This body shop is absolutely amazing! Chris S., the shop manager, was incredibly courteous and so prompt with answering all of my questions.Not only did they give me a fair estimate, they also completed the work to my high standards with a quick turnaround!

It’s been 11 weeks since I’ve seen my car it’s a Cadillac so I figure I will call the Cadillac dealership to get it fixedbad idea I have had vehicles repaired maybe 5 or 6 times in the pastI can’t remember usually two weeks it’s been 11 weeks since I’ve seen my car and they give me excuse after excuse and “how nice” it will look when I get it back but I have made three car payments three insurance payments and I still haven’t seen my vehicle yet. I will update my once I get it back but next time I will probably go to Ford dealership /12 weeks there is not enough excuses to justify having a car in the shop for 3 months

If I could give No stars I would I haven’t even received my vehicle back and it’s been over two months already and yes the manger (Sondra) is very very rude and unprofessional I wish I would have read the reviews first but I’m thinking by going a dealership body shop I thought I would be in better hands vs. local body shops because I do own a Cadillac so it should have been easier to fix and get parts but boy was I wrong

I have my 2017 Cadillac ATS-V currently there and its been over a month since I dropped it off. Its been sitting with them having nothing done with it because they ordered the wrong part. I love to get my cars from this dealership but their body shop is horrible. Rude, slow, and theyll give you all the excuses in the book. Its extremely sad and disappointing, dont bring your car here!

Had to work with body shop again recently and although its never great having your vehicle damaged, Les stanford did it again with a A+ experience. New body shop manager was a great help in getting me a fast quote to show the person who hit my car and was consistent on communication with the status of my work.

Took my vett in today was in and out in a flash the manager and worker were very tenitve only negative is those guys need more space very small work area they need a bigget shop
