Came through with everything that they promised! After I totaled my car last month, I read all the doom and gloom news surrounding how expensive cars were now (used cars especially) and how securing a loan with crummy credit was near to impossible and was super stressed on how I was going to get a car in time to start my new job next week.Well I can guarantee you that that the doom and gloom wasnt true today! I saw an ad, walked in the door, got approved, and drove off the lot with the car that is absolutely, 100% what I need all within five hours. I recently purchased a used Volkswagen Jetta diesel from Dave at Acer. He was extremely helpful, even going so far as paying for my insurance so I could take the car home. The acre auto team was amazing . A body shop ran by angles. The acre auto team helped us in many ways than just 1. David was able to get our car that was just in a accident back on the road so we can get back home to Tampa. We were on our vacation in Daytona when the accident happened so we were trapped with no way to get back home 3 hours away. We drove our Toyota that had only really 3 wheels to the closest body shop. When we arrived the acre auto team Sprang into action David and his team pushed other clients cars that were there first to the side to fully pay attention to us. The acre auto team was able to get 4 parts delivered same day, David him self ever drove himself to get a part for us. David also put us in a car while we waited, which he didn’t have to do because I didn’t have full coverage so my insurance was not paying for anything. They got me a replacement car to drive around till my car was done. The team also got a 1 1/2 day job done in 5 hours. I’ve always thought mechanics had a agenda, trying to rip off the helpless. But the acre team didn’t see money, didn’t see a opportunity, they saw to guys that were trying to get home. Over all everything acre auto brokers did was amazing fast and affordable. All I can say is thank you guys for getting us back home.

Austin has sold me a lemon I am a disappointed customer by the facts of him ignoring the problems of the vehicle that I purchased off of him and had no concern of a person that lived out of state purchased a vehicle from him and headed in the shop the second day I owned it too many problems and very bad business be careful be careful be careful. The vehicle drove fine when we test drove it but once we took it off the lot when we purchased it check engine lights come on ranch lights come on and it was at the mechanic shop transmission specialist shop for over a month

Acer provided excellent support for me and answered my questions attentively. The staff here was very responsive and insightful throughout the entire process and I enjoyed their inventory and my experience with them.

I have had my car from them for over a year with no problems I started having problems with the transmission and Dave took care of it He called for and found out there was a ford warranty on it and set it up to be repaired at no expense to me. Make along story short, I picked a car I really liked went to pay and my card wouldnt let me make that big of a purchase Austin saw me getting frustrated and said here is keys to one of my other cars go to the bank and take care of it (so I wouldnt waste my uncles gas in his car) no other lot would Do that. I just purchased a vehicle from Austin at Acer. I bought a 2006 ford freestyle. Austin knew we would be driving the car long distance (from Florida to Wisconsin) and no more than 2.5 hours after I left the lot did the engine light come on. Took the vehicle to a mechanic and found out that the neutral safety switch is bad 3 of the 4 tires were bad and the electrical computer had no communication for the codes to be read. I had to put an additional $1000.00+ into the vehicle just to be able to drive it. We do not live in Florida and were buying the car to drive home, now we went back into Acer to talk to Austin and he basically told us oh well nothing he can do. As is, poor values and business practice it is. He had no compassion for us as a cash paying customer once he had our money. He was very conniving and arrogant.

They will put you in an even deeper hole and set you back even further. These cars may look nice on the outside but are absolute death traps. BLACK NISSAN 12 with pink stripe YES DEATH TRAP it was given to us, 2 vulnerable females with transmission issues ...we had the car a week and 3 of those days it was in repair . or so we thought apparently one of those brainiacs wanted to test drive it all the way to orlando RUNNING SUNSHINE TOLLS WITHOUT PAYING yes i recieved and invoice with my tag caught on camera but I was not the driver because i didnt even feel safe driving the car to work during that week. NEEDLESS TO SAY, this car was returned the next day after it should have had no more issues, yet it still proceeded to cut off in dead traffic. with no desire to keep the car we politely gave the car back to AUSTIN and all he was worried about was stressing the fact that he DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS. IT DID NOT END THERE he never filed the appropriate paperwork for canceling payments on this vehicle and i still had a withdraw from my account for 280.00 for a car i had in my possession for 5 days. UNBELIEVABLY RIDICULOUS. I AM LOOKING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER WITH MY LAWYER. THEY ARE CROOKED AND NEED TO BE STOPPED. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR HORRIBLE BUSINESS NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY .
