I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this location and all the young ladies that work there!!!! I’m telling you every time I’ve come here I’ve been treated so well with respect and the absolute most amazing customer service ever. I can in today to get some things printed and notarized I was helped and the whole process took maybe 5 minutes and it only took that long because I’m not the most TECH savvy person ever! Im tech support for my company and I always receive damaged electronics and mailing them back and this is my favorite UPS to stop by.No matter what time of day or year you go and youre always greeted with a smile and friendly service. The store is always spotlessly clean.
This is my go to ups store for shipping but I might change locations because the guy that helped me was rude and clearly had no idea what he was doing. He even swore in front of 2 customers while I was waiting in line. Very unprofessional. I have never had any problems with this location until now.

I was next in line, patiently waiting with a package that only needed to be scanned so I could get a receipt. A man walked in behind me with the same shipping needs. He asked the cashier a question and she responded that he would have to wait in line. Once she was done with the customer in front of me, she gestured for the man BEHIND me to come forward and scanned his package! As I was in line with my TWO YOUNG CHILDREN, I did not want to make a scene because I was already under stress and I would have had choice words for her. That was very rude of her and I remember why I avoid this place. It is right around the corner from me but I would rather drive to Westland or go to Dearborn. I will never return here again.
I normally go here because it’s close by and convenient. Never had an issue before. Today, I went in and the worker that helped me turned around, sneezed in her hands, then turned back to help me. No sanitizer, no mask. We’re in the middle of a pandemic. I appreciate the fact that these people have been working, but that’s nasty and selfish.Update: I understand wearing a mask 8 hours a day. I have been doing the same as an essential worker since March. You should be wearing a mask and you should still be sanitizing or washing your hands after sneezing like that. I appreciate you but please take the proper precautions. This is not a time to relax.
If I could rate this location a zero I would gladly do so. When I expressed to the lady on the phone “I dont understand why or the difference in why I can’t drop my cable equipment off” she said “I don’t need you to understand why”. I have never in my life experience this kind of customer service. I understand we are all stressed due to this quarantine but people still have to live everyday lives. No need to take your nastiness out on customers.

**READ THE UPDATES BELOW**Dropped off 9 boxes. I was refused any receipt. 8/9 boxes were scanned in and the other is now “lost”. I run a small business and the loss of this one package due to employees inability to scan boxes (I’ll even wait outside while you scan them) is over $300 in losses just from protocol in which they do not give receipts to customers.If I could give 0/5 I would. I will NEVER be dropping boxes at this UPS store again. I also live less than 0.5mile away but I will make the drive to the Livonia hub from now on no matter what the box.Edit made on 06/08/2020: I was told no receipts would be given and my brother and sister also had the same experience. I’m currently working with the manager to file a lost package claim in which UPS corporate does not have live claims people to work on it. 2 weeks later I am still out of a box, and at a personal loss of $300. I will edit the review as it gets worked on. Thanks to Stephanie for the help for now. Hopefully I can come back to update this showing the business’ support in retrieving a lost package left at their facility.Edit made on 07/01/2020: I gave Stephanie exact drop off times and she did not check the cameras for a stolen package. She kept giving me roundabout answers such as “oh the cameras are getting serviced”, “oh I’ll check soon”, “we just had a camera issue lately”Overall I will never be going back to this UPS store. And nobody else should either. Take your business to the Livonia hub or to another ups store. Do not let this ups store rob you of your items.

Was just here to ship out a package and not a single staff member was wearing a mask. Theyve taken all other protocols, like motioning individual customers in one at a time and putting tape on the floor for social distancing. So then why is not a single employee wearing a mask to protect customers?

I stopped coming here after an incident where my package got damaged and the UPS wouldnt take responsibility, but that wasnt this post offices fault. I decided to give them a second chance and have shipped almost a dozen packages with them in the last month. Nothing but quick, safe deliveries so far. My customers are happy, so im happy.Only downside is this location doesnt ship internationally, but you can always go to another location for that.
Miserable experience. I work for SEARS and regularly have to return appliance parts. Never have any issues dropping a package off they assist in taping it up and even cover any stickers if i miss them. Today i had to wait in line was 2 service providers both busy. A lady walks in behind me with a door tag and they stop what they are doing and a lady goes to check for it for her.. Cannot be found. Finished with her customer then calls the lady ahead of me.. The other woman finally finishes as i get a phone call but i ignore it and offer my packages.. She refused to give me service because i didnt tape the boxes stating they no longer do this for me. Instead of allowing me to use their tape she told me i had to buy the tape. At this point the line is out the door and im already upset you let someone cut ahead of me then refuse me service when they could of told me as i walked in the boxes CLEARLY NOT TAPED! Never returning

Tried to get notary services & no one answered phone. I Even tried leaving a message & no call back..I drive 25minutes only to be told to come back the next day. The store was empty & the employees were doing nothing so answering the phone or returning a call would’ve been helpful smh

Terrible service at this location. The old lady at the counter tried to sell me a strip of tape for $1. She was very smelly, never gonna return to this location. Amazon has been keeping this company alive and Amazon paid them to ship this return and they price gouge consumers with a strip of tape fee. They will be following Toysrus, what a shame.

I depend on these folks to get all the stuff I send to the grandkids all over the country, safe secure and exactly when they say it will arrive.
Called this location and asked how much to send a guitar wrapped in Neon, they gave me a price that I could agree with. Went to store, young lady set everything up, charged my card and as I was ready to leave some trashy rude woman comes from the back saying they cant send it. This woman, not dressed for work mind you rants and raves that they cant send neon, that its not allowed thru UPS. When I called UPS they told me its not true, they also stated this isnt first complaint with this store. I asked woman for receipt and like a child she starts to hand it to me and as I went to grab she pulled back out of my hand. Wow.........I will never use this trashy location again.
