Purchased a new RZR from Team Motorsports last weekend. We had to coordinate the purchase because I was 2.5 hours away. Josh from sales was great to work with and that goes for the rest of the team. My 17 year old son worked with Jeremy on an issue with his snowmobile. I am beyond impressed at how quickly (knowing our riding season is short this year) they got my sons snowmobile up and running, keeping him updated and not making him feel like ‘a kid’.. so impressed with this place!! They even gave us the part that needed to be replaced to show what happened.. great service, great people!!

This place is huge and has a nice variety of gear. We checked out the Helmets for about 10ish minutes before someone came to ask if we needed help. Kyle answered every question we had and even went as far as to take us outside to show us how one helmet visor transitioned from light to dark when the sun hit it👍🏾. He also looked up and ordered a chin curtain for the helmet my partner chose because was a must for her helmet. So all and all, we will definitely be visiting this place again and hopefully Kyle is there to help if need be.

So they call themselves a Honda dealership but won’t work on any Honda that is older than 1990? The parts needed were basic electrical connectors, I was looking for the Honda service expertise on electrical design, not exactly OEM parts. But I must add, the service rep who talked with me was very empathetic and agreed to try to find me electrical schematics to help me.

I enjoyed seeing the changes in the bikes and ATVs and talking with the people that worked there.

Needed an exhaust gasket, called every Suzuki dealer in Milwaukee and north of there. Team was the only one with stock. Jordan was very helpful and was able to accommodate me stopping by after hours. Thank you!

I ordered my tires from them so I brought my bike there and then for me that they could not put it on the left being a foreign bike (bmw) so they allowed me to take my wheels off in the parking lot and bring them the wheel and tire I cannot say enough about tbe staff. Super friendly and beyond helpful. Bmw dealer down the road couldnt get me in till end of August. These guys at team motersports went above and beyond to get me back on the roadEric h was my service advisor. My go to place when I dont want to deal with the hassle of buying private party. So far Ive gotten 3 motorcycles and a sport quad from here. Sometimes they will hook me up with a clearance item like a helmet or gloves to throw in if you can pursued them to. We usually try to buy from local dealers where we are from. But Team Motorsports had a bigger selection and had the unit we wanted. So we had no other choice. I emailed, they responded, gave me a great deal. I did a down payment over the phone. Came picked up the machine a few days later. When I got there, I was so impressed with the cleanliness, the hospitality, and how knowledgeable they were. They treated my wife and I so good! When we picked up the machine, they did a whole run down on the whole machine. So thorough, so many things I didnt know. We are so glad we went through Team Motorsports. We will definitely come back. Purchased a 2020 Yamaha Superjet.*Update - We came back today to buy another machine from them! They are amazing! Brenton and Danny are great at what they do. Immediately respond to any questions.

Best Service department I have experienced in a long time. We were on a trip and experienced a brake problem on our goldwing. They got us right in and repaired the problem in three hours. No charge!!! Very friendly staff made us feel so welcome and even offered to wash my bike... They took service to a new level.

Great dealership and great people, I had bought a new RZR from them last year and a used snowmobile this year. I had a few issues with the snowmobile but they were quick to resolve the issues. I would recommend purchasing anything from these guys, they are fair and honest hard to come by these days.

So what happens when a trio of middle age women decide to form a scooter gang and need helmets and mics?? They show up at TMS in need of assistance... and they end up with exemplary customer service which only makes their new endeavor that much more fun! Let’s be forthright; the experience could have been awkward or just mediocre considering it was three novice 40 -50 year old moms coming in asking tons of questions of the 20-30 something year olds on staff, but on the contrary it was exactly the opposite. The staff who assisted us were not only extremely helpful, patient and respectful, they matched our energy and made it that much more fun! We ( The Cacklers ) WILL be back to visit often. Eddie and Jeremy (and you others who had to deal with us) - you’re now fairly warned! In all seriousness, a HUGE thank you to TMS; I inherited my bike when my dad passed away and having this kind of experience as a legacy to honor his spirit towards life has been wonderful.

Cody and the entire Team were fantastic to deal with. The weekend before I was supposed to pick up my new ATV I smashed a deer and put my truck out of commission. I called Cody and he said they would figure something out. When I went in to finalize my purchase they followed me home, over 40 miles away to deliver my ATV. Thats customer service. So atleast I have my new Sportsman to dive since my Truck is wrecked.

3 months ago, we purchased a motorcycle from Team Motorsports, with the help of Casey. Best sales guy ever! The entire crew there was very helpful with everything, did not feel any pressure. We also bought some accessories for the new bike & us. Andy had some great suggestions & ideas while we were picking out an exhaust, a windshield, helmets, & riding coats. Its like he knew what we wanted. Each time we brought the bike in for service, the guys treated us very well. Was able to get the bike in & out very quickly. We would highly recommend going there for all your recreational needs, any time!

Service was pretty good.Only issue that I had is no one knew what was going on with the title or registration after I purchased a used motorcycle. They had to ask around the shop/showroom to find out when the title was coming. I feel like a Motorsports dealer should have their entire staff know the timelines and understanding of the dmv instead of sending me through phone call chains to the right person. Not asking them to know all the laws, just know the process of what I need to expect. a huge deal when the slip of paper proving ownership is unknown and I paid cash for a motorcycle. When you buy in Craigslist, title is usaully in hand and I never saw a title for this Triumph. I just figured that since its a dealer everything is in order.I bought an oddball bike from them so they dont service them which is on me. I now have to find a Triumph dealer in my local area to service it.Overall experience is a 4/5.

I honestly cant recommend Team Motorsports and the people that work there enough. There isnt anywhere in the Green Bay/De Pere area that has the kind of selection, customer service, and trustworthy service department that these guys do. Every time I walk in, Im greeted and asked if I need any help within a minute. I particularly remember Richard being very helpful, especially when I came in to pick up a jacket. As of more recently, I have been in the process of doing a lot of maintenance on my bike. I had Team replace my tires for me (I just brought them the rims and the new rubber). Not only did they get the tires done by noon of the next day, they beat their service estimate by 50 cents! Impressive! Ive ordered gear through them as well, and its been a painless process, and the fact that they matched Revzilla on some pricing was icing on the cake. If I had any complaints, it would be that some of their replacement parts are a bit expensive, and their gear selection is a little old and limited. Also, they didnt have fork oil seals for my 06 Ninja 500r. But like I said, theyre more than happy to order anything you cant find and let you try it out, no risk. Everyone here aims to make you a satisfied customer, and anytime I need gear, or motorcycle parts on short notice, you can bet that Ill be going to Team.

I purchased a new RZR S 800 from them and it was a great experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have also purchased a lot of accessories for it and many parts for other four wheelers that I own. My only complaint would be the prices on parts are high. Every part I bought could be had cheaper down the highway a bit. I suppose I look at the high prices as a convenience fee I am paying to avoid driving further for parts. I do wish they would be a bit more competitive with pricing. They do have a nice award point program in place to earn money towards future purchases.

Speaking with Jason initially on the telephone, I felt comfortable explaining how I messed up my bike. When I brought in for repair, speaking with Drew again I was comfotable explaing my error. Both stated, no problem we will completely service your bike for your big summer trip.My experience with Team Motorsports is very good.
