Terrible customer service for my first time calling. I spoke to a gentleman named Vinny who told me the price of $600 to tune a car and when I asked about gas mileage in general possibly going up or down not a specific number he then began to back pedal and tell me this sounds like something he doesnt want to get involved with because Im asking about gas mileage.In my defense, it sounded like a fair question and not sure why he reacted that way but it is what it is.Ill circle back with this company in a month or so and try again to see if the experience changes and will update accordingly.Below the owner is conflating the issue at hand and stating a lie... I did not ask for specific fuel mileage...I simply asked do people generally see an increase or a decrease in fuel mileage for a base tune and further more failed to state what some of the expected outcomes might be after a tune... just in general, nothing specific because yes we all know every car is different and every person drives different...but from their experience they should be able to provide some anecdotal statement.... something to the effect, in general or typically but no. Right after I asked my question I had to restate because Vinny thought I was asking for a specific number. After restating, he chose to not even want to discuss which leads me back to customer service... Vinny acted/seemed like I was bothering him and or wasting his time with questions just give me 600.00 and I will do something to your car.. trust me .... thanks but no thanks. And I dont need a phone call Vinny for you to continue this debate. Just some politeness and patience will go a long way next time. Good luck.

Awesome treatment, Awesome work!I have a lot of trouble trusting other “mechanics” with my baby. Gave these guys a shot and long story short- I’ve been a repeat customer ever since! Even started bringing my other build in for work! Recommended my Mustang friends to them and they have positive feedback as well. If you want someone to take care of your baby as much as YOU would- take it to Pitbull. I’ve brought my Mustangs in for suspension work, cams, supercharger mods, dyno tune, etc. Patient, reliable, HONEST. These guys hook it up! Ask for Vinny. If you’re a 3v owner like myself, ask for Derrick. Give it a shot- you won’t be disappointed!!!

Do not recommend this shop. Could not get my car to run correctly after installing a few engines mods. Had to take to another shop to get it right

They installed a custom turbo set up on my 1957 Chevy Bel Air. They went above and beyond offering guidance and working with me on the build. Excellent service and the turn around was fast. I highly recommend them for any car needs.

Ive been going here for performance parts since the 1980s. Changed ownership early 2018, used to be called Action Performance. The new owner is a really good guy, spends time to help you get what you need. Its good to see a local speed shop still in business after all of these years. They have most of the stuff I am looking for when I visit, and they can get ordered parts in a day or two. My 421ci SBC 79 Corvette thanks you!

These guys there are awesome. Got me the lart to my boat in 1 day at a good price. Gave me some free knowledge and Jeremy even came to my boat after hours to help me get the timimg right. Great place! Great people highly recommend them..

Moved to Florida and needed work on vehicle. I am very happy I stopped in at Pitbull Performance. The staff starting with Vinny was extremely knowledgeable professional and courteous. Best of all work was completed in a neat and timely manner. Strongly recommended!

We went to get a downpipe welded with the v band they told us that they could get it done in an hour or in a day and we left our contact information and they never called back. Till this day we still have not completed the turbo kit because they still have not completed the task. After calling repeatedly they said that they have been working on a mustang and that its more important. Well I guess you just lost a customer. And try adding more variety of products everything there is over priced and its only one brand

Highly recommend them, they go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are taken care of. They can also install parts and even offer a dyno service to see how much power your vehicle makes. Truly a one stop shop!

These guys rock! They stayed open past closing time so I could get a part I really needed. And it was reasonably priced. The former owner would never have done that.

Vinny and crew do fantastic work. His shop has kept my mustang running through 2 random misfires we tracked down, as well as fantastic upgrades to keep the power coming. Pricing is unbeatable and the only downside is the drive from Orlando.

Great group of guys that go above and beyond to get the job done right. They ran into some problems installing a part for me but they stuck with it, even staying late to figure it out so they could get my car back to me.It can be hard to find a trustworthy car shop but these guys are it.

Vinny and Derek at Pitbull performance are great very friendly and knowledgeable went to this shop to get some parts ordered for my car quick to get the parts in and getting them installed soon on my 94 mustang. Great place for performance parts however, my husband was VERY disappointed with them. When we got there the guy he spoke with was suppose to have the part set aside behind the counter that he called in for the previous day, but NOTHING!! Also, the guy at the counter had NO idea what we were talking about it either!! Thats bad customer service if you ask us, smh...

The guys took my car in unscheduled due to a malfunction on the car while I was on vacation and repaired it back the way it should be and even corrected some other issues the car had. Would definitely go to again.

Terrible! Went in there asking for some materials. Guy there started helping me and in the middle of me asking question just walked away to answer the phone. (Sounded like a personal call). Left me walking around the store for at least 5 minutes before I decided to walk out. Other coworker just stared at me while looking at a computer screen. Thing was he showed me the material I would need but just walked away before cutting the amount I needed. Terrible service. This company wont stay in business long.

Rude complained because I cost him maybe 10 mins of time to figure out my lug nuts but he was so confused he wasnt working on my ride! Oh and the store was empty!
