I wish Id caught the name of the woman who helped me, because she was super professional and friendly and very kindly showed me where to park when I was oblivious!My oil change was done in 30 minutes, in and out, and they even offered snacks and water during the minimal amount of time I waited.5 star service, for sure.
Horrible experience, car was damaged while there. Spoke to a manager . He made us feel like we were lying. His people were supposed to fill out a sheet examining our sorrento. He said it was not done. I’m wondering if it was lost because of the damage. Then the manager says it’s the guys first day. How convenient is that. We had a appointment with a guy named JR to trade in our suv and buy a different one. Obviously never happening. To many dealerships out there to work with.
I brought my car to do an oil change and replace a rim. They forgot to do the oil change and now have rescheduled for two weeks out. They also did a recall update that was already done before the recall was issued. At least now, I can get reimbursed for the recall when they repaired it last time. I have to reach out to the manufacturer to get reimbursed. You would think they could handle that since they did the work the first time. One would think they would check their service records before performing a recall update.
I have had my tire repaired and had a sensor replaced along with oil change and cabin filters. All done quick and professional.The only thing I could say is they need to something to make it easier to get out of the parking lot once car is done.

The Service adviser Craig Lee was rude and gave me a very hard time so much I will be calling the service manager on this matter. I have been coming to Daytona Kia for years and never had this happen. I have 2 Kias and will be do my business in Deland Kia from now on. Told Craig Lee this and he said OK. Picked up some floor mats that didnt get put into vehicle at time of purchase. Still waiting for a second key fob, but its on order. Great bunch of people up there!!

Forgot what I was there for which was 6 month service didnt do told to pick up car I asked she said oh I forgot!! Also told me part for Suv would be in on Monday she would call me when I could come in FORGOT to call me..I called Tuesday told me ask parts department I dont know! Manger said having hell problems everyone is I left Toyota to come to Kia sorry I feel not good service usually not like this whats going on with Kia ..if this is how it happened to me who else..

I called in advance to set up an appointment for a safety recall. I get there wait an hour for them to tell me they dont have the parts to replace the safety recall.

Great place to buy a car. They recently opened a new car lot on Nova, just North of Mason Ave. The salesman and women are great. No high pressure tactics, just there to help the customer. Very good service department that can be trusted to sell only what is needed

Had my car serviced on a Sat so they were very busy. The service was done relatively quickly and they offer free wifi, coffee, snacks and even a computer station while you wait. Friendly staff too.
