The employees lately have been helpful and nice. This is like not normal lately in the service industry. I was just amazed at how friendly the staff was. Everything was clean, stocked.

I love this target its perfect its small making it very easy to find everything and it s also very clean just today i went there to pick up some things and a worker asked if i need some help i did and he helped me i had noticed he was very tried but he went out of his way to ask if i need anymore assistance then he helped me look for my next item we could not find it but he kept trying to look for it as i went to self checkout a lady helped me do a price match and she was very polite and respectful and helped me with the transaction quickly i usually always have bad luck with customer service anywhere else except here if i could have i would have tipped both workers !!!

Always a great experience at this Target and great Sales I never expect to see. Its always,very neat and organized shelfs. Easy to find products and nice helpful employees. Lines are kinda long most of the time I go but not a very long wait,they kinda speed it along.

So, I called this target to see about my online interview I did for this location and they hung up the phone not once but twice. I applied here and I would never want to apply here again, very bad customer service. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I go to the target on Ford rd in Dearborn Heights, everytime I go I am always Greeted and welcomed at the entrance and through out the store every employee I come in contact with always greets me and ask if I need any help. I was searching for pop when this very lovely employee asked if she could help me to find what I was looking for. I said yes and with that she continued to reach for the pop I wanted and placed it in my basket. She continued to help me until I got just what I wanted. Her name is Sue and she is an asset to Target. Thank You Sue!

I enjoy ordering online and then picking up in-store. Notice that order was ready for pickup was received quickly. They had a dedicated person/workstation set up for customer pickups separate from the customer service/cashier lane during the Christmas season and my order was handed to me in one minute. Order was correct. This was at the Dearborn Heights, Michigan Target.

Shopping online was easy. One of the four items was out of stock but a service person directed me to a nearby store. There two service people helped me find the item.

I was unable to find something on the shelf and a store worker helped me find where it was. It was not on the shelf but in stock in the back and he proceeded to get it as well as alternative options.

Management, Ive dealt with rude, and obnoxious managers who act like they own the whole world, but this stores managers take the cake. As I was shopping I noticed management treating the employees horrible. I could be wrong cause I was just passing by, but it was like they made the employee feel horrible because after they walked away I went and spoke to that employee, and she said she was fine and thats how they always are. I dont know any names of management but someone has to do something about it. I ended up just buying a drink and leaving I felt disgusted. And for that female I hope she finds a better job with better management.

The cashier that waited on me was very nice and very helpful and polite and customer service is what its all about.

Target is always a good store to shop at, whether you need to just run in and grab something quickly or spend hours shopping. It was decent.The shelves were empty and the shopping carts were all outside, so that means theyd been busy.The staff were pleasant, even the man from one of the outside vendors was cool!!I appreciate the self checkout.

Fast & efficient

Employees were rude when we walked in at 10:50 to buy a bike light and get out. Sorry, it was last minute. I work retail too so I know it doesnt feel the best, but no need to call us out from across the store. We were out at 10:55.

I came all the way there to.look for a hooverboard for my son. Online they had one in stock. I got there and it was none on the shelf. So I asked RYAN for help. And he went above and beyond to find that item. He was awesome! Retail need more employees like him. I went for an interview and this lady Amanda said I didnt get the position on sight because I didnt have on make up during the interview I guess because the position was beauty however before the interview (the manger call me and said that the position Im applying for you dont have to have experience for ......)but I told her I wear make up time to time and I will wear it on the job if it requires...I answer all the questions correctly and did very well during my interview I even dressed very nice and was very polite.....she ask me did I have any questions of course I ask her questions What the important role of this position ? She said being a leader and being friendly and told me she doesnt see that in me ...I feel like she wasnt fair at all and it was something more than that about who she were as a person......I love target and I will not be shopping there .

Associate was out with my items within minutes after I checked in

The cashier said to the man behind us in line, “Thank you for your patience.” We had to wait for a woman ahead of us, but she didn’t say that to us...we thought it was odd of her to say that to a man, but not to a woman; made us feel less important. I found everything I was looking for, except one time they had expired milk in the cooler. This store should check the dates on their products and teach better customer service skills to their cashiers. Other than that, I was pleased with the store.

They say they have Dickies brand in store, I was just there, NO THEY DONT!!

Shop here frequently, love that I can scan items with my phone and easily download a discount if one is available or guided to similar product that does have discount.

The grocery department is usually empty. Its so close to my home but I still go the Westland location because this one is so terrible. Even the Starbucks is bare. Went for a Danish and cat food the other morning around 9am. They had nothing but brownies. Nothing else that was displayed was in stock. Cashier was nice and apologized. Had to get a different brand of cat food since they were all out as well. Wont be back.

Found item, told me item not available. another location did have item, so was able to picked up item at new store. With the option of searching and being able to pick up in store it made this even safer than Amazon!

Because I cannot a believe the terrible shopping trip I had. I tried to buy a die cast Nascar collectible and the store would not sell it to me because the sku was not in the system. When I asked for a manager he also told me he could not sell me the car.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Worst Target ever that you could ever go to. Ordering online and pickup in store is a complete joke at this store, You have to wait over 20 minutes just to get someone to help you, may as well just get it yourself. Should not have store pickup when nobody wants to do their job, they are so lazy at this store. All they do is stand around and gossip and ignore customers. Customer service is a complete nightmare here, employees are so rude. I have NEVER been treated so horribly before! Hire people that actually want to work or shut this location down!

The smallest Target Ive ever been to but I think that makes them try harder. Best customer service EVER! This is definitely my go-to Target even though there are two larger stores closer to my house.

The store is kept clean, however customer service is pathetic. Its 10 a.m. and they have just one billing counter open. And dont try the self check-out, its pathetic. Choose other Targets nearby!! This one probably spoils the reputation of other Target stores. The lighting could also been little better - little dark in some places of the store, maybe time to change those bulbs and tubes :)

Bad quality of service at target Starbucks. There may be a new hire making cappuccino . She did not even know what Dry cappuccino means. It seems she did not get proper training prior to serving customers. In addition, no smiles on their faces to welcome customers, etc.... The worst thing was the milk was either out of date as tastes really weird. I shouldve come back and asked for refund and complain to their manager, but it was too late.... I threw it away in the garage.

Very noticeable decline in customer service. Lack of team members working, significant lack of checkout lanes open. Often long lines with team members doing nothing to fix the problem.

We have always come to this Target and loved it.However, today we walked up to the checkout with an item marked 34.98.The cashier rang it up and it came out to 89.99.We showed the cashier the tag and she said I will not honor that price. She claimed that we may have taken the tag off a different item.The audacity to just accuse me of stealing hell they have cameras they could have reviewed the footage and determined this was false.Then the cashier who claimed she was a manager called the store manager. I have both names and he came over and accused me of the same.I am so disappointed. Instead of just being polite and respectful they accused me of stealing. Needless to say due to these two employees I will go to mejier Kroger and Walmart instead.Thank you

Almost everything I needed in one stop. Clean store friendly staff. However, apparently you have AT&T trying to get people to switch cable providers in store not a big deal just wouldn’t expect that at target. I’d expect it at Walmart though

I dont understand why this... Target ... has management coming to work here every day/night with the parking lot being so littered with trash... this lot has been trashy for several weeks now and now the lights in the parking lot not working ?Way to go Target management... nice to be proud of your job... Really helpful staff, they were everywhere stocking and cleaning, asking if I needed help. I didnt buy much, they didnt have anything I was looking for really. Very strange inventory, not a lot of options if they even have something similar to what your looking for.

This target always has exactly what Im looking for. From clothes to electronics that have a wide variety of products. Its also a very clean store with great associates.

Couldnt leave a zero, this review is related to the Target Cafe... Poor, poor service. One person working and they have been on break for over 30 minutes, why isnt their a break person to fill in? and service such as this requires minimum wage to be at its current wage.. Ridiculous

Should not even given single star but its not allowing me to post without giving it.. Worst Customer Service I have ever seen.Its not only for the specific store.Across all Locations in US.Paid penalty of more than 60$ because of the wrong information provided by the customer service.Even when i asked about closing my account and ready to pay the full amount, they mentioned 46$ instead of 51.41$ and for that 5$ they made me paid 35$ late fee which I was not even aware at the time of payment.

Its a Target. You know what youre getting here. The store is well staffed and maintained. Its clean and well stocked.

I had to return some things, that got sent to me by mistake. The website caused me to double order! The return went smooth, but they couldnt put it back on my credit card! I didnt understand that👀

This target has gotten absolutely disgusting. They hire seasonal workers who have no idea what they are doing and are rude as hell. There are never enough cash registers open be prepared to wait in line for 20mins, and the isles are always trashed. Will not be shopping at this location anymore.

They have extra in store 5% off and coupons that store pick ups are not elligible, I could have saved about 3 dollars more using my redcard and extra 5% and coupons, Its nice if your feeling lazy and do not mind losing instore extra discounts,
