Dont shop here unless you want to pay more for items than you would with the coupons they claim to offer. They honor sale price over a coupon even if the coupon is cheaper than the sale price, they wont change it. Had a coupon that was 50% off fabric on full retail price which I wanted to use it for but because the item was on sale they could not sell it to me at its normal price with my coupon, they couldnt only sell it to me for the sale price which of course kept the item at a more expensive price overall. E-mailed their customer support and their response was it is not a practice of ours to replace a sale price with a coupon price making the coupon only good for select items that arent on sale which was basically nothing and the coupon expired after the sale was to end. Pretty sure thats the very definition of a scam and a nice little bait tactic to get you in the store and spend more money than you probably wanted.

I went to this store for some fabric and ended up buying some yarn too! They have a great selection of both fabric and yarn. The yarn area isnt huge but, you have a great selection of colors, textures, and weights. Fabric selection is great! Everything is categorized and organized very well. THEN, they actually had 2 people cutting fabric!! Check out wasnt bad either as they had 3 registers going. So, didnt have to wait long in either line. Overall I really liked this store and will definitely be returning!

Check out line was extremely long. By the time I got check out I was to tired to try to find my coupons on my phone. I use a cane and have great difficulty standing in long lines.

Clean and well organized, with mostly friendly staff. Thursday nights are not busy. Lots of great decisions and crafting ideas as well as supplies. Best fabric selection in the area at a retailer.

Picked up some fabrics and things to create a costume for myself to attend my daughters birthday party. Did the pickup outside and they were incredibly friendly. Got 25 percent off online too!

Great place. However they insist I wear a mask to protect me from a disease that I have only a 0.0008 percent chance of dying of. Plus most of the deaths are from pre existing conditions. When will people wake up to the lie and take them off.

This is literally my happy place. So clean and always well stocked. Customer service could be a bit more genuine at the register but its just one lady and shes at least faking being friendly

Well stocked. Very friendly fabric cutters. Can get really busy so be willing wait to get fabric cut but staff seems find a way to stay positive and seem to enjoy working with each other and serving the customer. This place is just okay. I go in from time to time to see their seasonal displays, which are always cute and reasonably priced. That being said, its hard to find anyone in the store unless you walk all the way up to the register and Michaels and Hobby Lobby have a better selection.

They have some really nice flowers. The prices are really high, even with the discounts. The item will be 50.00 with 60% off, so 20.00 but its elsewhere for 15.00 so no real deal, but overall nice products.

The line wrapped around half of the store on a random Saturday afternoon. Definitely needed more cashiers.

We need more lines open youre too many people and everybody is not social this evening because thats only a few lines the lines will go back stopping floor then you have to squeeze between them. The store was clean people with courteous. Thank you

I love my JoAnn Fabrics especially when I have a lot of time to kill and can look at everything. Purchased some beautiful cottons to make masks. They have everything for your crafty projects. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is because of the way they handle their online sales...sorry JoAnn, that needs work for better customer service.

Very nice, but frustrating that small items are locked up and you have to wait for assistance...so on a busy day..could be a wait! Seems reasonably stocked and priced well.

Great service, and very nice selection. I was able to find exactly what I need for my project. I had to wait awhile in line for service at the cut by the yard area, but it wasnt terrible, as they were sanitizing surfaces between each customer.

Only two people cutting fabric in the back i only had one item that needed cut and i had to wait in them to cut 20 bolts of fabric for another customer. Wish there was an automated process that customers could self serve. It would be nice if they had another person who would do an express cutting line for those people with only 1 or 2 items needing cut. And the ladies who do the cutting are not the friendliest people or the fastest either.

Hmmmm......I know this is a fabric store but do the edible items near the checkout need to be so expensive?? Menards is a hardware store and their edibles are super inexpensive, like better than the grocers!!

I really want give this place more stars, I love this store. However every time I go, the line to cut fabric, and the line to check out is a mile long. I spend more time waiting in line than shopping.

I went to check to the check out counter at this Joann Fabric, my total came up to $37.84. I gave the cashier a $100. She first spoke over her ear piece to ask how do she verify $100 bill. A second person appeared, used the marker, put it up to the lights & actually started I cannot see the eyeball whatever the heck that means. Then she called a manager up to the register to check. Why am I writing this, BECAUSE I am an African American. I wonder if this would have happen with another ethnicity. To check a bill that you receive from a financial institution. I did mention this fact, & the second person stated..they get ripped off too. I then responded it came straight out of a counting machine. Long story.short. This will be the last time I visit a Joann Fabric.

Wasnt crowded but the lines were slow

Usually I enjoy going to Jo-Ann fabrics. However not today. The checkout line had approximately 15 people waiting to check out, and only two registers going. and the personnel on those registers also had to answer the phones, which slowed things down even more. I was in line for approaching 20 minutes, nearly left my things there. Sometimes I wish I would have . If people dont stop shopping there, Jo-Ann fabrics will never get the hint that their service is horrible.

Joanns is always a good time. Only setback today was there was not enough fabric cutters but they were getting through the people really quickly and in an organized fashion. Thanks Joann for keeping us in fabric during this time. Lots of great choices for us to do masks and projects and with good coupons. Register on the app if you have not already. Product was in the wrong spot so when I questioned the price the lady copped an attitude a little bit. Like I told her I didnt make your display I dont know that that product was in the wrong spot so they did honor it and made it right. That made me feel very uncomfortable

They were at capacity (covid) and a long line to check out. Otherwise, I found what I was looking for and the line moved pretty quickly.

I have always liked this store but with the pandemic they must not be receiving stock to keep it filled. Shelves rare very bare compared to the norm. The store was busy and the associated were in good spirits and very helpful. Due to the lack of stock, I did not find what I was looking for.

My go to for sewing and crafting. We purchased much of what we needed for wedding invites & decorations. Huge yarn selection. Nice, courteous, helpful staff. I am disabled with mobility issues. Motorized carts would be nice here. I have to take someone with me too push wheelchair. Also need more handicap parking. Always full.

I now see why my mom was here every week when I was a child. The people are friendly. They have everything craft related. They have an extensive selection of fabrics from stretchy to plush. They have a nursery of fake flowers.

Always fun wandering around Joann Fabric. Pleasant helpful staff. Loads of craft supplies for that extended time at home.

Crowded customers not social distancing. Too many coupons not useful. Customer service was good, despite it all.

Curbside and store pick up needs a lot of work - don’t bother. Would have waited less just walking in and finding my item and checking out as there is only one cashier and you have to take your order through there any way. It makes no sense.

My cashier was really slow and didnt seem to know how to use the coupons (if I could use more than 1 at a time). They also did not wipe down counters between customers and the cashier took my phone from me without asking permission when we were trying to get a coupon to work. She didnt need to touch my phone.

They had alot of character knit fabric in stock. More so than Ive seen at other Joanns. Their clearance fabric was pretty decent as well. The only annoying thing was how tight it was around the fabric table. If you were getting your fabric cut and had a cart there then it could be a very tight fit for others to get by.

This store was not only huge and well stocked, but clean and tidy! We saw several employees going around the store picking up stray items and returning them to their correct place. They were both nice and helpful when we asked questions.When wed purchased our materials the woman who cut them for us, Mary, was delightful! We had a very nice conversation and truly enjoyed meeting her! We also had a nice experience with the cashier at the front, who directed me on how to find online coupons that saved me $60!! As a result, this store will be my go-to place for supplies and projects!p.s. The only negative was how uncomfortably warm the store was! I was dressed in light clothing, but was still so very hot! Reading other reviews made it obvious that this is an ongoing concern that needs to be addressed! Its the single factor that reduced my score from five to four stars.

Lovely store with great staff. A lot of decorative, craft and fabrics. They will sometimes have sales so before you come, look at their website or local ads. Some of the seasonal items or sale items will also sell out quickly. Also, fabric department is very busy on the weekends, so please be patient or come early!

I have just recently started sewing, and I love this place! It is great for inspiration, and its just a happy little store. The layout is nice, the staff is usually helpful.If you plan on shopping here, get the Joannes app for your phone so you can get coupons. Otherwise, their prices are kind of high. There is also fine print to read, so be mindful of that!

I love Joann, but their check experience is horrible. Long lines. They only had 2 cashiers, who both left the registers at bbn one point. They also were answering phone calls which kept them from helping helping customers in the store.

There was a problem with shipping on an order I placed, but customer service was very attentive and resolved the issue. I would recommend Joann Fabrics to others

Great for craft and hobby items. Improving the quality of and selection of fabric (cotton for quilting). But you got to have the coupons to get the better deals. Have the convinced of app as well so you always have that coupon.
