Overall great experience working with Daytona Toyota. I reached out to three different Toyota dealers and Amanda at Daytona Toyota was first to get back to me. Working with Amanda was quick, easy, and I was able to do most of it online. Even though they didn’t have what I was I looking for on the lot, Amanda was able to find what I was looking for, get it reserved for me, and kept me updated throughout the shipment process. Once my 4Runner came in Amanda was able to quickly get it prepped, tinted, and scheduled a time for me to come in to test drive it and meet with the finance manager. The team at Daytona Toyota had my deal already worked out and ready for me to sign. After signing a couple pieces of paper, exchanging keys, and swapping my son’s car seat over we were on our way with our brand new 4Runner and the rest of our weekend ahead of us. Even though the entire team at Daytona Toyota was fun to be around and work with, I am happy that the days of having to sit at a dealer and go back and forth all day are over. We love Daytona Toyota! Our whole family have been buying Toyota vehicles since they were located on Beach Street in the 70’s. We have always bought our vehicles from Larry Ollinger who is great and still consulting even though he is supposed to be retired. Larry always makes sure he comes out of his office to see us and talk even though he’s in a different area.Their customer service in all departments (sales, finance, service center, etc.) is outstanding. As everyone knows because of the COVID-19 pandemic all businesses are low on inventory, from grocery stores, clothing, furniture, even online ordering. Last week we went to purchase a new car and they did not have the one we wanted on their lot, we wanted certain colors and extras on the interior and exterior, so we were told that it would take up to 2 months to get a car because of unavailability in the entire country. In less than one week we received a call from our salesperson that they found the exact car we wanted and they had already had it delivered to their lot. When we went to pick it up the appearance of the car inside and outside was even better than we had pictured it to be.We cannot thank Daytona Toyota salesperson Jeff Michaels enough for all the time he put into locating us the perfect car and all the time he took with us to explain all the features of the car and how everything worked, no matter how many times we asked the same question over and over. He went that extra “mile” to help us and make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.We would also like to thank Todd Pierce in the Finance Dept. for making our experience with all the financing paperwork very pleasurable. I Just bought a used Ford F350 Lariat today through Daytona Toyota. I usually buy new cars or trucks though Daytona Toyota since the 1980s because of the dependable staff and service before, during, and after the sale. This time I bought used and a Ford because I needed a diesel truck to pull a larger camper.Just like with all my past experiences, my sales representative (Amanda Vegerano) gave me outstanding customer service. There were no high pressure tactics, no typical B.S., and complete understanding when I went to other dealers to shop. No other dealers could match the price and no other sales representatives could match the service.Before the sales, Amanda brought the vehicle to my house after hours for the test drive. Allowed me the freedom to shop the rest of the week and weekend without any hassles. Was available morning, noon, and night every day to answer my questions.During the sale, my early morning appointment was schedule right on time with everything prepared. No last minute B.S. changes to the terms we agreed upon, and no tossing me from one manager to the next in order to frustrate or bilk the last dime. I was in and out faster than I thought would be possible.The final act, was after the sale. They had my signature, but I needed to get my sons signatures on some of the paperwork. He was working and could not take the time off. Daytona Toyota let me drive off the lot with my new purchase to get the signature from my son on the job sight. Very honest person which is not common in sales let alone car sales. We drove from Tampa for the car we wanted, it was well worth it to spend five hours driving in one day because the employees were so pleasant.

Scott Crocker is great in service. I like some things done by myself/other vendors and he gets that. After years of running 10 vehicles in a fleet, Im a hands in guy for filters, lifetime alignments and tires at other vendors (been loyal for 25 years and Daytona Toyota doesnt offer lifetime alignment). It makes sense sense Ive got the lifetime oil changes, lifetime on 3 main components as well. Happy to regular maintenence on some things through them as well as all of my extended service repairs/replacements. Ive had good experiences thus far on multiple different items/areas. I would recommend them. I have 4 stars because Im not a fan of the automated call outs to trade car in, buy a new car. I asked about it and they said owner wants it that way and wasnt going to change it. I get it as well, gotta market. Just make it a bit easier to removal. Which they did ultimately. All in all, highly recommend.

We are traveling needed a 10,000-mile checkup. They went out of their way to squeeze me in. They explained what was to be done and delivered the car on time. They also washed the vehicle. This people know what good customer service is and they exceeded my expectations.

I went to my local Toyota dealer (DAYTONA TOYOTA) and they beat the best price by $500. Drove out of there that day in my new Supra. My salesman was Amanda. Very nice person and was not pushy at all. Found out we are pregnant so the Jeep had to go. Came in the lot and Marcus came over and was very polite (not overbearing at all) and we had already known we wanted a 4Runner. He immediately showed us where they were and just straight up asked, “which do you want me to get the keys for?” When he came out we already picked out the one we wanted. He let all of us take it for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and just respectful. While the paperwork was processing (we had a snag because we had just bought the house and didn’t have proof so make sure you have that, unless you are paying cash which we just decided to do) they let my wife and mother in law just hangout in the new 4Runner (it was cold for Florida). I’m just beyond satisfied. Now comes the dedication part. So, when you pay 50k cash for a new car, you can’t swipe the debit card. Marcus is actually driving out to my in laws house right now (an hour away) to get a check then driving all the way back. 5 stars because there was no pressure and everyone was great. Todd the finance guy was nice and even the receptionist went and made fresh coffee. We negotiated a little bit about the financing but then just decided to buy it out right. They made the trade in process WAY EASIER than I thought it would be. The 4Runner is an AMAZING vehicle. And if my in laws see this thank you so much. The baby will definitely be safe. Thanks again Marcus and the Daytona Toyota Team (including the guy that took it back to detail it and answered my questions and the guys in the back that don’t get credit for detailing).

I purchased a new hybrid RAV4 from Daytona Toyota. I worked with the internet team, and Amanda V. was my sales representative. Amanda was very helpful in the initial purchase of the car, which we completed mostly over text. She was very informative and determined, without being pushy or aggressive. We experienced a few issues in shipping of the car to the dealership, and it arrived a little over a week after initially anticipated. Communication with those details could have been a little bit stronger, as I often had to ask for updates on my own, only to find out that the vehicle had been delayed. Despite these difficulties, Amanda delivered the car from Daytona to Tampa. This was especially impressive to me, since I was on highly restricted timeline and leaving for my honeymoon the following day. They sold me a package for the car but it was placed differently in the contract, when I realized this value was with the total value of the car and this extra did not appear in the contract separately, now that I need to decide on what was agreed, everything they told me would have in the car, I cant, because it doesnt appear separately in the contract, I was mislead. So just be carefula !!!

Most correspondence was directed solely to my husband, and even today, the mail we receive from Toyota Corporation addresses only my husband. All of my responses have clearly indicated both of our names. All dealerships and corporate would do well to make the women purchasers feel equally respected and included. In our case, I was the one who selected our vehicle, did the research, dealt with the sales and finance, and paid for the vehicle. Yet, I certainly do not feel that I was treated overall as an equal partner in this transaction. They do good work and are very efficient. Seems like they try to sell you a lot of extra work though. I needed a patched tire. They wanted to sell me a new tire. That kind of stuff. Overall pleased with them though.

Could not ask for a faster service.A 10,000 mile service with tire rotation went by in under 45 minutes.Good, polite, quick, reception. And I waited outside underneath their porch, working on my laptop with their wifi. All in all, very pleased.

The web page is a disaster to use, all appointments were filled until I changed what I was going to do while my car was being fixed. What does that have to do with making an appointment? My advisor is out on sick leave, and I’m assigned to new one. Appointment is for 8AM, advisor is not there, thank god another advisor steps in and says he will handle it. I wish I could remember his name, older gentleman Gray hair and his station is situated in between the tire racks. At 9:15 my name is not even on the status board, so I asked what going on? I am told car is being worked on, and the display board is not accurate. Wow! My new advisor finds me in the lounge and says 1/2 to a hour while they recharge the A/C. Thank god for my service advisor, I can only imagine the feedback they get on something they can not control. Get an Software company in there and straighten things out. Give you people some tools that help them.

I was there to purchase my lease vehicle at end of lease. The buyout was $25,605 from when I leased it. Michael Combs wrote buyout at $27,700. When ask he told me the residual buyout is different from residual. I walked and he came back 10 minutes later and said he made a mistake buyout was $25,605. Sad he tried to get another $2,000 out of an un-suspecting customer. Will never visit them again

We had an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. Cody is an amazing salesperson. He went way out and beyond to get my son and nice vehicle and great interest rate. Even the finance dept wasn’t pushy and explained everything before he signed paperwork. When i arrived for my service appointment (oil change), my service advisor was ready for me. As requested I drove my car into the bay and handed him the keys. They handled the oil change and a recall issue. When checking my tires, they found one tire with low thread and prepared a quote for me.About an hour later the service advisor let me know that the car was done, went over the tire proposal with me and informed me of another issue. I didnt have time that day for a tire change, but will schedule it for next week.Their service is impressive, very customer oriented. There are a couple of waiting areas, one indoors and the other outdoors.I definitely do not hesitate to recommend them. I love that they schedule their work. It reduces the wait time for the customers. If a repair is more involved, and they have to keep the vehicle overnight, they have loaner vehicles available. Service is A+!

We went to Daytona Toyota looking for a hybrid, but not totally sure what type of car we wanted. Amanda was so helpful, polite, patient and not pushy AT ALL, which we appreciated. She showed us several cars which gave us a good idea, although they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for on the lot. She took us inside to find our perfect vehicle at another location, and we found exactly what we wanted. They were quick to get the vehicle we wanted delivered to their lot and when we went to pick it up, it was perfect for us. The whole process was easy, seamless and actually fun. Very good customer service. My sales man John helped me find a used truck that checked all of my boxes. Mario in finance department was able to shop around for the best loan and got me a great payment and full bumper to bumper warranty for the entire life of my loan. I was able to drive my truck off in less than 4 hrs from arriving at the dealership. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I took my car in yesterday for an oil change and when it was done, the car wouldnt start. A couple technicians came out, fiddled with some buttons and the car started. They told me it was the security system, told me to push a button, and I would have no problems. Today I try to leave my house and the car wont start. So I call them and Im told that I have to have it towed to them for them to look at it. Ive had the car since before Christmas, never had a problem with it before, take it to them for an oil change, and now my car wont start!!!

Great people and facility. Worked with me and overall very happy. The only reason Im giving it four stars is because not only for other customers not wearing masks, but staff was very lackadaisical with their own masks. But other than that I had a really great experience. Brian was amazing and took the time with us to explain everything in detail so that we understood it.

I went for a recall on my car. I had a car salesman call me and I went to listen. I had no intention of buying a car. Feeling pressured I was informed that there would be a soft credit check. This was not the case and I had a hard credit check. I do recommend going to this dealership if you feel like being pressured by a bunch of car salesman.

Had a great experience here. Everyone was great and they worked hard to get me what I wanted. George Eaves was my salesman and was absolutely great.

Buyer beware. I drove my 2020 Corolla home from dealership after purchasing and noticed bumper was coming off.( Certified used car). Anyway took it back to show them and sales manager accused me of hitting something. After three salespeople they finally agreed to fix it for free. I just dont like being accused of something I did not do. They need to try to listen more and stop assuming the worse. Will not buy from these crooks again this is my last Toyota. 😡😡🤬

They took advantage of my wife when purchasing a new car.To many details to put on here but they definitely fit the stereo type that car dealers work hard to avoid.Crooks that cover their butts and have no conscience. I guess the money they stole from her helps them sleep at night.Nothing that I, her husband can do about it but warn others before the also get taken advantage of.I just wish I was there with her!
