Didnt use the body shop used the service shop. service right up guy was not informative whatsoever. Couldnt get the guy to give me updates unbelievable

They had my Dads car for over a month for a minor front end accident, it still wasnt done but they said we could pick it up and bring it back for the pin striping. Wont be going back there. Nice enough people but seriously, a month......

Used to be better when matt managed it..last visit they were not helpful..came in for estimate and they couldnt provide one..never got back to me with it either.

I dropped my car in the body shop and they stole my sun glasses that were in the drivers seat area. Tom and Frank said they would look into it and get back to me but it has been over a month and no response. I will never take my ford for servicing to Fairlane ford and I will never buy another ford from them ever!
