Im sure you know by now that the original owners are no longer there. I must say that they are dearly missed. The new owners are driving what was once a very well established, loved, and, respected business into the ground. If the doors reopen go immediately and retrieve your tools fixed or not. Cease from patronizing this establishment until something changes drastically!!!

I left my pole saw there to be repaired. I dont know his name said he would call me as soon as it was repaired. He never called me when or if it was repaired. I have been trying to get ahold of him for a while now (sometimes 50 times a day). I did some investigating since his shop is 40 mins away from me. I called some stores on his block, found out that he had a sale last weekend and sold everything there. And probably my $400 pole saw. The place is closed. If you left anything to be fixed there, you need to file a small claims on them. I am.

What a complete let down, this company was wonderful to work with when the previous owners ran it. Since then it has been run into the ground. The worst service all around, zero communication, theyve had my yool for 8 Months now. They had my part in since Feb or so they told me. I could go on and on, stay away from this place. Very sad to see what these new guys have done to destroy a very good business.

Beyond terrible!!! Last November I dropped off my hammer drill for warranty repair. They never got back to me. Finally I called and they said there was a delay in getting it out for warranty work. They said they would get back to me. They never did. I called without exaggeration 30 times and had a hard time getting through to them. I almost think they were dodging my calls. I went over there in person to acquire the status and never got a straight answer. They said they would get back to me (again). Meanwhile I called the Dewalt office in Orlando and they checked into it. As it turns out my drill was never sent out in the first place. Thankfully the Dewalt office sent me out a replacement drill free of charge. To this day no one knows where my tool is. Please avoid this place at all costs. Worst place on the planet!!

The guy running the front was obviously sky high. Covered in sores. The was customer leaving as I was coming in. I asked the guy about a particular tool and he lost his train of thought mid sentence. He then yelled something to his buddy about wanting some cake too then walked towards the back. Maybe to look for my tool? I took this as my cue and walked out. He followed me outside and tried to get me to roll down my window presumably to talk me into coming back in and buying the tool. I told him I was good. He then went back to the person who had previously walked out. This customer was still trying to get his truck out of their tiny parking lot. Seems like the same situation had happened d with the previous customer. I should have known a place on Mason in Daytona was a bad bet. Wont be back. Dont recommend. For the few brief moments I was inside I saw higher prices on all the new tools than Harbor Freight or home depot.

I try to support local when possible and I have been going there for parts for 20+ years . The old couple that ran it for years were the bomb, they knew their stuff. The guy running it now has no idea what he is doing. I went in looking for a part for my nail gun and he had to ask a sales rep that was there what it was called. He then preceded to give me the wrong part. When I went to return it he didn’t know how to issue a refund... he guessed and got it right.Oh then I saw him in Home Depot buying tools.. why... is buying from HD and reselling?Hate to see a reputable business die but...

Left a Bosch router here for repair. After several weeks I called for a status. They didnt know and said they would call back. Never did. After 2 more unsuccessful calls I went there. They said parts were on order and they would call in a week to update me. Never did. I returned and they told me it would be another week or they would call. Never did. To sum up after 5 months, 6 calls and 4 visits they have lost my $400 router and refuse to do anything about it. Do business with these folks at your own peril. BTW these are new owners. Did business with the prior owners for decades without a problem

Ive never been disappointed here. Its nice to have a place to bring power tools for repair rather than throwing them away and buying new ones! Im getting twice the life out of my tools by bringing them here to fix instead. Theyve put a new motor in my cordless drill driver, and various saws, and a new chuck on my cordless drill, and more. Theyll also tell you if it cant be fixed, without a charge.

Dropped off a nail gun for a stuck trigger. Had issues but they honored their work. bought a few parts from them for other guns.Follow up:Gun still works, but leaks a decent bit at the trigger, about 3 days after what I wrote above. Each time I brought it back there was a bit of negotiating, like they were doing me a favor. For $90 some dollars, I should not have had to go back the first time. After the third time, I am just done. I dont want to risk being charged more, or negotiate my way out of it. I am dealing with the leak, but I should not have to. I guess at least its working. I got another gun that is broken I cant fix. After my experience with this gun I just bought a new gun, and sold the old one on ebay.I have learned thats it cheaper to buy a new one. I want to stimulate the local economy, but not when I pay more than a gun is worth in the end to get it kinda sorta fixed.I might come there to buy a specialty tool or a part for something, but I am defiantly not getting another gun fixed. I am sorry it didnt work out. I said I would edit I did, but this is really bugging me, so I came back to add this follow up.I guess they tried......

The most unprofessional people Ive ever dealt with. Waited a month on estimate, then was told repairs were made. When I went to pick up I was asked to pay for repairs that supposedly werent quite finished. I then asked to itemize the repairs and was told it needed a cord to work. The saw was in the same place as it was when dropped off. After arguing about a cord it didnt need I was told I would need to allow them 24 hrs to remove the repair parts. One and a half hours later I was called that my saw was ready. When I got there,my cord end had been cut. Because I didnt need a cord they returned my saw in worse condition than it arrived. The guy then started to rant and rave profanities at me and use some OSHA law bs to justify this sabbatoge. I read the rules and electric tape is suitable for this non issue type of repair. Will go out of my way to be sure these people get no work from my direction.

Not very polite, friendly or professional. They dont call you when they say they will. Took almost 2 weeks to swap out a bad battery that was still under warranty. They originally said 2 days and at one point someone tried to charge me, lol. Had to call multiple times and pester them to get it done. I was a contractor before a career change (military) and I would not do business with places that conduct themselves in this manner.

Horrible customer service had a problem with a back ordered part (out of there control) but customer service was horrific regarding the repair. Throw away one of my tools because it was not repairable after I told them I would get it when I picked up my other repair. Tried to use a local business but I will go else where from now on.
