Stole 160 bucks from me on a incorrect charge and refuses to contact me. Gave then every opportunity to rectify the situation but they just dont care.Also if the owner sees this and really wants to get this fixed.. call me! Ive given you guys my name and number 3 times. Last time was Saturday night 7/24 when a young lady sounded equally annoyed at the lack of management.
As someone who tips almost every time I come here I’m extremely upset with the service I received from the Man with the baseball cap. He was very rude and refused service on Monday may 24th at around 11:15/11:20 am. My friend in the back asked if he had honey dutches and he said no but they have berry we asked for that and he then said they don’t have them and told us to go on our way right as we were about to just get a normal swisher. Not sure why we were refused my friend had his ID and if he would have asked for mine I had it as well but there was only one other car in the drive thru so why we were rushed out after being in the store a mere 30 seconds is beyond me. As someone who’s worked at a fast paced drive thru I KNOW what good customer service is and he did not provide that. After I left I then called and asked to speak to a manager and he informs me he is one and even though it happened moments before the call, he said “he had no idea what I was talking about.” Whoever the owners are I will be extremely reluctant to give you my business until he’s either fired or taken out of the drive thru
The manger Nathan Is very unprofessional. I’ve lived down the street and gone to zip thru for years. The worst service I’ve ever gotten there was from him. All the other workers are angels. Have great service. Always help. The damn manager can’t even do that. I’m very disappointed in the service I got today.

1st time ever through here today. Was looking for some decent craft beer without having to get out of the car and social undistance (scamdemic). Lucked out; Two-Hearted Ale (the best) & Fat Heads Head Hunter IPA (excellent). So...no reason for anything other than 5 stars.
Dear Sarah Morrison, as a staff member of almost 5 years, i’m so sorry this happened to you. it’s a long shot you’ll see this but we have always tried to make customer service our priority and i’ve appreciated your business. Please reach out to me or my manager during the daytime, i’m the heavily tattooed girl with long hair and i know i remember you. Again, i’m sorry and i hope this doesn’t change your perspective of us because that’s not who we are as an establishment.
On our way home we decided to stop at our favorite quick and stop drive thru... For a single beverage. Upon asking if they had a “a tall black cherry white claw”, a brown haired lady with tattoos (a flower on her shoulder) that I have never seen before (Any other time I’ve been there, I have had great service, no questions asked), was sassy and said she didn’t even know if they had any.(the staff should be familiar with the products right?) After she looked up and confirmed that they had them, we asked how much it was because we were paying cash and wanted to tip her. She said RUDLEY “I don’t knoooww” ??? Then, gave me a really dirty look. We just stay there puzzled and she just stared at us sassily for a minute. How am I supposed to pay for something if I don’t know the price? She asked for my ID, and I was with someone so she asked so rudely to see their ID as-well, this never happens to me here and I may look under 21 but my passenger had a full beard. Stomped over to the coolers and yelled “WHAT FLAVORR??” (After we already told her twice) I said calmly, “black cherry.” We were paying in just our car change since it was literally one can of white claw and she let out an exasperated sigh of stress like it was the hardest thing ever and We gave her extra and said thank you and keep the change. It Was literally the rudest customer service individual I have ever dealt with in my life. I come here all the time because my boyfriend and I live super close to the drive thru and it’s on the way home from my work. I feel disrespected and I just wish that this didn’t happen and I am confused as to why. I hope you would reconsider employing people like this as your standard is much higher than she could execute.
