I dont know if theres new owners or their short staff or I dont know something is going on here though theyre out of everything for Baskin-Robbins. And I just paid $6.35 for a medium chocolate milk because theres nothing about it that is a chocolate shake... And I only got that because they were out of waffle cones They dont have brownies Sundays anymore They dont have strawberries They dont have anything. Dont waste your time or money.

Baskin-Robbins section closed at 10:15pm on a Sunday night?! But if you want coffee or donuts at that hour, then this is your place. Cross your fingers though on the donuts, cause at 2:00pm in the afternoon they have few if any and they have probably are not fresh. I just wanted a simple scoop of ice cream and left completely disappointed.

Asked for a single scoop of ice cream got barely a kids scoop. Horrible service

The new mangonadas are pretty gross I would say 3/10. The service was pretty great though

They say their open 24/7 but after a certain time they only make a couple items because their too lazy to do their jobs.

Slow slower slowest, hire some staff

Just went here to pick up a cake for my fiancé’s birthday. The cakes are plain so you can write on them, but when I asked to write happy birthday on it, they said no the cake decorators aren’t in today and I told them I don’t care if it looks a little sloppy and they told me no they take the tools with them. So I asked well do you have some candles I can put in the center and they told me no. It’s a Saturday and your cakes are plain? Why not have at least one of the 3 staff members trained to write on the cakes. I am not paying 30 bucks for a plain cake.

Nice place. Price is a bit high (over $3.00 for single scoop ice cream?) but They are struggling to keep up with Tim Hortons. They are not as clean, friendly, quick or inexpensive. But HEY- It is still ice cream so it gets 4 stars from me! :)

The cashier was simply amazing. Getting my order done quickly and perfectly. GREAT JOB💖🌟

The staff is either hit or miss, sometimes theyre asking how they can help you and sometimes they sit and pretend not to see you. The quality of the coffee and ice creams are great as most of these are still on the pricy side. The cleanliness of this particular Baskin Robbins is okay to my standards on the cleaner side until you start looking at the cracks and what not.

Out of everything, slow, and horrible

This place is very dirty. The restrooms did not have hand soap. Was not greeted when we came in and waiting too long to get service. We were the only ones in at the time. Dont look up, the ceiling tiles are full of stains, possibly moldy in aome spots. And how can an ice cream shop be out of the most popular flavors?

Great service was allowed to taste the ice cream before purchasing.....it was awesome Rocky Road

The pretzel sandwich wit ham m cheese is good and they ice cream be on point

Out of every single thing I asked for, hot fudge, brownies, strawberries, peanuts, caramel, sprinkles and m&ms...atleast they had chocolate ice cream!

Staff was nice and helpful quick. It was vary calm and my drink came out great and for a really good price.

I dont live near any baskin Robbins so I ended up having to ask a question which apparently was 1 too many. The lady seemed pretty annoyed with my lack of knowledge. I was not amused by her lack of customer service

Wildly inconsistent desserts. Seems like they never make what you order how its supposed to be but always hand out lame excuses in why they made it like they did.

If i could rate it lower, I would. Three strikes and your out! Every time we go there, they would mess up our order so bad, then yesterday, the third time trip, i wanted one scoop on a cone. when I got to the window, he stated I didnt ask for a cone and huffed. REALLY. I m done.1st trip, i wanted to pick up donuts for the job and asked them to included the nutty and chocolate glazed because those are my co workers favorites. When I got to the window, the woman insured me that they had the nutty and chocolate to mine and my co workers surprise, NONE were included!2nd trip: went with my husband and daughter and asked for one chocolate cone, one mint chocolate cone, and one mint chocolate in a cup. WHY DID THEY PUT BOTH MINT CHOCOLATES IN A CUP...REALLYand the 3rd and final trip is the one above

Guy that took mine and my friends order was very rude, was slamming things when she asked to try a flavor. One of the ice creams she tried was frostbit.

They charge $3.00 a scoop which is so high,while on the door it says $1.79 a scoop! This location is so dirty! crumbs and sprinkles all over the floor and on the tables.I dint even want to sit because of how dirty this place this! Such a disappointment!

Not actually open 24/7, even though theres a flashing open sign in the window at 10 pm.

Ice cream cake was very expensive. I wont be doing that anywhere soon.

Just returned home for a visit to this over priced, sorry imposter of an ice cream store, the two guys there were untrained and seemed to be completely lost when it came to serving costumers. What kind of ice cream service doesnt carry bananas? for splits. Lesson learned. I shall never return!!
