I like the Pharmacists that works there, but I don’t recommend that place at all for COVID testing. I waited in the line for the test, they gave me the kit and told me to do it myself for me and for my two kids who one of them has special needs, I don’t know if I did right because I needed help with my son. It was awful. I felt bad for the people waiting behind me in the line, they waited for more than 30 mins. I felt very embarrassed by the whole procedure, no privacy at all. Never get tested there again. Also regarding the flu shots they are very slow.

This location used to be amazing but within the past three years it has gone way downhill. NEVER use their pharmacy or photo counter.

I’m her from 6 pm to take flu shots for my kids now at 7 pm we don’t take it yet always there have problems with waiting for shots or medicine pick up it’s to much I’m thinking I’m goin to cvs I don’t want to come back her there is terrible

I have been to this Walgreens branch before. The customer service was Average.Today, I encountered an issue with a few prescriptions. Zahraa was the employee at the drive through window this am. She was amazingly pleasant! She resolved the issues and straightened things out, got the medication billed appropriately to insurance, and asked me to either come in or loop around to not delay others after me in the drive through lane.She was outstanding in how she handled a chaotic situation into a pleasant one for all involved.I’m sure she will go places in her life! That kind of excellent customer service, intelligence, professionalism and grace are for sure noticeable!Thank you, Zahraa and thank you Wallgreens for having her as part of your team…

Scheduled a test online for my daughter. We waited in line for 30 min, only to be told that all the tests were cancelled. We never received a notification, the teller lied right to our faces. I wont be back here, or to another Walgreens.

If you dont enjoy your job, find a new one. The pharmacists here are clearly unhappy and thus making the experience for customers miserable. Either fake it or stay home.

The pharmacy is horrible. They will change your brand without telling you or asking you and I mean even if its generic. They are always having to order it and making you miss dosages, they are HORRIBLE with hormone meds. They dont understand how they work or the differences and think they are interchangeable

Very respectful and kind young man/ pharmacist helped me last night. He listened and answered my questions about my moms prescription and offered a discount card that saved me money. Thank you. God bless you.

It’s a mess, unorganized, and they work slowly. Even when they’re talking it’s hard to hear, and they’re rude.

Very respectful pharmacist Miss Mona and the other pharmacist too, they both listen to my questions regarding my senior parents prescription... since this is a very busy pharmacy (hence prime location) I recommend they get more staffing and also watch the drive through cars line builds up so they can manage better clients with special handling holding up the line for up to 15-20 min per car => 5 cars sometime I wait up to 40-60 min easily ... good luck Walgreens pharmacy and thank you for helping up my community.

Lots of respect to all the staff at the pharmacy. I witnessed a scene yesterday of how rude a patient was with a staff! and how the situation was handled. I really don’t understand how people are very disrespectful to others that are working during a pandemic and trying to do their jobs! People needs to have some respect to others. Respect the white coat at least. Thanks to all for their hard work.

I worked in this Walgreens for about a month under a temporary position, customers will 90% of the complain about price, and will also try and make every transaction as long as possible trying to get the cheapest products possible (I had a woman spent 30 minutes on her phone Im not even messing around just so she could get $1.00 off of a bag of candy while also complaining with me). It is common to see people shoplift here and also come in intoxicated/on drugs, the only good thing at Walgreens is the people who work there, store staff is very helpful/cheerful, the managers are great. I wish to inform you that if you are fine managing stressful customers and working with lines that go out the door then this job is for you.

They are horrible. The store manager Wendy is so rude and doesnt know what she is doing. She lies about your concerns. Also, the pharmacist Mona, Sally and Rovena are so disrespecful and always delay medications intenetionally. They never answer your qustions about the medications because they dont know how to. Its a shame that the work to mess up about peoples lives.

I just had a terrible experience. The pharmacy manager Mona is so rude and disrespectful. She said if you dont like the pharmacy leave, I dont care, complain to whoever you want She was raising her voice until everyone in the pharmacy was staring at her. At first, she messed up my refills to get less than what the doctor prescribed. Then, she got mad that I complained to the hotline and district manager. She literally said “You cannot keep calling the hotline and complain about us, this is harming my score and the pharmacy score” Well, anyone who is rude, disrespectful and doesn’t want to do what the job description told them to do, then there will be a lot of people complaining about them until the rude behavior is fixed or they get replaced by professional staff members. I called her staff member Sally last week about my medication; she didn’t know anything about it then after she figured it out, she yelled saying “Sir I don’t know when the order was placed nor ordered” After that she said “I don’t understand you”. This is so rude and unacceptable. She did actually understand me at the beginning then acted so unprofessionally. After I asked her about her name to complain she didn’t want to give it to me at the beginning then gave it to me since it’s a recorded line. They always delay my medications. I called the state pharmacy and they asked me to tell the pharmacist in charge to call them for an explanation of why they always delay my medications. I told Rovena what the state pharmacy and she said “I won’t call them” I called the state pharmacy and told them what she said. They are all so sad and mad that I complained about them which I will always do until the terrible customer service gets fixed. Clients need to be treated with all respect and served in a timely manner.

It was a nice woman yesterday that helped me with making banners in the photo area, I wish I got her name, but she was super nice and patient with me! She was well knowledged in the area, I will definitely come back.

Pharmacy drive through takes 20 minutes per car.

I’ve never been there to pic up meds where I was in and out it’s always at least a 25 min wait in line sometimes there are 2 registers open but most of the time it’s just the one, reminder script was called in hours and hours prior or even days before so it should be a quick pick inside the store! Today I stopped in script was called in yesterday and was in line literally 35 min with only 3 people before me!!! Techs are always unfriendly ALWAYS!!! I live close by so it’s convenient but I will gladly go down the street to CVS!

Pharmacy is not one Id recommend. Very unorganized, understaffed, and new staff are not trained to understand insurance coverage verification. So many ongoing issues :(

Very rude. Cashier told me there’s a $100 limit on checkout. Which is bogus. Was paying with cash too. Cashier just didn’t wanna scan $100 worth of items and do her job. Manager came down and backed her up saying new store policy, only $100 per checkout. Both were talking to each other about unrelated drama the entire time. If I owned this place I’d straight up fire them. Last time I go to this location and I’ve been going here for 4 years. Legit hire competent people. How does a store have a $100 checkout limit like they’re losing money lmao. Cashier and manager just didn’t wanna do their job.

My wife and I have been going there for our scripts for years and find them to be very prompt, courteous and professional on a consistent basis.

I have always though of a pharmacist as a family member, Someone caring that shares your secret and you go to pickup your meds and seek knowledge and comfort, but this pharmacy is the worse by all standards, not to mention no privacy since at any given moment during a pickup they might discuss your medical condition in front of others.

Pharmacists and staff are extremely helpful. Understand insurances and self pay options. Cashiers are always helpful. Its our go-to store!

I had a really bad experience at this Walgreens store. This morning they wouldnt take a store issued original coupon because the rate of fraudulent activity. I have never felt so disrespected at a retailer in my life.

Wonderful service! Had to get a passport photo for a 4-month old. The technician took a few photos until he got it just right, and even reprinted once his first try had a shadow on it that wasnt noticed at first. Very friendly and helpful!

Excellent store we were in and out fast

I waited for 5 minutes at the photo counter and no staff came up to me until I went up to the cashier and ask them to page someone that works at the photo counter. Waited for 2 more minutes, finally an employee comes up to help and when I ask my question about getting my ink refill, when the employee replied to my question the employee was rude and acted like I should of know that this site got rid of there ink refill machine a couple of months ago.Overall, I didnt like how I page someone to be at their station and how I was treated at this site.

Usually everyone there is really nice. I went to pharma on a Sunday morning and the pharmacist was extremely rude. I guess thats why she has one of the worst shifts. The other pharmacists are always nice. .. i will never come back to that pharmacy because of her. get rid of her please walgreens so I can come back!
