Always the best service. I was just a little disappointed because they no longer wear mask nor do they have the sitting 6 feet apart. But I understand each facility have a choice to do so now. Other than that this is my favorite Belle Tire and its because Ronald and his crew are very professional and cares for your needs!

I called numerous other stores and couldnt get an appointment for at least a week for a tire rotation on my car. They got me in the same day and I was out within 90 minutes as a walk in! I took in 2 of my cars in the last month. Great customer service!!!

Belle Tire damaged my hood latch and left a wire hanging from under my car that connected my speakers which obviously was damaged from dragging on the street. Nice people, but the techs need to pay attention to details. Called to discuss and was advised they did not open the hood or touch the battery when repairing the tire rods and doing a major repair. So I guess I had to reset all me settings, when my car was returned, which happens when the battery is disconnected, because magic is real. My car is currently in the shop getting repaired.

I love this Belle Tire! They are fast and efficient and the manager Ronald Powe is so helpful! I will go there time and time again!

Excellent advice from Belle Tire. The mananger recommended a set of Michelin tires. After I reaearched them, I discovered that several tire industry websites had given them a perfect rating of 100 points for my vehicle. Belle Tire had the lowest price I could find and I am eligible for a rebate. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I needed air in my bike tire but had a presta valve on it and the inside air hose wouldnt fill it. But the free air hose took care of it. Then Warren an employee helped me out by tapping out a hole on my bike rack so I could put a rear light on it. He rocks and will always have my business

This place is not female friendly.. my tire needed repair he told me 4hours no way would he tell a dude that.. and he said it like we can try to get to you.. like why did I get insurance if you don’t want to fix my tire. I’m assuming it’s because I’m a woman or a black woman or both

Work always done right. Price is not cheap but you know you got what you paid for. Trust to fix what they say needs fixing. Downside is they also tell you stuff that could be fixed. Front brakes were starting to grind and had to be fixed. Back brakes were 95% worn on one side. Could have waited short time on back brakes but had them fix both. Downside was I had to wait several hours for parts and repairs, but I didnt have ride to pick me up. No problems with repairs ever.

I appreciate the effort that Belle tire and bashar put into getting my vehicle straightened out Im up here at traverse City now and had the most enjoyable ride I could ever imagine and it was from the extra efforts of the manager there bashar Ill have to do something good for them the timing the service medicine somethings not right theyll get it right but they always get it right

This place is always jumping due to the fine services performed from the front to the back. Sometimes the wait is long, can make some a bit testy, in the end, it worth the wait.

Went there to get tires installed that I had already purchased from an outside source because my two front tires were bad.. needless to say the tires that I needed installed didnt fit because they were a half size too wide...but instead of at least trying to sell me used tires or even two new ones so my vehicle would be safe to drive they let me leave with unsafe tires

I took my car to this Belle Tire location to get two new rear tires to prepare for the winter. When I received my vehicle back it was wobbling/swaying from side to side in the back of vehicle. So I tool my vehicle back up there to make sure everything was done properly and the customer service rep called and said the mechanic found that the sway bar needed replacing. Fine. Went ahead and replaced it. Then he calls back 2 HOURS later and said Oh my mechanic also found that the control arm is badly worn and we can take care of everything for you for $600 out the door. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I Feel like this place was trying to scam us and it was confirmed when I took my vehicle for a second opinion to the Belle Tire in Royal Oak across from Beaumont. They are honest and Ive been dealing with them for years. They rotated my tires and said the control arm was a little worn but nothing to be alarmed about! I will NOT be returning to the Dearborn Location near Telegraph and Joy Rd. nor will I be recommending this location.

I like going here, Belle Tire for the free air. I know they also have great deals on other service you may need rendered.

I Purchased tires I assume they gave me cheap tires because less then a year they wasn’t any good and they didn’t honest my warranty.

Make sure you tell them NOT to put tires on your car until they have verified an alignment can be done. They will slap those tires on so fast it will make your head spin and then hand you a $2300 invoice of repairs needed to align them. So youll buy $700 set of tires that will not last 5,000 miles and they know it. They dont care because the tires are on and you have to buy them at that point. Its all about the quick sale and no care for the customer or quality of service. They also will not clean the tires once they are on. I paid $651 for tires that looked like I left the used tire shop on the corner. I would not recommend belle tire ever to anyone. Most shady work Ive ever had done.

Horrible place to get your tires changed they charge too much

Had a slow rim leak. Was tired of putting air in it every day. These guys know what they are doing. Fixed it quick.

Went in just to get tire repair on two vehicles one last Sunday and one Thursday we have to wait all day just to get a tire fixed and if its totally flat you have to leave it I had a tire repaired at Belle Tire in Novi for my work truck I brought the Jack outside and changed it outside they were really busy I spent a lot of money at the tile Belle Tire on Telegraph I bought four sets of tires there and Im totally redo my brake system on my car and they couldnt even open the door and do me a solid seems like theres no customer appreciation I know that theyre really busy but come on if youre really in a spot and you need help they will not go the extra mile

This place is awesome I got rims an tires there. It was fair price and they got the job done quickly. The employees are well educated on their products, The waiting Room is clean, Most importantly they treat you like an individual person they dont treat you like a dummy like some shops do. I would recommend going to the Belle tire when you need tires and/or rims!!!

The Service Technician was so nice. He did a temporary fix on my tire so it will last until I can replace my set. He did not even charge me.

Reasonable and on time. I was talking to had my wheels balanced at Belle tire . Pulled away still had the same issue I spoke with manager told him I was having the same problem he said bring it back in they will recheck the wheels. Just left location and they want to charge me again to do the rebalancing of the wheels. This is a rip-off they did not finish or complete the job it was not done right now they want to charge a second time.

My go to tire place. Service guys are always friendly and to the point. Never had any issue with any tire service theyve done for me.

I have done business at this location since 2014. My mechanic is Guy Vaughn. Work has included complete brake jobs(2014 & now 2020, replaced flex pipe & others). Guy is honest & does quality work. My husband and I have been going here many years now with are vehicles and the staff has always been really friendly to us. Joe did excellent job recommending to right tires for our Ford Escape and the GM Howard always makes you feel right at home. The quotes for the repairs are accurate and much less then any dealership in town. Highly recommend!

Yesterday my daughter went to this location at 7:00 a.m. because she had 2 nails in her tire. She came early because she had to be done by 9:30 to virtually teach her students. The tire was repaired, not replaced. My complaint is against Ronald Powe because when her car was done he handed her the keys, but when she asked where her car was, he said out back, cuz when you said you werent getting an alignment too, I left it there It was pouring rain, but one kind worker, out of the goodness of his heart, stepped away from his bay to let her use an umbrella as he saw her walking by looking for her car. He represents the kind of customer service that Belle Tire should stand for, not someone who doesnt want to take the time to bring your car up front whether the sun is shining or pouring rain.

I made a appointment with this company for a wheel alignment to be done on my vehicle…so I call to see since I made the appointment if there where any openings if I could bring my car earlier than the original appointment and they said yes…my appointment was for 11am I drive here at 10:15am…on arrival at this business I tell the guy at the front desk I just called I had a appointment at 11 they said I can bring it up early to be seen he tells me “we don’t take appointments for the alignment there is over a he wait & it’ll be a couple hours just to do the service” so I informed him it allowed me to do the appointment online so even with that I would have to wait he said yes…he also stated that “they don’t hold bays for appointments” so what is the purpose of making the appointment if this company will not guarantee you have a spot

So I took my car in because my low washer fluid light came on. So of course I went to my local gas station and bought some fluid. Put it in and it immediately started leaking out from somewhere! Belle checked it and it was the washer pump. I paid $60+. I know what you’re thinking; $60+ for a $15-$20 part! Yes! You get what you pay for! Great service and a warranty! I’d pay it again! Fast service! Got there first thing in the morning and my car was done a little after lunchtime.

First snow fall and the Team working there was incredible for the volume of traffic. Darn near magic. Would recommend to anyone.

Came in with a completley flat tire with a bery visible hole on the side they offered to fix it for free if it was possible, unfortunately it was not. Fortunately they had the tire I needed. I live nearby and stop for the free air. Their compressor is the best. You set the pressure you want. The part that you hook onto the valve stem is the easiest to use. Its got a little bar like extension that is easy to grip and hold in place. When the pressure gets to your setting it beeps and little lights blink on and off around the read out. Foolproof air. No stop check with tire gauge repeat til you get what you want. And if youre lucky one of the guys will come out if their not busy and do it for you. Havent needed new tires yet but Ill go there.

Bought a set of 4 tires for my dodge ram here. Very helpful. Helped new pick out a good set. Included free alignment. Will go back again. People who say they are slow have obviously never been to a tire store before. To properly mount and balance takes a little time, but they are quick.

I set up an appointment online. When I arrived to Belle I was greeted immediately. We went out to double check the tire size. He saw my online appointment. The tires I wanted was there and with 10 minutes my car was being service. My front tires were worn unevenly, so an alignment was recommended. This all took around 30 minutes. I cant believe how fast I was in and out. Making an appointment online is the way to go. Howard J. Stein and crew was on point with sales and service.

I came here for alignment, tires rotation, and tire repair. They got the tire rotation right but then they repaired the wrong tire (air leakage by rims) because they attempted the repair after the tire rotation. I told them three times about the issue once in-person and two times over the phone. Each time the person kept ensuring me that they repaired the correct tire.They also couldnt do the alignment due to a mechanical issue. They gave me a $900 estimate for unrelated issue. I had a grinding sound coming from the electrical power steering, but they said it was struts mount bearing. Also, they charged me for the alignment check while BelleTire offers free alignment check network wide.I took my car to another shop and fixed my electrical steering. Then took my car to the BelleTire at Garden City and they fixed the tire leakage and the alignment hassle-free.

Took my 02 blazer in to have the tires that I bought there rotated and a front end aliment done. Told them the left back wheel had a noise in it and it moved back and forth. Told it would be $40 to have that checked out. Was given a call telling me nothing was wrong with the back wheel but $895.00 of other work was needed. New shocks, ball joint, and front axle. Paid to have the work done. Now I wonder if anything was even done. Back wheel still has noise. Needed this work done to go out of town on Wedsnday. Looks like I will be renting a car too add too the $895.00, plus another day off work too take too a real garage to see what the problem is and if any of the work they claim they did was done. Wont ever go back here again. Will be taking my truck elsewhere for rotation and front end alignment. Should have read the 3.7 reviews.

Friendly fair pricing fast service! Dealer recommended purchasing new tire on my new Equinox because of nail in tire...took tire into Belle Tire for a second opinion. $20.00 and 1/2 hour later tire was repaired and back on the road!Skip dealer and head to Belle Tire!
