This is the second vehicle I have taken to Rick and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. His installations are consistently clean and solid. Answering the previous comment, all I can say is that the attention to detail in my case was, mounting the sub such way that it was moving side to side in the trunk. Very messy work. Keep promising me that they will get me the grills for it and somehow I never got it. The steering wheel remote did not work. They promised me they would fix it once the grills arrive. Of course never took place. My center console was not properly installed back to its place, I needed to remove and reinstall it so that I could use the storage compartment properly on it cos the little door on the pocket didnt close. The grounding didnt work, there is a constant squeaking sound coming trough the system. Plus on top I shared my story of this on their website and somehow it got deleted. Now briefly its back cos I putted back on but really briefly. I had to bring the car back 3 times trying to fix their mistakes up and non of them got fixed. I ended up ordering my own grills and fixing things on my own!!!

Very impressed!!! The guys at Ultra Audioworks are very knowledgeable and have passion for what they do. There passion and creativity showed in there attitudes and work portfolio. Im glad I brought my Ford Fusion to get the upgrades I was looking for. They added a subwoofer and amplifier to my factory system, they changed out my interior lights to LEDS lights, and even ordered and installed a new handle for the driver side door when I mentioned it was broken from a while back. They are very professional and the work was very clean, Good customer service is hard to find anymore, but there they were very down to earth and honest with my goals as there priority. The prices were certainly reasonable and in my budget. I recommend them to anyone looking for great car audio work!!!! Thanks again guys, I will see you again soon!!!!! :))))

I went to Ultra Audioworks knowing only a little about what I wanted and by the time I left I felt like I knew it all. These guys are super helpful and very open and honest. If they think that you can get a better deal with someone else they will tell you. I am here to tell you that you cant. I told them what it was that I wanted and boy did they ever deliver!! I got so much more than I asked for!! It was very refreshing to have such open and honest interaction with two very down to earth young gentlemen. I highly recommend Ultra Audioworks!!!

I bought and had installed a stereo and also had them supposedly fix and install new headlights on my vehicle. After having it several hours, and being very quick to take my money, I drove home, only to discover I now have NO high beams at all and the parking lights also dont work. When I called to ask about having them look at it and re-do the job, they tried to tell me it was my imagination and gave me the run around. I finally took it back to them and again, after hours of waiting, they said the headlights were fixed, but again, as soon as it got dark, I discovered that I have no high beams, the parking lights dont work, or work sporadically and they also threw the lights out of aim so badly that they are virtually useless. These guys are more concerned with hanging out in the parking lot with their friends in their hot cars than service. They want your money up front and then its hit the road. They would not answer the phone or respond to message left about the problem and I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this rip off place.

They do really awesome custom work and they get it done on time. Very good attention to detail.

UPDATE****** 4/29/19***So after over a year all of my audio equipment was working flawlessly. I talked to Ricky the owner and told him I wanted even more now! After coming up with a plan based off an idea I had, he made my dream come true. Ricky didn’t try and over sell me anything I did not need but instead suggested items to make me get the sound I needed to be heard all over the water. Ricky again did a flawless job on the install, the wiring looks so perfect I am pretty sure he has OCD. Everything looks perfect and I haven’t even got to the sound yet. Once he turned on the audio for me to hear, I had butterflies everywhere. I felt as if my child had graduated from college with straight A’s. I again on this installed shopped around for prices of all the JL Audio equipment we selected and Ultra Audioworks was the cheapest by far. Ricky assured me that if I ever had any issues to bring it back for him to repair the problem. I don’t think I’ll have any issues after over a year of pushing these speakers to the max. For all those people out there trying to find the cheapest way, the cheapest option just stop in and talk to Ricky. He will set you up with the best marine audio at the best price and he will install it with a flawless look. This guy is a god!Well, ultra audio works is about 40 minutes away from my house but after speaking with fellow boaters and looking at reviews, one name continued to come up.. Ultra Audioworks. I first took my boat there to replace the factory speakers and head unit. The owner, Ricky, recommended the head unit and speakers which after googling I realized were excellent components. I did a price comparison with the price Ricky gave me for the equipment and nobody could come close. I checked crutchfield, Amazon, overstock and every other marine audio website and Ricky’s prices were still the best. After taking delivery of my new audio system, I can’t even find one bad thing to say. The craftsman ship and the knowledge by Ricky was top notch. Everything came out so great and it was such a pleasurful experience that I took it back to him to get more speakers, subwoofer and amplifier installed. Again I tried to find cheaper prices online and Ricky still had the best prices. Working in law enforcement, my schedule is so fluid and always changing. Ricky was able to accommodate me and so flexible allowing me to get my Key West fully outfitted with a jamming sound system. I can see why everywhere you look recommends Ultra Audioworks. It’s alwahs nice to have a “guy” for specific needs in life, and I can say without a doubt that I have my boat upgrades guy.

Can’t ask for better quality and service...simply the best.
