I came here with the intention of just browsing. After being greeted by the upbeat and personal sales team, I was sucked into the awesome atmosphere and vibe, and my purpose quickly changed. The associate who helped me was Steve. Steve was very professional and informative regarding Dirt Bikes, as he has a ton of experience. He basically knew everything, and didnt get annoyed with the hundreds of questions I had. I havent rode in over 20 years, and Steve provided every bit of knowledge necessary to make the right decision, without trying to over sell me on something out of my league. He took his time with me even when it was close to closing time. I went from just browsing to a quick and easy finance process, to leaving the owner of a new Bike. Steve was so attentive and helpful, he personally volunteered to deliver my new bike to my home. That speaks volumes to the effort and care he provided. Everyone here is very professional and I would take my bike here again even if I didn’t have a maintenance plan. Super helpful and knew what was going on right away. Sounded like valves needed adjustment to me, but turns out it sat too long from being shipped during our move. Guys were all extremely respectful not only to me, but my wife as well. Tony dropped my bike back off today, and my wife was very pleased he was professional, kind, polite, and not creepy…her words! Changed all fluids, so my bike is in top shape again. Purchased a Polaris Ranger on 08/28/21 Still have not received it. Was told the day I bought it would not fit in my truck. It will, I think the guy did not want to deal with it. Was told they would ship it for free to me the next week. I called numerous times and left messages, was told I would get a call back. Did not and had to keep calling. Spoke with Zack the sales manager who promised that he would look into it and call me back. HA HA he did not call me back, again I had to call. It is now 09/21/21 and I was told it would be here today. Silly me, it wont. I had to call the transport company to get a date. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...........

Bought a used 17 Can Am Maverick XMR with low hours. They gave me a good price on it but that’s where the deal ended. They charge $1299 for a “prep” fee which is supposed to ensure that you are getting a machine that’s safe to use. It is to cover servicing the machine. The the second time I took it out the rear universal joint on the prop shaft blew apart and left me stranded in the woods. It destroyed the shaft. And ripped out the rear brake lines.I’m a mechanic so I understand used machine, things happen. I bought and replaced the drive shaft. $450 later..During the repair I noticed that none of rhe 60+ grease fittings had been touched. No big deal, greased all fittings. Took the machine out for another ride and the drive belt blew apart. When I replaced it I noticed that the cvt drive was rusty and never been serviced so it’s likely it was the original belt too. Another $167 and broke down several miles from the trail head.

Ride Now Powersports Daytona are a bunch of wonderful people who go beyond their duties to make it work 👏 I have dealt with them for 3 years on my 2008 Spyder.. when it seemed to have some issues too much to keep fixing.. they traded it up to a BEAUTIFUL 2013..and gave me a amazing deal!!

I have to say Drew was fantastic. Easy to work with and made the process of buying my jet ski go very quickly.

Parts department is very good and helpful. However, service department worked on my jet ski and i was not happy with the way they treated it. Scratches in my hull damaged the runner on my trailer while transferring the ski from the skid. And had several problems after the service. The work was neat and clean. Oil change, cooling system flush, and spark plugs changed very nice. Afterward exhaust manifold clamp broke, throttle hangs up and it sounds like the drive linkage is coming apart. Only 104 hours and has run perfect until now! Leads me to wonder whats up??? Sorry guys, i wont be coming back for any service. They charge 94 dollars an hour! They could better in my eyes!!!

They dont call back, they are rude and they want ridiculous fees on used bikes. When we failed to reach a deal with me offering their FULL ADVERTISED price, the manager said good luck finding it somewhere else for the advertised price. On top of that, the offer said the sales tax was almost 50% more than the actual sales tax rate in Volusia county (quoted $170 when it should have been $129). When I caught it, the manager got very defensive and the deal went bad. He actually hung up on me. Never again.

Great experience me and my dad just purchased a Ryker 900 Ace. Our saleswoman Leslie was great! Such a nice woman and made the process easy,smooth, and fast. Got a new rear tire for my Vulcan 900 classic. The employees were knowledgeable about what they had available over the phone and that was helpful. Clean store and lots of availability for new rides. Personally I liked the Honda goldwing. I recommend you stop by and see what you think.

This dealership went above and beyond to get my order in of the fish pro in on a timely matter treated me respectfully and understood the importance of getting this ski. They took my concerns into account and went out of there way to make delivery of this ski to happen earlier than scheduled. This allowed me to spread my fathers ashes with my sister on time. I can not thank them enough for going the extra mile for me.

Refuses to service any bike over 5 years old, stating its policy. But yet they are selling bikes over 5 old years. Where does the new owner get service? The competition, of course. Horrible way to keep long-term customers. Parts also marks up OEM parts by 100% over OEM MSRP. Never again will I grace Ridenow with my presence or money.

We had a blast looking at UTVs and Side by Sides. Ended up getting a really nice Kawasaki mule and are already enjoying it. Our sales person Andy Venton was super helpful along with the rest of the staff. Would highly recommend shopping and purchasing at Ridenow.

By far the worst experience I have had attempting to buy a dirt bike. The price of the used dirt bike was only $300 off of the price it was new. They wanted to add a $1,200 fee for cleaning up the used bike while they were claiming it had one mile on it while it actually had twenty six. They proceeded to offer me a laughable figure for the motorcycle I was trading in and before agreeing on the price of everything they ran my credit. Once we discussed the prices and I told them where we needed to be they hit my credit for a second time. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend.

I went to this place on Wednesday and was given a price on a kfx 90 4 wheeler for my son. It was a little more than I wanted to spend so the manager gave me a better price. It was close to where I needed to be. I call my salesman Randy back the next day and told him I wanted it at the price we agreed on. I told him I would pick it up the next day. Now I am here and the same guy that gave me the price is telling me he never said that and tried to sell me a Chinese knockoff for the same price. Now I get to go home and tell my son hes not getting the 4 wheeler because Ride Now tried to rip us off. Buy from Seminole Sports center. If you live in volusia County its worth the drive.

My son and husband went shopping for a dirt bike and were dealing with Zack, a manager. They have never been so mistreated and endured such chaos to purchase a dirt bike and trade in a motorcycle. They ran my sons credit before even coming to any agreement. I have never ever had a credit check ran before we are done coming to an agreement. This place IS NOT the place to go for courteous and professional service. My husband received two call backs thinking they could discuss the bikes. All he got were two rude people on the other end of the phone. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive never had any dealer treat us as good as this place. Our sales person Joey was awesome! Hes new but his character and helpfulness even after we told him we were not interested in buying really won us over and without him we wouldve just waited. And then theres Glenn who stepped in to help with the numbers and he really bent over backwards to get our business. We were not planning to buy our bike until next summer as we were just on vacation browsing and killing time but after these 2 went out of their way we just couldnt say no! I dont think 1 single person passed by us without speaking or saying hello. From beginning to end down to helmet and assesories staff and finance everyone was on it ! I hardly take the time for reviews but in todays time when you get this kind of exceptional service it needs to be recognized!

Bought my Brand New 2021 Ryker with them on March 11th. Rear axle made and clunking noise from the day we brought home. (You cant test drive before you purchase.) Didnt seem to affect performance too much other than being a little jerky....thought it might be a breaking in thing...but it needed to be checked out, so I reluctantly made an appointment for service. Had to wait a couple of weeks just to bring it in to have them look at it. When we dropped it off, a condescending gentleman at the service desk told me Maam, they all make that noise. But a tech (finally) rode it several days later and we were told, in fact, that something was indeed wrong with the bike...but they didnt know what. Brought it in on April 28th. Its now May 25th. They STILL HAVE IT. Its a brand NEW bike. Every time we call we get excuses. Going to call again today. I will update.

My wife and I were looking to buy our daughter her first quad for her b-day. We found one that we thought she would love and after some negotiations not only did we feel like we got a outstanding deal they were closing shortly and the battery just needed to be charged to 100% before delivery. Our daughter wanted to ride that weekend and that wasn’t going to happen because they were going to close soon. Miguel our salesman not only was professional and made our entire experience a great one but Miguel and Jaden took time out of their night to deliver that atv to my daughters play where she was performing and we were able to surprise her with the atv and she was so excited. I can’t say enough good things and we are now thinking about buying a second one in the weeks to come! Thank you guys very much!

Drove 5 hours from Panama City Beach. Talked to Jennifer about a motorcycle told her I was coming and they sold it. Got free T-shirts yay. What about my time, gas, hotel, or maybe the motorcycle. Tech was not helpful at all as well. Terrible experience.

I will do everything in my power to let people know Whts going on I will contact better business bureau with the false advertisement and fees of almost 1400 bucks dealer fee alone was like 600 bucks transactions fee 450 and other fees people read before u buy here trust me I can send u my paper work if u request it. 2018 Zero DSR (Electric)Updated....now after dealing with my local Zero dealer and Zero for over two months I have now got it fixed and I have over $1500.00 in cost to fixed a bike I now have more in than it is worth ....They are crooks and I would never buy from a POWERSPORT EVER!!!!1.........Buyers beware !!!!!!!!!They still will not comment on this post or return callsI live in SC and I did most the deal online and phone . I asked several questions one was everything working and issues and the answer was YES everything is working went through service everything works great. They even told me that they put new rear tire on it and I ask is it a matching tire and I was told YES (not)I made a deal for out the door that we both agreed and I arranged a pick up for the next dayI drove 5 hours to pick up and find the bike out front for sell and not in back like I was told ....then I noticed right away that the Tires did not match ....I was not happyI asked to talk to Bryan the person I have been talking to the entire time and I was handed over to a salesman that had no idea what I was even there to see. He was very friendly but I had to bring him up to speed on what I was buying and the price I agreed to. I asked to test drive bike and was told no test drive until I bought it??????????REALLY........they would not try to fix the mixed matched tires...wanted to charge me to change it ......NO........they bike was charged so I figured the charger worked but found out when I got home the ON BOARD charger does not work only the stage two (tank Charger) I should also add they wanted to charge me more for the bike than agreed and I had to argue that since I took a picture of the check and sent it to Bryan and he said yes perfectI asked if they would help with getting the bike fixed (800 dollar part) and was told no cause they lost money on the deal already ....That was not my issue. There was a storm rolling in so I was in a hurry to load the bike and get back home..SO to wrap up DONT buy from here unless you want to have your lawyer present to go over the deal and your mechanic to due a service and inspection ....OH and NO TEST DRIVE !!!!!!

I just bought a 300 horsepower seadoo from these guys tonight and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone the entire staff was very professional and courteous and helpful to me and my salesman Steve and his manager Tyler went out of their way and actually personally delivered my watercraft all the way to my house because I didnt have a trailer hitch and that to me speaks volumes to their commitment to quality customer service I am very happy with everything.. I give them five stars all the way and I was actually looking at other dealerships but Steve is a super cool sales rep and was really fun to deal with and so Im glad I bought at Ridenow powersports in Daytona.

We are previous customers and were hoping to purchase two new jet skis with ride now Daytona. My husband called to get an out the door price and the sale lady would not give it and said he would have to come in for that. Although previous times we have gotten a quote over the phone. We’re not available or have the time to go to multiple dealerships. We know what we want and just wanted the price work up. It baffles me you would lose a customer and sale because you won’t give us an out the door price. Very disappointed.
