements. Melissa and Brian went above and beyond to help rectify the problem. There was a restocking fee for anything returned so just be sure to measure twice and order once.I would definitely recommend these cabinets.

Horrific service! Gave me the wrong color cabinets and refused to discount me for the inconvenience they caused me and told me “because the installer unboxed them I would not be able to return them” how the hell is it my fault that the cabinets came the color I did not order. Also told me “what discount do I think that I am entitled to”. They told me that they did me a courtesy by giving me $350 dollars off of a $9,000 dollar order that was not even the cabinets I ordered. Bob the sales man is horrible, do not, I repeat do not have him do anything for you. He messed everything up and got everything wrong. Regional manager Chris was very rude and did not even care. They obviously don’t care about losing business! I will never I repeat ever give them my business, or refer anyone their way. It has been a horrific stressful experience. Save your money and headache and go else where. Beyond rude, careless, and lack any bit of concern for their customers. TERRIBLE! I also forgot to include how they delayed my order and install after they guaranteed it would be here in a week. Oh and also ordered the wrong cabinets for my sink and made me pay for the a whole new cabinet just so I can take the doors off and use them.

Sales person sat at her desk and after we stood around for 15 minutes waiting called to us from across the store to ask if we needed any help. She couldnt be bothered to get up and give us any information. I guess because it was the end of the day she wasnt interested in our business. She then proceeded to be very short with her answers and completely unhelpful. I wouldnt buy cabinets from the Dearborn store if it were the last cabinet store on earth. There is nothing worse than poor customer service.

Worst customer service ever id say, worked with BOB who I have had to call 20+ times. My cabinet doors came mounted the wrong way which my installer had to fix. The window that was put in the design was a 30 inch which should have been a 34 inch, needless to say cabinet didnt fit and was opened so could not be returned. I had maybe 3 different price quotes from BOB that were incorrect. I then went to buy my counter top, which I was forced to work with BOB again, lucky me. 1 week later still no call so I contacted the coubtertop place and they said they have no record of the purchase from cabinets to go. Called cabinets to go and of course bob answered and knew who I was from my complaint and never asked my name. Still havent decided if the whole store is trash or just BOB.Update: cabinet order placed early December and was told I wanted which counter top, due to BOBS inability to multi task counter tops purchase was not completed. I went in person first week of Jan and placed the order, BOB did not place the order for 8 days until I called back and talked to the manager when the order was then placed. Countertop company is 2 weeks out for measure and 2 weeks after for install, so now my home finishing is 1 month delayed, 1 more month without s place to live with payments being made. LETS SEE IF BRIAN CAN MAKE THIS RIGHT IN ANYWAY.

Please don’t make the same mistake. I hoped to have a good experience... When we placed the order, CJ was helpful and that’s probably one reason we proceeded with the order. But, it’s $10,000 worth of cabinets and they are falling apart shortly after purchase. Cracking around all four edges of each cabinet door. All I got from CTG customer service is that warranty does not cover this. Obviously they are happy to get your money, and after that you are on your own. The quality is very poor..: no other cabinets ever cracked like these. The worst part : CTG don’t care a bit about the customer! No solution, no suggestions on whatsoever could have caused this problem and how could it be fixed. They want me to take some more money out of my pocket (another $2,000 or so) and buy replacement doors from them ( $10,000 apparently not enough for cheap quality cabinets)

Very inconsiderate people work here. They block off the parking lot with this forklift and don’t move it unless you’re a paying customer. A very lonely man with glasses and a ponytail said that it’s his parking lot and if I have a problem he can call the police and I can speak to them. He then rudely shut the garage door in my face. They have no sense of decency.

I love the bathroom vanity we got from Cabinets to go. The price was much better than any other place and got exactly what we wanted. I recommend this place often to others.

Horrible service, my husband and I went on Saturday and the very heavy set man with a ponytail came over to help as we were looking at flooring samples. He was so rude, i asked how much the flooring sample I was looking at was per sq ft as there was no price on it. He insisted we come and sit at his desk give him the sq ft of our project but when I didnt know it right off the top of my head. I said just tell me price per sq ft & ill figure it out later. He said he couldnt! He said if you come to my desk, Ill just put in 300sq ft. I said i dont want to sit Im shopping around he then says then I cant tell you price per sq ft. Really I said, that makes no since at all. He said Do you see a price on it? Well then Obviously He just wanted to get us to sit, and sell us on whatever but We we there to look at several things, cabinets, butcher block counters & flooring not get the price of one type of flooring I know they have a strategy to sell you on things. But, do better... wheres the customer service??? I have actually purchased from this store in the past & had a great experience so I decided to come back but after this, Wow!

Can be a little slow when the only clerk out front is helping other customers design their whole kitchen, but someone else eventually will come out from out back somewhere.

I had a great experience working with Cabinets To Go. The quality of the cabinets is amazing and the price was right in line with my budget. The staff was really helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Shawn who provided me the quote was very nice and helpful. After taking some time to make my decision I decided to order through Cabinets to Go. When i called to place my order I requested to know my delivery date. The representative told me they have to look at a few thing and would call me back. Well, nobody called me back and I HAD to follow up. After sitting on hold they told me my delivery time is anywhere from 2-3 weeks? WHAT?? You cannot pin point a delivery date? Even when I asked if they could narrow it down because I would be traveling they could not give me any more specifics. They did not want my business enough to find out if they could get it to me before 12/23. What a joke.

Pleasant staff but cabinets not the quality I expected.

Our sales associate shawn, was so helpful in designing the layout for our bathroom and making sure we would have optimum storage and counterspace for our oddly shaped bathroom. She made an experience I was dreading fun and easy. We will be going back when we are ready to remodel our second bathroom and kitchen.

Horrible experience. a lot of lies. I ordered my kitchen in July 2015 with the promise of 2 week delivery. I called to check on the order two weeks later to find that the order was not placed yet. 4 weeks later I received partial delivery of the kitchen and one of the items delivered was the wrong color. I took it back in for replacement and six months later I still have not received it.

This place is a joke. Ordered wrong size and color. Cabinets did not come when promised, cancelled order and wait a long time for your money back.They will NOT return calls.They make all kinds of excuses, new system, warehouse moving, ect. ect.Have been using these excuses for over 2 years.Great concept, horrible service.

Staff was friendly and helpful while I was in the store however did not follow up with an email with final pricing until after my third visit which was frustrating considering I was willing to pay cash fpr my order during the first visit. Had there been better follow up I would have given 5 stars!

Bad service, cabinets were damaged, install took 3 separate trips over a 3 week period. TONS of run around. This is the last time installers will be out and they will be leaving with the kitchen unfinished because the store didnt order scribe molding after the installer told them he needed some. Not sure who to believe. If you go there for cabinets, make sure you micromanage the whole process. And dont go to CJ!!! She ordered every upper the wrong size which took two weeks to get corrected.

I was very unsatisfied with the service at the Dearborn location 1st of all I was never approached for service I was never asked to see if I need any help with anything I asked for a catalog and to look at the cabinets in the show room .At that time I looked at the cabinet in left. Worst service ever
