After using the services of 2 well known optical store chains, I was very upset with how my glasses were made, the high cost and the lack of care they showed. I searched for a place that I could trust with new glasses. From the initial phone call to Bifano Eyecare with questions, to the selection of the glasses, I was blown away with the ease and care of the staff! I would HIGHLY recommend selecting Bifano Eyecare with your needs!!! They have a large selection of wider frames, which I was looking for. I left there and was able to wear my bifocal glasses for many hours without realizing I even had them on. I couldnt be happier with their services and my purchase!

Very professional staff. My appointment was on time, no waiting. Process is easy and they were good at explaining every step of the way. My favorite part of the experience was selecting my glasses because the lady helping me took her time and remained patient with me while I chose a frame. She was very nice and helpful. The entire staff exceeded all of my expectations.

They have the latest equipment for a thorough exam. The techs are helpful and willing to bring out 100 frames of the many they carry, if thats what it takes to meet your requirements. If adjustments are needed, no need for an appointment, someone is always available to help. You leave the office feeling positive, and looking great in your new glasses!

Your only as good as your lab that prepares your lenses. I went in to have the RX updated on my sunglasses (simple enough or so I thought). My glasses ended up coming back with white rings around the edges and a second time came back black instead of the brown coloring I ordered. Additionally Bifano sent my glasses back 3 more times of which I did not see those mistakes. Bifano blames the lab but at the end of the day if the lab cannot produce a simple lens update, why are you using that lab? Im sorry to say Bifano will no longer have my business after this 6 weeks ordeal and still I received no correct sunglass lens ( I did get a full refund but that is not what I wanted, all I wanted was updated lens).

I recently wanted my contact prescription email to me so i can order some new contacts online but they would not email me my contact prescription it has been over 10 day. i only need a few more contacts to get thru these few months until i get my lasik done!

I would give a zero if I could made app two weeks before appointment lady said I was covered and after my child was seen they tell my husband by the way ur not covered . Now the lady is lying about the whole thing saying she never took my info n said I was covered . These people are crocks DONT GO HERE.
